      A fun day trip!
We had a great day on our tour! Nicolas was our driver and Myriam was our guide and they did an amazing job!! We learned so much on this trip! They picked us up from our rental and dropped us back off in front of our Airbnb. The food was really good but I recommend wearing stretchy pants because the food keeps coming and there is so much! The wine is good too! We all had a wonderful day and enjoyed our trip there and the time we had on the ranch. We didn't get to see the gaucho working with the horses maybe because of the weather, but we still had a wonderful time! It gave us an opportunity to see other parts of Argentina and it was a nice change from the city. I recommend this day tour!

Fantastic introduction to Buenos Aires and Marcelo was a wonderful guide! He was very knowledgeable and kindly answered all of my questions. Also skillfully navigated between English and Spanish to accommodate all tour guests. I highly recommend this tour and Marcelo.

Cultural experience of gaucho history, food, music and dance
Our tour guide Alejandra was very kind and attentive to our request for hearing loss accommodations. She spoke in English and Spanish and shared information along the route regarding landmarks to note in Buenos Aries, as well as the historical significance of the gaucho on the route to San Antonio de Areco. The ranch provided plentiful amounts of food and drink and was attentive to dietary restrictions. We had an opportunity to ride horses through the grassland, see and learn a folk dance, taste a customary asado, and visit a museum showing gaucho artifacts. There were many opportunities to use restrooms and wash hands throughout the day.

      Great experience!!
Amazing ranch tour!! A fun day filled with awesome food and beautiful views. Alejandra was a wonderful guide!! Transportation was easy from our hotel with pickup and drop-off. We got to explore the small town of San Antonio de Areco as well as spend hours at the ranch. Highlight was the multiple course meal and horseback riding experience!!

      Unforgettable Experience
An unforgettable experience. My trip started with an on-time hotel pick up by driver David Parra who was very welcoming, friendly and funny. Our guide Miriam was exceptional and very knowledgeable, which makes the trip more meaningful. La Estancia was amazing. The activities and the food were well worth the trip. I’ll do it again.

One of the most fantastic things I’ll ever see. The scale of the whole falls system is beyond comprehension. I found Claudia and my guide Maria went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a great one.
The drivers on pick up and drop off were on time and drove safely at all times. Their cars were all neat and clean. I recommend Signature tours for anyone who wants a tour

One day tour. We booked and paid this for ‘a no worries’ tour for a couple, with an expected top experience.

We were never advised what to ‘take’ for trip.
Very disappointed, once we paid the US $1900.

ONLY correspondence was an email with plane tickets and boarding pass.

The advertised promotion pickup time at hotel was 6.30am; when enquired (after payment) by email was advised 5.am; never any itinerary advised; our driver picked up at 5am 👍 but not advised by provider we had to do our own check in at airport etc. baggage (?) to Iguazu ; arrived at 5.40 and had 1 3/4 hour wait; had nothing about arrival at Iguazu; we ‘guessed’ to look for our name outside arrival; found tour guide; ‘Alex’ with sign.

Guide mystified by our carry on baggage; tried to explain no one advised us about what to expect; we had to buy a locker to store. Unable to use wet weather gear for boat.

It was a very below average experience from there; our guide spent 50% + on his mobile; we felt he was not really engaging; never gave us a map of the park so we didn’t get an idea of the ‘lay of the land’; told us to meet him after our boat trip with no coordinate; couldn’t find guide; no phone message; walked 1.5km to entrance to find. The best part was our own extra payment on top of US 1900 for boat trip (about $28000) Argentinian pesos … and our driver back in BA.

Hola Jill, we are sorry to heat this. The pick up time is subject to the flights availability. We sent you all the information of the flights and program beforehand. Our guides are great, i will talk with Alex about this feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed the navigation and our drivers. We will keep working hard so we can exceed the expectations next time. Thank you! Claudio

I almost didn’t book this trip because it seemed pricey and there weren’t a lot of great reviews. But I said what the heck and did it anyway. I’m glad I did. Every detail was handled perfectly. I received my confirmation code the following morning so I could check in and reserve my seat with my assigned airline before my departure. My driver David showed up at my hotel right on time at 5:45 am. My flight left on time and the airport was really easy to navigate despite me not speaking great Spanish. The flight to Iguazu was only about 90 mins in the air. My guide Eder was right outside the airport with a sign for me and we got into a nice car for the 15 minute drive to the park. Once there, he ran and got my tickets to the park while I waited under a shade tree. Once inside the park, we walked the two trails and Eder pointed out all the details. He was very knowledgeable. The park was crowded so there were tons of folks on the paths/walkways. And everyone wants to stop and take a pic/selfie. Just make sure u brought some patience with u in this regard cuz there is a lot of that. But the views are amazing and worth the headache!! We did the trails in plenty of time for me to grab lunch (food choices aren’t great but u can get something to fill u up). Then came the highlight, which is the boat ride! Eder provided a great extra service by booking my name for the boat ride first thing in the morning unbeknownst to me. Nice touch! Because the boat ride can easily sell out and u don’t want to miss this. If u are gonna do the ride, when ur contact from the agency reaches out to u with ur confirmation number, ask him or her if they can relay to ur guide that u wish to do that and if he or she can reserve a place for u. The cost of the ride is 14,000 pesos which is about $40 US and this is an extra charge not included in ur package. Make sure u bring a change of clothes for flight home and a swimsuit because u WILL GET SOAKED! But sooooo worth it! Awesome experience. The truck ride to the river for the boat ride takes u thru the jungle and we saw some monkeys and a toucan. My guide didn’t do the ride with me but once it was done, he was waiting right there to take me to our car and get me to the airport. I arrived in plenty of time to change clothes before the flight. Another 90 minute flight back to BA where my driver David was waiting for me right outside the baggage claim and I was back at my hotel by 9:00! Bottom line: every detail was done for me without me having to do anything and the trip was very worth it!!

The falls are incredibly beautiful and 1000% worth visiting! The reason my review is 3 starts is a number of things:
    - this day tour was really only 4 hours on the park compared to about 8/9 hours in airports/on airplanes
    - a large part of the Iguazu was closed which I was not told about until I arrived so we couldn’t go to the main viewpoint. I also had to pay £40 extra to go on the boat and for lunch so the huge amount I paid before didn’t seem to get me much
    - my tour guide seemed very bored/ not wanting to be there and was on her phone texting the whole time we were walking around

For the very very high cost, the tour itself wasn’t worth it, though seeing the falls definitely is. I recommend finding a tour once you’re there (buying your own plane tickets and Ubers is much cheaper to get there and back).

The trip to the Iguazú Falls was excellent and a must do if you are visiting Buenos Aires. We did the one day trip which ended up being a long day with the 5am pick up and return to our hotel in Buenos Aires at 12:30am.

The transfers to the airports were on time and efficient. Our guide met us at the Iguazú airport and we started the tour. We went to the Argentina side first and took the Great Adventure boat ride (extra 14,000 pesos per person) but worth the ride. We had no problem getting on this but we’re told by others that pre-booking would make sure you have a spot.

After spending 5 hours at the Argentina side (unfortunately some trails were closed due to the flood damage in November. The Devil’s Throat platform was closed), we headed to the Brazil side. Note the Brazil tour was an extra $110 per person.

The views on the Brazil side are far better than the Argentina side. Most of the falls are on the Argentina side which you get close to but the views are usually from the side or top. The Brazil views are facing the falls and are far better for taking in the scenery.

My only disappointment with the booking was the extra costs for the Brazil portion and boat ride. This was not clearly described in the tour as an optional add on. It would be great if the tour company provided these add one at the time of booking to make this process easier.

All and all, an amazing tour and so glad that my wife and I did this as we are visiting from Canada and will likely not get back to South America again.

This trip to a world treasure is well worth it. The pick up and drop off at the airport was seamless. The flight was short and the guide meet us at Iguazú airport. Private transportation and guide in the park was worth it. Do the boat ride under the falls a true once in a lifetime experience.

Only negative was the park food was really bad, pack a sack lunch, also back at Iguazu airport, the guide recommended the cafeteria on the first level, don’t eat there, past security there is a Hard Rock Cafe, a better option. Flight was delayed, so messaged tour operator, who rescheduled the pickup.

I paid $834 for myself and it was a major let down for the price I had paid. Only positives were Oscar, the driver who dropped and picked me up from the hotel, and Susanah who picked me up and dropped me off at Iguazu airport. I was there on Christmas so expected a little let down but not the major let down I received.

Firstly the return flight was booked to be the last flight from Iguazu which made me return to Buenos Aires late in the night. I had to wait for 5 hours at the Iguazu airport when there were earlier flights to BA available and were empty. I presumed the last flight was cheaper to book.

Secondly my guide, Samuel, was just there to pick me up and drop me off. I was the only person doing the tour. And the whole time he was going on about the party he will have in the night and just wanted to get rid of me and go home. His inputs weren't much to talk about. He led me down the upper trail and the lower trail which I could have done myself. Finished all in 2 hours. Yes some of the trail was closed because the heavy rain had washed off the bridge but could have done something else e.g. offered me a Puerto Iguazú tour which was nearby. I told him from the start that I wanted to do the boat tour but he didn't offer that I do it first before I do the trails because it was Christmas and might close earlier. As a result I missed it. He was given the railway ride ticket but kept it to himself. I asked him about the old hotel but he just said it is closed. Other guides I observed took their teams through the old hotel and gave a proper tour with explanations.

I booked them because I thought it was all in one place and how bad could it be. In retrospect I would say stay away.

Iguazu is an incredible sight! If you can, you should not miss an opportunity to see the falls. We did the walking circuit of upper middle and lower views. Each one was spectacular. Our tour started great- our documents were sent to our hotel, our driver picked us up on time, and our tour guide was waiting at the airport. Having our own tour guide was very nice- he was very knowledgeable about the falls, and we were able to at our own pace.
The only difficult part came when we arrived back in Buenos Aires. No one met us at arrival. After an hour of phone calls with our tour operator a driver finally arrived. Not really what you want to deal with after a 16 hour excursion, but we did get back to our hotel.
I would definitely recommend this tour- just make sure you have all the driver and tour guide contact information before you leave.

This place will leave you in awwwww!
What a magnificent place and spectacular views.
There were hiccups which I would like to mention that will help future visitors. There is a 3 layer of vendors when we bought this tour through Trip Advisor. The disconnect between what is offered versus what the final operator tells you, can be disappointing. Thanks to Rene, our tour guide that was able to solve some, and us paying the difference to get on a later flight, and pay for the grand adventure boat tour, this experience was not a disaster. Lesson learned, moving forward we will contact in advance the final operator to reconfirm what’s included.
Be prepared for lots of walking, steps, crowded paths, waiting in lines to take pictures at the top viewing points.
It’s January 2023 and a couple of months ago most of the lower circuit cat walk was destroyed due to rains and floods. A small portion is opened but the one that takes you to the Devil’s Throat Falls is closed. You will be able to appreciate this majestic view from the boat ride. This boat ride was a one in a lifetime experience we will never forget. The walking path down to the boat, is over 200 steps, which coming up can be exhausting but it’s all worth it. Yes, you will get soaking wet, so take additional clothes.
January and February are hot months, just like July and August in USA, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen and light clothes are highly recommended.

We actually booked the tour under another name that offered a little better price but as actually Signature Tours. We wanted to go to Iguazu and they were the only ones that offered a refundable option. I was a little concerned because it often took 2-3 (sometimes 4 days) for a response to communication but our trip was seamless. We were picked up from our hotel very early as planned but all things were arranged with our flights (on Aerolneas), transfer to the park, and hotel return. We had an amazing guide in the park who was an actual ranger and so well informed. They also were able to arrange ahead of time for us to be able to take the speed boat that goes under the falls. (This was amazing....just know you will get soaking wet and our guide was surprised that we were not told to bring dry clothes. It's also 200 or 300 steps down (and up) to the water so just be prepared....FYI.) The Devil's throat boardwalk was closed due to storm damage but they let us know this long before and gave us the opportunity to cancel...so glad we didn't.
