Family
What an amazing day! This all inclusive private tour (minus meals) was everything that our family of 4 could ask for and more. Claudia , our tour agent took care everything for us and all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. After trying to coordinate transportation from Buenos Aires, transfers and tours on my own, I was SO glad I found this itinerary. It was perfect because I ended up breaking an ankle before my trip to BA and mobility was an issue. Claudia made sure to book a wheelchair for the tour and made all the arrangements with the airline so that I can have assistance at the airport for my flight to Puerto Iguzu. Once there our tour guide “Nacho” and the driver Cesar, we’re waiting for us at the airport after a flight delay from Buenos Aires. Nacho took care of everything from making sure we had the most comfortable seats on the train while in the park to taking us to best spots to view the falls. He was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area and made sure we saw all the animals that were present. Nacho made great recommendations for our lunch and the activities we should do, making sure that we did everything we wanted to do. He even helped wheel me around for the 7K (4+ miles) trail around the park. Nacho and our driver Cesar, made sure that we got to see the small town nearby to get the pictures at the meeting point of the 3 countries (Argentina/Brazil/Paraguay), all while giving us info about the local culture and history. Once back at the airport, Nacho went into make sure assistance was ready for me at the airport. Back at Buenos Aires, our driver , who picked us up from our hotel at 4am (sorry I forgot his name, but his car was one of the nicest vehicles we rode on while in Argentina) was waiting for us at midnight and was even able to drop off our party at 2 different locations. I fully recommend this tour if you have limited time in Argentina without worrying about making plans and you want an amazing tour! Thanks for the great memories

I actually have to write about this one. We were on an Antarctic cruise which was cut short due to covid. We arrived back one week earlier than expected. I initially had a reservation for January 24 to fly to the Falls (this is a non-refundable fare). When we arrived into Buenos Aires a week early, I contacted Pablo, with Signature Tours and asked if there was a way we could exchange our trip for an earlier day. He worked with me to make sure the we were able to get there. We went on January 15. There was a change fee involved, which was expected, but the fact that Pablo worked with us was amazing!!
The tour was a little bit of a let down (the reason for the 4 rating). It was very hot and very humid on the 15th. Our tour guide, Ricardo, was marginal, at best. He would walk in front of us through the crowds, and then wait. If we had a question about something, he was not there to answer it. The crowds were big, but I would expect a tour guide to stay with you to explain things that are new to you. However, the falls are pretty amazing. They were running a little low (drought), so were not as impactful as they could have been. If I were to go, I would wait until the water was a little higher, and I would DEFINATELY use Signature Tours.

This tour went above our expectations starting at 4 am when a driver picked us up at our hotel to take us to the airport and ending when the same driver picked us up at the airport to deliver us back to our hotel ending at 9 pm! Sabastian, who grew up near the park, was our tour guide at the falls for the day and shared personal stories really making the visit extra special. The walking paths were a bit crowded but we had plenty of time to take photos. We walked all three paths which was around 9 miles. The 2 hour experience called The Great Adventure which included a truck ride through the rain forest and a boat ride around and into the falls was amazing. There is a long stairway from the truck down to the boat which seems even longer walking back up. When you get in the boat, remember to put your shoes in the watertight bag that they provide you. Also, I would suggest extra sun screen! Thank you Signature Tours for a day we will remember forever!

It's absolutely something you need to see one time in your live. It looks like a scene from a movie. Prior to reaching the falls, you buy your ticket and an indigenous tribe is selling really cool souvenirs. You can hike or you can take the train up to a drop off point and then there is about a mile walk to the falls. It goes by quickly because of all of the beautiful jungle scenery. You can hear the falls before you see them and when you see them...wow. My pictures did not do them justice. Pay the money, and go. You will be glad you did.

All the transfers were on time and in good quality vehicles. All drivers were helpful where language issues allowed. The guide was excellent and gave me a great overview and options on how to spend the day. Iguazu Falls is truly a Bucket List item and not to be missed. It lived up to all expectations.

We were in Buenos Aires after a cruise to Antarctica, and were looking for something that would have the same "wow" factor that we'd just recently experienced. This day trip did not disappoint. Everything was handled perfectly, even when the airline didn't exactly cooperate by cancelling our return flight! We knew our flight arrangements ahead of time, so we could check in online, and our driver was right on time at the hotel to take us to the airport. Once we arrived (luckily, early), we met up with Ari, our guide, who took us through everything Iguazu has to offer on the Argentinian side. I say it was lucky that we were early, because apparently it was a busy day there, and the only boat ride under the falls available was a mere hour after we landed, and it is a pretty long walk through the park to get to the vehicle boarding area to drive to the docks. The only thing we weren't aware of was that we would get completely soaked during the boat ride...the drivers of the boats pride themselves on who can get their customers the wettest!! So the rest of the day was spent running around in wet clothing, but we dried out quickly enough (we had been told to bring a change of clothes, but brought nicer clothes for the return flight, as we assumed the boat ride would be the last thing we did, and didn't want to run around the park in the nicer clothes). I would recommend waterproof pants and a waterproof jacket to anyone wanting to do this tour.

The park itself is beautiful and the falls are stunning. We even made it up to the top of the Devil's Falls, where we managed to get wet yet again from all the spray (FYI, the falls you see on approach to the airport are the Devil's Falls). Ari made sure we saw everything there was to see, and then we told him to go ahead and get us to the airport early. Which was a good thing, as we discovered our flight later that evening had been cancelled. Luckily, however, there was a flight leaving in 15 minutes that we managed to get seats on.

We were concerned that the driver wouldn't know we were coming in almost 3 hours early, but there he was, waiting for us. Obviously someone at Signature Tours was monitoring our flights and found out which flight we'd been rerouted on, and made sure that Nicolas (our driver) was there for us. Outstanding customer service!! And just another reason this was such an amazing tour for us!

I can’t tell you how seamless and efficient everything was today and how great all of the people (drivers & guide) were today. All spoke great English and took great care of us. All were very professional and knowledgeable!
Many told us we could not do what we did in a day, but I don’t know what we’d do if we stayed another day.
We were picked up at our hotel at 6am, flew to Iguazú where our guide and driver were ready for us. We were soon standing over Devil’s Throat at the falls, then on a boat cruise under all of the falls, with a quick stop for lunch, we were soon walking over the other side of all of the falls. Incredible scenic views all day. Back to the airport for a 630pm flight and safely back to our hotel by shortly after 9pm. Again - an amazing day!

We loved our one day trip to Iguazú Falls! It was well planned… we were picked up from the hotel in Buenos Aires, taken to the airport, flew to Iguazú where the tour guide met us, spent the day walking the trails and seeing the Falls (breathtaking!) and then back to the airport, back to Buenos Aires where we were picked up and taken back to the hotel - there was even a little tour of the city on our way back to the hotel! We did all this in one day! Hassle free - highly recommend!

I had a great private all-day tour with my tour guide, Adrian. He was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the falls, the animal and plant life, etc. He really let me set the pace and we hit all 3 major trails (we walked 13 miles, but you could do only 1 or 2 of the paths if you didn't want to walk so much. It didn't feel like that far because we stopped often for photos, etc.). The photos are beautiful, but they don't do it justice, it is a breathtaking place.

Excellent from start to finish - all arranged by email with Gabriela who was super efficient - we arrived at the cruise terminal were picked up promptly and then flew up to Iguazu (about 90mins) our guide met us at Iguazu airport and he was just great - very knowledgeable and fun to be with - the falls are awe inspiring - you must not miss them - we got 6 hours there and flew back to Buenos Aires at 7pm - back on our ship by 930pm - excellent trip - it is hot and humid but don’t take any notice of the yellow fever scaremongering - we didn’t even need mosquito repellent - just go and see one of the wonders of the world 👍👌
