    Stunning scenery
This was a great day tour looking at icebergs and glaciers. I was picked up from my hotel on time and taken by coach to the port. The guide on the coach was informative and gave instructions of what to do and where to go. Upon arriving on the boat the first instructions were given by the professional photographers. This was all in Spanish so I did not understand. One of the photographers did say she would come and explain later to the English speakers but she never did. The guide on the boat spoke in both Spanish and English so I could understand the tour and she gave some really good information about the local area as well as the glaciers and icebergs. It was just a shame that I missed out on one of the professional photos as I was not sure of what was going on and then they also got very busy. The tour itself and the scenery was fantastic!! You can’t help but be mesmerised by it and this tour was a great way to see it.

You can’t not love the glacier
I took the full day glacier trip recently and I was not disappointed. Our guide (Marissa) picked me up on time from my hotel and was very friendly and informative. I had chosen not to do the boat trip with this tour as I had already done a full day iceberg cruise the day before. This meant that I got an extra hour at the glacier to experience this natural wonder! You can’t help but be drawn into the stunning scenery and the magnitude of the glacier.a great day.

    Great day out
What I liked about this tour was that it didn’t start too earlier. Pick up was after 9am. We visited all the place in the description so won’t list them. Overall it was a great experience - our tour guide Fernando was excellent at what he did and really enjoyed his stories. Our driver Maria was excellent too.

I came to Bariloche to take my three daughters horseback riding. I booked the trip, and paid through Trip Advisor's travel company Viator three days prior to the trip. They sent me a message the night before the ride informing me that they attempted to confirm but could not contact me (which is a lie because I purchased the tickers and had a confirmation) then they informed me that they didn't have any horses available so it appears that they took my booking and my money then cancelled me last minute for a larger party. DO NOT plan your day depending on these people, they will throw you under the bus for a larger party and unfortunately Viator does not help, they just make sure you get your money back.

Failed to confirm my tour and left me hanging
This is a review on TANGOL as a booking agent, not the actual tour itself. Was in constant communication with this company as I traveled through outh America and they took payment from me for a mini trek on Perito Moreno. They like to finish their email with 'I'll be attentive'. Truth is that despite me confirming all my details the day before the trip, they were far from attentive and no-one was there to check emails and confirm the trip. My wife and I were left sitting in our hotel lobby in El Calafate. It was only when I asked the hotel receptionist to get in touch with Tangol that we found all of this out. Apparently, the staff who would have confirmed the trip were having a day off. Pathetic. Gladly, my hotel were able to get us on the tour for that day, just leaving later. These guys were a total waste of time and completely unprofessional.

    Scenery was beautiful, but . . .
The place the tour company took us for lunch was horrible—fixed prices, way overpriced for quality, and not tasty. I said something to tour director and he said it was the best in town!

    Almost perfect
The trip was perfect, we got to see the sea lions, the lighthouse and the penguins inside a very comfortable boat, while a tour guide gave us several insights about the history of the Beagle Channel. It was almost perfect since the trip started one hour after the scheduled time and it was changed three times during the previous days.

    Terrific Scenery
Our pick was 30 mins later than said, resulting in lousy seats on the boat. Be that as it may, the scenery was awesome. The pilot gave us lots of time to get photos of ice bergs and 1 of the glaciers. The other glaciers were seen from afar. The downside, was a lot of people on the boat all fighting for limited space to get photos.

Great Day Trip To Another Country
My wife an I booked this ferry trip to Colonia, Uraguay online, prior to our tour of Brazil & Argentina. We had a free day, so we chose to add another country, as a day trip from Buenos Aires. Colonia is an old walled city and there are many shops and restaurants in an area which is an easy walk from the ferry terminal. A relaxing treat!

This place feels like a tourist trap. It's so not worth it. This venue gets soooo packed you almost have to stand up to see the show. The waiters bump into you all the time, because there's barely any space. The stage is a bit too high, so being out front is not such a good idea. We paid for the tango class at the end, but at the end of the show everyone is so drunk and the dancers are so tired it's not a very good class. I have to say the show is really good, the signers and actors are great, but whoever manages that venue has zero customer service background. If you want to spend a night of being annoyed by all the bad things that happen in a Tango show, I welcome you to visit this venue.

Great Open Air Jeep Ride Through Tijuca Rainforest
The jeep which included the driver and guide picked us up at our apartment and then went to one stop at a hotel to pick up a family. The weather had been extremely hot all week and cooled off that morning. When we got up into the rain forest, it was cold and rainy but they immediately pulled the cover over the top so we wouldn't get wet. However, I recommend taking a light jacket just in case.I was hoping to see some wildlife but the weather likely kept them in their hideout. The view from the top was amazing, even though it was overcast, you could tell what a great view it would be on a clear day. We were dropped off at the botanical garden for a relatively quick stroll through the gardens...absolutely beautiful so you should plan to spend more than 1.5 hours there. Also, the guide was super nice but not very knowledgeable about the vegetation so if that matters to you, you might want a different tour. Oh, if you want to stop at the gift shop, it's on the way in. You will exit the back of the gardens.

    A MUST do experience !
My partner and I went with Hielo & Adventura - and we were not disapointed! Well schedules, on time, explanations, equipment...it is an entire day trip including the cross over with the boat, a walk of more or less 45 mns to the beggining of the glaciar where you put the crampons on. The landscapes are amazing ! There are two qualified guides per group to ensure the way. This is mainly a flat path and walking with crampons is easy. Be aware though that the wind can be very strong and ice cold so take appropriate clothes to cover yourself. People wrote that it is a physically very demanding experience but I wouldn t go that far. This is very doable even for non sporty people. Just make sure to be able to walk few hours. Totally worth it !

    didn't take tour BUT...
I booked a tour at the last minute (day before) hoping to squeeze in a sightseeing tour on my work trip after I arrived in BA and before my meetings started the following day. Unfortunately, immigration took so long that I didn't have time to get to my hotel and then also to the tour. I would have been 15 min late to the tour. I did not expect a refund as it was not their fault but they kindly and surprisingly gave me one - shows they are an honorable company and I hope to join them in the future if my work or personal travels bring me back to BA. thank you kindly!

The show was about one man's ego. We wanted Tango and half the show was Mr Ego singing and monologue. Fantastic venue, very good staff, professional performances but overall disappointing there was not more Tango orientated.
