- richmV9443PC00You need to research each detail yourselfWe booked custom Brazil tour asssuming they would take care of the details so I didn’t check each detail first. The best thing about them was someone showed up for each transfer. No expert advice. 1. Wanted to see jaguars in Pantanal Guide and Google search jaguar’s in Pantanal told go to Mato Grosso in North Pantanal Say Hueque - booked us in South Pantanal, 7 hours away so wrong area. Great for birds but no capybara, or other animals except a fox and 2 monkeys in the wild. In other words don’t go to Florida to see Polar Bears. 2. Between flights in San Paulo wanted to stay by airport just to sleep. Say Hueque booked a hotel 45 minute drive each way even though many like the Marriott (10 mins away) were much closer. 3. Say Hueque pushed a boat ride at iguzza falls that my wife repeatedly said was concerned about for her and our son. For that had no ponchos and no towels like the other tour groups did. It was totally different from the video they sent us and we were completely soaked. Overcharge Wanted to see pink dolphins asked specifically if lodge offered it. Say Hueque said 150 per person and need to book separate Lodge they booked us in offered it for 66 per person (we paid 50 each using separate vendor. Help when need When called about Pantanal on trip told phone only for life and death so email so next day get a response we don’t control the animals. When we used Costa Rican Vacations or even hotels.com when problem with hotel changed on the spot
- Tracie D00Say Hueque Spoiled UsSay Hueque helped me plan the trip of a lifetime for 4 of us traveling together over 2 months (Feb/Mar '23) - it was a custom itinerary all over Argentina, Chile, and Ecuador (inc. Galapagos - which they arranged with the assistance of another tour company in Ecuador). I had been looking at pre-fab group tours – I would find things 'close' to what I wanted, but often including things that I wasn't so keen on and missing things I really wanted to see or do. I happened upon Say Hueque - they are a local company and they built a custom trip to my exact specifications. The cost was very close to what I was seeing for the pre-fab tours (only slightly more). And, they looked after all the nice little extra things... for example, every time we came out of an airport, there was a driver holding a sign with our name on it. Some of the excursions we did were 'organized' group activities but most of the time, we had a private guide - and changes on the fly were very much accommodated (such as, if we were really enjoying something and wanted to stay longer, it was easily arranged). Even a ‘big’ change was well-managed – for example, Chile was a last-minute replacement for Peru when the civil unrest there flared back up over Dec/Jan. We communicated with Say Hueque about our concerns (taking care to do it before the 30-day pre-travel window when cancellations fees can be charged) and they quickly came up with an alternative Chile itinerary, accommodated our tweaks, then charged only the difference between the Peru cost and the Chile cost (Chile IS more expensive, after all!). While there were a couple of minor hiccups (to be expected on such a long journey), they were easily rectified with a call or message to the emergency numbers provided. Editing (adding and subtracting activities thru the planning process) and a couple of last-minute activity cancelations (e.g., a highway closure prevented us from getting to a day trip destination and cloud cover prevented a nighttime star-gazing experience on the Atacama) were managed with no-hassle refunds where appropriate. I really can't say anything bad about this company - in particular, Patricio was great to work with. I can't recommend Say Hueque enough - we had a fabulous trip!
- 712LouiseG71200Spectacular Every DayWe just returned from a 20 day tour of Argentina, Chile and half a day in Brazil at Iguazu Falls. The whole experience was organized by Vera and Joaquina. Using their expertise and experience (and considerable patience) with 4 of us making adjustments based on our comfort levels and tidbits of knowledge, they managed to give us a trip we'll never equal or forget. Our travels included a few days in Buenos Aires, then travel to Bariloche, Puerto Varas, Puerto Arenas, Puerto Natales, El Calafate, Ushuaia, back to Buenos Aires and then 2 of us went on to Izuazu Falls. The transfers went smoothly, including our 4:00 a.m.pick up at the Buenos Aires airport, our own fault because we booked our international flights ourselves. We flew between some towns, took a boat between others and sometimes a combination of boat and bus. Tours were conducted on vans and boats with some walking. Every guide was wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, and interesting, making each day special. They shared their knowledge of their cities towns and countries with obvious pride, educating us and then helping us exchange money, find good places to eat and shop, and giving us suggestions for how to spend our spare time. All tickets to National Parks were taken care of so there were no unpleasant surprises. The hotels were nice and comfortable without being extravagant. Breakfast was always included. If you go, try to include 2 full days at Izuazu Falls, It was a spectacular ending. As much as we were looking forward to this trip, it far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Vera, Joaquina and Say Hueque. Our guides also told us that they enjoy working with this company.
- Maplelicious00Both Sides Now!This trip was a once in a lifetime....one of the best trips I have ever taken and I have been from the Arctic Circle to Africa to Antarctica!! Iguazu Falls was INCREDIBLE...and so was Luna, who arranged our custom tour. We wanted to see both sides of the falls (and were SO glad we did...if you are only to go one time in your life PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do both ...we also did the river trip on both sides and both were totally different and amazing!!). Luna did everything we asked including booking our flights from two different airports. We arrived in EZE from the US and went on to Iguazu from EZE . But we returned to AEP. She customized our entire trip. And it was all very reasonably priced!
- MoniTripA00Flawlessly organized Argentine experienceWe had an amazing trip to Argentina with Say Hueque. Cynthia and Joaquina helped us to plan our trip and all the people, who we met on the way: tour guides: Gimena, Pablo, our drivers, hotel staff made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Say Hueque for a great Argentine experience!
- Vacation66287200AWESOME HELP AND TRIPCynthia and Joaquina were great! They caught my idea of the trip that I had in mind and helped me ALLL THE WAY to have a dream TRIP
- Enrique C008 day Buenos Aires and Mendoza Custom TourCan't add more than what has already been said, Say Hueque is one of the best tour operations that I have had the pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend using them for your next Argentine Adventure. My wife, myself and another couple book an eight day Buenos Aires and Wine Tour (Mendoza) with Say Hueque. You will always have someone with you to during your stay in Argentina. The suggested accommodations we had in Buenos Aires and Mendoza were "a punto" (on point). The itinerary of vineyards and oliver factories was spectacular and the winery lunches arranged by Say Hueque were un believable. Unfortunately, I gained 5 lbs over 8 days. Highly recommend Say Hueque!!!
- kensE8105FZ00A great tripWe had an extraordinary trip to Patagonia planned and organized by Say Hueque's Agustin and Antonella. We gave them our main things we wanted to see, how many days we had and the general type of hotel we wanted to stay in. They organized a wonderful 10 day itinerary including more than we had even suggested an interest in. From pickup and delivery to airports to the day to day guides and drivers, all were excellent companies and individuals. Personable, informed, timely, interesting. Of particular note was our guide Ayelen who led us on our memorable Lagunas de Los Tres hike. Hotels were 4 star and well staffed, great views, good food, nice locations. A great trip at a very good price. Thanks so much
- B1238EWjohnm00Best Tour EverThis was my best experience ever with a tour operator - and I've been on quite a few organized tours since 1978. Starting with the booking process, they were very attentive to my needs and desires. I also decided to make a couple of changes to the itinerary after booking, and they were very accommodating. I booked with Inn-category hotels (in my mind "budget" hotels), but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodations. Furthermore, we received far more personalized attention than I had expected, starting with the pickup at the Buenos Aires airport, and a private tour for the two of us the next day with the same person. Also two private tours with another excellent guide for Iguazu falls on both sides of the Argentina-Brazil border. The quality and comprehensiveness of Say Hueque's services far exceeded expectations and was a fantastic value, considering the price paid.
- SusanBenson00Great experienceWe were in Buenos Aries and wanted to go to Iguazu Falls so we contacted Say Hueque to plan the trip for us. We were leaving for Antarctica and wanted the trip finalized in a short time frame. Lucia went above and beyond to plan our trip from hotel pick ups, flights, tours and guides etc. payment was simple and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this company.
- IndiaRavi00Beware! - Watch out for being shown the rule book for any out of the ordinary contingencyWe had planned and booked our Argentina plus Chile customised trip with Say Hueque as far back as 1 year. Despite being awatre that they were quoting very high rates for ground transfer facilities we still decided to go ahead as it was a new country and we did not know Spanish. What I, ofcourse, did was to do the air tickets within Argentina plus all my hotel bookings ( except for Torres Del Paine) directly and NOT through them. Mid way through our trip, my wife fell ill in Buenos Aires. There was a lot of lip service from Say Hueque about how we can help but NOTHING in reality. We were staying one block away from their office and one day I was standing outside their office and sent them a message. But no response. I was in constant touch with them for rescheduling the balance portion of the trip. I got a curt reply that whatever changes was needed could be done only when we were sure. What I wanted them to do was draw up an alternate plan in advance and which they were not interested to do so.We then decided to cancel the balance part of the trip and return home. I wrote to Say Hueque to refund the balance going forward transfers cost, entry tickets cost, bus tickets cost, etc. They promptly showed the rile book to me and sid that as we were in the 7 day period there can be no refunds. Barring the hotel at Torres Del Paine which too should have given some refund considering the long association of Say Hueque with the hotel, I am sure all other expenses were refundable in whole or part to Say Hueque by their vendors. Mind you, every single hotel that I had booked direct agreed to refund the money or waive off the cancellation penalty. Say Hueque simply pocketed the refunds that should have come to me. Even of activities that were scheduled 5-6 days later. Say Hueque experience has left a very bitter taste. They are ONLY fair weather service providers. Comes an emergency or out of the ordinary contingency and they shall throw the rule book at your face. I have travelled all over the world and agencies that value their customers behave differently when any emergency arises at the customer's front. Those that throw the rule book are the tyhpes that say a lot, claim a lot, but all of which means NOTHING. I shall go back to Argentina and Chile again....but NEVER NEVER again Say Hueque.
- annehH1554QT00Wonderful Argentina Highlights TourSay Hueque travel group did a superb job coordinating our 12-day trip in Argentina. The transfers went smoothly. The hotel selections were wonderful and the tours were excellent. Ayelen from Say Hueque was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. I will highly recommend this tour.
- 115tonyaw00Graciously Rated AverageGrossly overpriced for experience. Hotels are hit or miss, one of three was below average. Many opportunities to save time on plans not planned by the travel professional, resulting in many hours of flying versus having experiences. The transfers were to be all private and many were with groups. I had to pay many additional fee to have full experience from the the three cities visited. I travel seven months a year and my travel planner received a C- on planning, message management and expense. Another world traveler used a US based firm and had a similar experience with all private transfers and five additional activities for $3,000 less. I was urged to pay in USD and the other traveler paid in local currency. If you have moderate expectation and will to overpay, then Say Hueque is for you. I was treated to one meal for one person on my trip as an attempt to make up for a poorly managed travel experience. One excellent meal is not an acceptable substitute.
- Robert B00Slow communication and missed promisesRequests to Say Hueque are answered slowing. More importantly, we were promised our final itinerary between 10 and 30 days prior to departure. We are currently 7 days from our departure with no final itinerary. I have emailed and called with no results. We wanted to do final trip planning for activities prior to departure, but this is now going to be difficult as we begin our travel to another destination in two day.
- zphone00They promise great customer service but failed to deliverI did the 13 day Patagonia tour (Argentina and Chile). This company does not operate the tours. They merely organize the logistics for you. The biggest issue I had was they never gave me copies of bus or boat tickets that they reserved for me. They give you instructions to go to an address. They don't understand that if you don't speak Spanish, its not easy for traveller to navigate in a new city. In Punta Arenas, they gave me the wrong address, I waited 2 hours in the cold, and I missed the bus. They simply offered to book me on the bus the next day. That 12hr bus ride was not in a reclining bus, and I had to change buses (again in different towns, where bus stations were 8 blocks apart). Some of the hotels they booked for me were nice but others were sub-par (WiFi didn't work, cockroaches in bathroom). Pros: They are responsive to questions, and recommended a decent itinerary Cons: They don't share tickets or confirmation documents for hotels or buses with you. Instructions are incorrect. My suggestion is that if you can plan your itinerary, you should book your own hotel, buses and directly book with the tour/excursion operators. I did not feel I got the peace of mind that I was expecting from this company for the money that I paid.

Say Hueque organized a wonderful tour for my husband and I in Argentina and Brazil. Every detail was perfectly planned to give us the upmost in enjoyment and experience. The tour guides were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met even if we did silly things like forgetting our luggage! Our days encompassed the whole gamut of activity from hiking trails at Iguazu, eating barbecue in the pampas, to tango viewing in the elegant city of Buenos Aires. Our accommodations were well situated and, in Iguazu, the chef should be commended for the excellent cuisine served at the restaurant. That experience of dwelling in the rainforest was a real treat.

My wife and I agreed that this Say Hueque tour was the best of our 8-week visit to South America. The accommodation was first class. The BA city tour was excellent, and the tango show and dinner were superb. The 2-day Iguazu Falls visit was the highlight of our trip - the Falls are fantastic. Every pickup and transfer went like clockwork. We can't say enough good things about Say Hueque!

I was very pleased that I found Say Hueque when planning to visit Argentina. Not only did they arrange the fantastic 6 day Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls Tour, they also arranged pick up/drop off at the airports, and additional flights, accommodation and tour in Ushuaia. Everything went smoothly - all the pick-ups were on time and the guides provided were excellent.

I was the lucky winner for FB travel photo contest organized by Trip.me and sponsored by Say Hueque in February 18. Traveled with my Husband in the beginning of September and we truly enjoyed ourselves in Argentina.
The Say Hueque team has been very accommodating and provided excellent service throughout. While making my reservations, Laura has been very accommodating while my dates kept changing. She has been very helpful throughout the booking process and provided the best hotels for our accommodation in Buenos Aires and Iguazú.
Carla was our guide in Buenos Aires and Adrian in Iguazu. They were always there to assist us and flexible with the tour to suit our needs and schedule.
We stayed at the Brick Hotel (Recoleta area) in Buenos Aires for the 1st 2 nights. The hotel is amazing and the location is great. We enjoyed the City Tour, Recoleta Cemetary, the visit to Colon Theatre , the colorful La Boca and especially the Tango show. It was a wonderful experience with great ambience and great food. We even got the best seats for the show. Anyone visiting Buenos Aires should not miss the tango show. The next 2 nights we spent our time at the Loi Suites Iguazú Hotel. This is a great choice in Iguazú as the Hotel is beautiful and secluded. Great for people like us who enjoy serene and tranquility. The tour to Iguazú falls was the best experience ever! A great majestic waterfall - one of the 7th Natural Wonders of the World. Simply breath taking! We get to enjoy the falls from Argentina and Brazil side. You get great views from Argentina and you get to experience the falls up close in Brazil. After Iguazú we went back to stay in Buenos Aires. They provided another night to stay in Palermo area. We stayed in a boutique Hotel Legado Mitico. I truly love love love the location! Palermo is a quaint and quiet town where you can find many restaurants, bars and shop around in every corner you go. We didn’t even spend money on taxis. We used the phone app maps.me to navigate our way wherever we go.
All in all we have truly enjoyed our entire trip and would recommend Say Hueque Journeys to anyone booking a tour. 2 thumbs up!

First I would like to thank Mr. Patricio Rapaport of Say Hueque Travel for his excellent planning and patience. This was the first time we booked a large tour from home, it was a big investment and we were a little nervous about trusting someone so far away. My goodness! What excellent service and timing, not one item was missed or late. We were picked up at all locations by a person with a sign waiting for us and they eliminated all the worries for getting around Buenos Aires and Puerto Iguazu. The tour guides supplied were very knowledgeable and spoke English quite well. The Tango dinner was excellent and so was the dinner. Everything we experienced during this tour was very professional, I would highly recommend using this agency when travelling to Buenos Aires. Thanks again Patricio.

I saw that they had 3 different category of accommodation: Inn, Comfort, & Superior. What are the names of those hotels/inn so that I can do some research on them before I decide which category to choose.

Can we book a day early to rest from the trip before starting the tour that would include pick up at airport and hotel accommodations at the same hotel. I am trying to book flights today.
Thanks
