Stop At: AsadoAdventure, El Salvador 4600 Block Between Armenia and Malabia, Buenos Aires 1414 Argentina

Meet your tour guide in the fashionable neighborhood of Palermo Viejo to begin your 5-hour culinary and cultural neighborhood tour. We will show you how to start the fire and you will help make the chimichurri!

    Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Palermo Soho, Rua Honduras, Buenos Aires 1414 Argentina

As we walk, you will learn how the neighborhood changed from a sleepy residential part of town with low-level housing and cobblestone streets to Argentina's hottest and trendiest neighborhood.

    Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Plaza Armenia, Calle Armenia 1901- perimetro Costa Rica, Nicaragua y Malabia- Barrio Palermo Viejo, Buenos Aires C1414DKO Argentina

This plaza has a long history that mirrors its neighborhood's fate. From here I can show you just how this neighborhood changed from a seedy unatractive place to what it is today.

    Duration: 10 minutes

Stop At: Palermo Soho, Rua Honduras, Buenos Aires 1414 Argentina

Walking towards the butcher shop, we will stop to admire some local street art. We will then buy the main cut of meat for the day and walk towards the wine shop while admiring some more street art and taking pictures along the way.

    Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: La Malbequeria, Gurruchaga 1418, Buenos Aires Argentina

A very charming local wine shop with an interior patio and garden. This is the perfect place to stop and enjoy a little wine sample before deciding on the bottles to take back to the house.

    Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Palermo Soho, Rua Honduras, Buenos Aires 1414 Argentina

On the way back to the house we will stop to pick up some freshly baked bread!

    Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: AsadoAdventure, El Salvador 4600 Block Between Armenia and Malabia, Buenos Aires 1414 Argentina

Back home there will be a "picada" waiting for us and we will make a "Fernandito" to wash it down with while hearing about Italy's contribution to the local culture.

You will then help put the salad together and we can admire and talk about all of the cuts of steak and pork that are on the grill.

We can then sit down to eat what will most likely be the best meal of your entire trip!

We will finish off with a local traditional dessert and learn our last local cultural custom of how Argentine's say goodbye to friends.

    Duration: 2 hours
