Who knew cooking can be so much fun
We had an amazing end to our three weeks trip in Argentina with Saul. From the warm welcome to the last toast and everything in between, this cooking class is a must. Saul was fun, intelligent and managed to keep us all focused on the task at hand. Recipes were easy to follow, focused on the local typical Argentinian cuisine and the food we made was incredibly. We laughed, we learned, we ate and we drank- Highly recommend.

      Fun, Informative, and Unique Experience
This was hands-down our favorite activity of our honeymoon. It was so special and unique being able to spend the time in a local chefs house! And have a private cooking class, learning so much and getting to know each other. We both cook a lot, and still learned lots of tips and tricks. I am gluten free and Saul went above and beyond to make everything gluten free since it was just my partner and I, and the food was absolutely incredible. The only thing we would change is we did this class the first day of our honeymoon, and the meal was still one of our top meals the entire trip so it was hard for other ones to live up to it!

A new way to connect through cooking
I’m Argentinian, and my boyfriend surprised me with this experience; it was really perfect. Saúl is a fantastic host, and his recipes are both easy to follow and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is warm, bright, and spacious. We loved cooking and savoring fresh, flavorful dishes, all paired with an excellent white wine. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to learn something new, and connect with their partner in a different way.

The class was very easy to understand and interesting. We made pasta from scratch and everything turned out delicious. Saul is an amazing teacher and a very nice company. I recommend this experience if you want to have a different night with your partner or family, learn something new and eat better food than anywhere else.

A great plan to break up the week
Saul is an excellent host. We went with 7 friends, tried different pizzas—each one better than the last—and paired them with wine. A great plan to break up the week

      Cooking class for couples
It exceeded my expectations! We went to the couples cooking class, and it turned out to be a very fun and memorable date. Saul is an excellent host (with very interesting stories) and a great chef, who designed a personalized menu for us due to food intolerances, and we loved it. I highly recommend the experience.

Vegan Ravioli in Saul’s Lovely Kitchen
Last night I had the pleasure of experiencing a cooking class with Saul, a diligent and passionate chef. Not only he opened the doors of his most personal space, his amazing kitchen, but also accepted the challenge of getting out of his comfort zone as a gesture of warmth. Being vegan and gluten intolerant is not always an easy ride in Argentina, a placed known for meat, but Saul got out of his way to delight us with an amazing recipe that got to my heart and tummy. Over pleasurable conversation, the chef made absolutely sure we got the technique right leaving space for healthy mistake making. If you eat a plant based diet do not hesitate to schedule a laughter filled night of creative and delicious cooking with Saul!

Stop Searching—Saul’s Cooking Class was the highlight of our trip to Argentina!

If you’re considering a cooking class in Argentina, stop looking right now—Saul’s experience is everything you could hope for and more. From the moment we stepped into his charming home, we felt welcomed, inspired, and ready to dive into the rich flavors of Argentine cuisine.

We started with beef empanadas, carefully guided by Saul as he shared his tips for the perfect filling and fold. Each bite of the golden, flaky pastry was pure heaven.

The main event was Argentine rib eye with chimichurri sauce, expertly grilled and paired with the freshest, zestiest sauce we’ve ever tasted. Saul’s passion for his craft shines through every detail, and he made the process feel both approachable and fun.

To finish, we crafted dulce de leche—a rich, caramel dream that left us licking our spoons and planning how soon we could recreate it at home.

But beyond the delicious food, what made this experience truly unforgettable was Saul himself. His warmth, humor, and storytelling made us feel like we were cooking with an old friend.

This class wasn’t just about learning recipes—it was about connecting with Argentine culture through its flavors and traditions. Hands down, this was the highlight of our entire trip. Don’t miss out on this experience—it’s worth every moment.

If you're traveling in Buenos Aires and looking for an unforgettable experience, look no further than this amazing cooking and tango class combo! My wife and I had the pleasure of taking both classes, and they were one of the highlights of our trip.

The tango class was intimate and so much fun! She made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. It was a wonderful way for my wife and I to connect – we learned to listen to each other’s steps, which brought us closer together.

As for the cooking class, it was just as impressive. Saul's expertise in the kitchen is evident, and he takes the time to explain every step in a way that's both thorough and engaging. We got hands-on experience making delicious empanadas, and the star of the show was a steak with chimichurri – one of the best I've ever had!

Saul is a kind and incredible host, and you’ll leave not only with new skills but also with unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

What a fun idea to get to know a community: learn their dance and learn to cook local cuisine.
Saul’s class was a double win! The dancing portion helped us come away with very practical ideas.
And the menu - just wow! Again, we came away with a wonderful meal, practical new cooking techniques, and such a lovely evening.
    Highly recommended!

We had the best time!!! The tango was well taught and fun and the cooking with Saul was the best. His recipes are excellent and his skill and teaching technique will make a pro out of you. We enjoyed eating the fruits of our labor as well!
Being in Saul’s personal kitchen and space made it even more special like we were friends or part of the family. He made sure we were safely on our way in our taxi or Uber.

Tango lesson was easy, fun & awakening on the way our instructor explained the process. My 88 year old mother became a professional tango dancer & is ready to go to a milonga! My husband & I realized that we just have to feel each other, especially his & move with him. We would recommend this to everyone visiting Buenos Aires! Saul was easy & a joy to watch & for us to follow his cooking techniques. He’s a marvelous host & teacher. It was my mom’s birthday & he made quite unforgettable!

We started the night with a private lesson on how to dance the Tango with Claudio. Claudio was so patient and a great teacher. Then we moved to the kitchen with Saul where we spent the next 4 hours with Saul making an authentic Argentinian dinner all from scratch with the freshest and highest quality meats, veggies and spices. Saul is a master in the kitchen and loves sharing his passion. We cooked, talked, laughed and ate together in his in-home professional kitchen. It was such a fun night and we didn't want it to end! We left with recipes, new cooking skills and dance moves to share when we get home! We highly recommend it if you're looking for an authentic Argentinian experience.

Had a fantastic evening!! The tango lesson was so much fun and the instructor (Elena?) was so patient with us gringos :) Cooking with Saul was so much fun! He encouraged all of us to participate in the making of the great meal we all shared afterwards. It was really nice to spend the time visiting with the other participants and learn of their backgrounds and experiences. Would highly recommend this to anyone spending time in Buenos Aires - and will do it again if we return! Mucho gusto, Saul y muchas gracias!!

This was such a great experience! I loved everything about Saúl's cooking class. All the recipes were both delicious and easy to follow. He is very accommodating and will critique his lessons based on dietary restrictions. I got to make authentic Argentina empanadas, ribeye steak with potatoes (oh and I can't forget the chimichurri!), and dulce de leche ice cream! I even got a private lesson of Tango with an awesome instructor which was so much fun and really added to the great evening. Saúl was very kind and gave great suggestions for cooking as well as tips for things to do in Argentina. My only advice would be don't eat too much of the appetizers because you're gonna want to save room! Thanks again Saúl!

This class was one of the best cooking classes I have ever taken! Pair that with an amazing tango class before hand and you have something really special. Saul not only shows you how to cook the dishes but also talks through why the steps are important to making the dishes really good. This is such an amazing experience for any level of cook. It is a must do if you are in Buenos Aires
