My wife and I had a wonderful bike tour with our guide, Verena. Verena was filled with insights into the different landmarks we visited and we learned so much from her about the history and culture of Buenos Aires. We enjoyed eating Empanadas and coffee with Verena at a local family owned restaurant near Camanito. Overall a wonderful day. We did the Recoleta and Palermo bike tour with her as well the next day and had a fantastic time. Biking was a unique way to see the city and travel from site to site. Definitely beats riding in a bus or car. For a complete tour of the city, we highly recommend both bike tours!

I was happy to join this bicycle tour guided by Mariana, in the afternoon of the day of my arrival in Buenos Aires. It was a fun and educative way of getting to know the city, along with some national history and culture, at the start of my trip through Argentina. The bicycle tour took slightly over 4 hrs, at a gentle pace, including several short stops for explanations by the guide and one longer break in the city quarter La Boca, where you get some time to explore the quarter and to get a snack (I recommend to try the delicious empanadas!). A bottle (0,5L) of water per person was helpfully provided at the start of the tour by the guide, but I advise to bring own drinks in addition too. Our tour guide Mariana was very friendly, very knowledgeable and fluent in English: many thanks to her for making this day a pleasure and for leaving another positive memory of Argentina!

Buenos Aires history & parks on a amazing bike ride!
Varinia is the best bike tour guide! So knowledgeable!
I had a privilege to go in a private tour because in the day I book the tour it was drizzling. It ended up being an amazing and unforgettable tour. She brought me to a park near Puerto Madero and I could see the river which looks like a ocean.
Varinia has also showed me where to eat the best empanadas at Riconcitos in La Boca. It’s a family business small restaurant. Empanadas were fresh and the dough was very soft and thin. Such a hearty meal.
Varinia has even helped me find a running club so I could do my running the next day with a group. She is wonderful!!!! She also has a deep knowledge about Patagonia
I highly recommend the tour and Varinia as THE bike tour guide in Buenos Aires! I did the tour in my first day and I think it is the best way to have a first view of the city

Did this tour with my 2 adult kids. Matthew was our guide. Our group was a party of 7 and we did the afternoon half day tour on a Friday. The idea of this tour - biking thru a beautiful city to see amazing buildings and history is great BUT our guide was not really engaging providing not much more than the basic facts. The three stars is primarily because this ride was not safe. He would ride ahead and look back to make sure he had us all but did not really watch out for us. How could he? He was at the front of the line with 7 bikes behind. At one point he biked thru a yellow light with the last of the line faced with trying to get across a busy street as it turned red. Another time, coming back from la Boca, he crossed a busy curved street on a crosswalk but the 7 of us were a car length behind. A speeding city bus came inches from hitting my daughter and another rider. Matthew did not notice. SO- this tour could be wonderful but because of the traffic, it can be very dangerous. Maybe with the 7, we needed two guides. This group did not have slow people -we all stayed together. The traffic was not the guide’s fault but at the end of this tour all seven of us were glad it was over.

We are awfully sorry you did not enjoy the bike tour because of traffic. Every critic is useful in order to improve our service. The tour you had chosen is around 75% on bike lanes and sidewalks, the most we can offer since it goes through the historical area where there are not so many bike paths. We take them everytime we can. About the guides, according to ISO standards, a guide must be added if there are more than 7 passengers. Once again, please note we take criticism and try to improve, and we are going to make the necessary changes so that this does not happen again.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour! It was our 2nd day in BA. Neither of us had been there before. The city is large and can be intimidating, especially when I know very, very little Spanish. There were only 4 people on our tour plus the guide. Our guide was super knowledgable about the city and stopped to share the history and current information about each area. She was able to answer our questions and speak with confidence and pride about the evolution of BA. She was able to share about the dark history and make a connection with us about how the citizens of BA continue to press for improvement while honoring and remembering the past.
The tour itself maintained a great pace, and although I'm not an avid cyclist, I was able to enjoy the ride the entire time. Since it was only day 2, the streets of BA were still intimidating however our guide was able to lead us through the city without causing the stress I would have expected. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to learn about BA, past and present.
While in BA we saw many bike tours - most were large groups. The city is so loud I could not image trying to hear a guide on the streets of BA with more than 6 people on the tour. Also, I noticed while driving, people don't usually adhere to stop signs so large groups at the intersections could have caused serious stress trying to get the group to cross all at once. We could not have been happier, especially when seeing the other tours around town.

You couldn’t pay me money to do this tour again. Great sites, and honestly, a great idea, but horrible execution. I don’t feel like our tour guide was very empathetic, personable, or even aware that he had people behind him. At one point, he went through a light and left the entire tour on the other side of the street, and I was literally almost hit by a bus. The 7 of on the tour truly bonded over that and were each very grateful when the tour was over and we were back safely. I consider myself a strong rider but biking through a city is a whole other game. It would have been way better if there was more than one guide + it wasn’t on a Friday during rush hour traffic. You are literally riding next to cars and buses on busy streets!!! Terrifying. Maybe this company can better prepare their riders or find better ways to safely guide their guests through this beautiful city! Until then, I stand by my word.

We are terribly sorry for hearing that. What interests us most is a good experience of all our customers. Believe us that we are going to take all the necessary steps to improve. According to ISO standards, a guide must be added if there are more than 7 passengers. And about the tour you had chosen, it is around 75% on bike lanes and side walks, the most we can offer since it goes through the historical area where there are not so many bike paths. We take them everytime we can. But anyway, we want you to know that we are already making the necessary adjustments so that all experiences turn out to be as expected.

This tour was great! A representative from the company was at the meeting spot early to get everyone situated on a bike and in a helmet. The main guide, Mariana, and the support guide, Sandra, were stellar. I booked this for a high school group in which only I am fluent. Mariana's English was excellent, and her ability to tell a story at every stop was effective and engaging. It was thrilling to be a part of BsAs traffic on bicycle, and it's a great way to cover a lot of ground. A word of warning: Don't forget to put sunscreen on the backs of your hands!

Mariana was charismatic, enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable. She is a breath of fresh air from other guides I’ve had. She’s very personable and everyone in our group had a good time. The tour itself allowed me to find a new appreciation of the city, enjoying all of the quirky anecdotes along the way. We shared some hot mate in the eco reserve and despite the heat of the day, it was perfect!
Thank you Mariana! You were a delight!

Touring Buenos Aires by bicycle is efficient effective and fun. The city core can be traveled much faster by Nike than on foot, and puts you in contact much more than a car or bus ride. Guide Marianna was knowledgeable,Pleasant, and responsive to questions. The sites picked were high yield for understanding Buenos Aries culture and history. Recommend this tour highly.

Small group, great guide.
There was always time for an extra question.

I would absolutely recommend this, but make sure to book the "other" tour as well so you can see the whole town in one day.
