Marcelo drove me and 2 other guests to the estancia for a wonderful experience. He is interesting, friendly and funny. He shared lots of information about BA and answered many of my questions. I enjoyed the 45 minutes of horseback riding. We ate enough food to fill you up for a week. Also, the folk music and dancing gave you a strong feel for gaucho culture. I strongly recommend this tour!

Marcelo was our driver and guide for a day tour to San Antonio de Areco and El Ombu. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and an all around excellent guide. We would highly recommend using him for any excursions in and around Buenos Aires.

Included horse back riding for an hour a stop in a quaint little town, our tour guide Augustin was absolutely incredible. Lunch was fabulous bus was comfortable and the wine freely flowed! A dance show was after lunch. Well worth it. Highly recommend.

Our private guide, Marcelo, was excellent and made our day trip to Estancia very enjoyable. Marcelo has an extremely personable demeanor and is excellent with both adults and children. Marcelo is extremely knowledgable about Argentina and was able to articulate his knowledge both in English and in Spanish for my bi-lingual family. Highly recommend Marcelo.

What an amazing day.. From we were picked up in the morning from our hotel by Julieta, from signature tours, until we got back to our hotel this evening, we felt we were in great hands. Julieta gave us lots of information about the city and about the surrounding area as we left Buenos Aires and headed out to the ranch. The rain didn't spoil our day at this wonderful working ranch. We went horseriding, had some wine and lots of food and were entertained by the Gaucho cowboys.. We laughed and danced into the afternoon..
This is a must for anyone travelling to Buenos aires... 🙏

Gaston our driver and Nicolas our guide were excellent ambassadors for Argentina.
Nicolas was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Before arriving at the estancio we stopped in the gaucho town of San Antonio de Areco to observe a silversmith, lovely home and gaucho artefacts.
The empanadas and wine as our welcome starter was followed by a horse ride around the property.
A traditional countrystyle asado served on the lawns near the old Ombu tree was extremely tasty, varied and filling.
A folklore show was led by a 5th generation 2 year old. The horsemanship was evidenced by the gaucho's horse whispering skills.
A very pleasant day in the rural area. We highly recommend it.

My husband and i will be disembarking from the Star Princess at about 9:30-10:00 Am on January 31, 2019. Our flight home is at 11:20PM from EZE. We can't even leave our baggage at the check in until 7:30 PM. We would love to go to an Estancia...but we would need to b picked up from the port and dropped off at EZE in the evening or late afternoon. If the timing isn't right for that a Tigre River experience would also be of interest. I REALLY would like to speak to someone about these arrangements, or an personal email exchange with one person, who gives me their name would be OK. Since these seems to be a public forum...which I don't really like as a way to ask questions about an major expense...I will just leave my email. Of course, if you want to experience a ranch day you can do it in a private vehicle since the time you will be disembarking. Pick up at port and drop off at Eze Airport. you will have to ask for in special requirements, once you have decided the day you would like to do the tour. The private option is the one that suits to your requirements!
