Good tour activities but not good customer support by tour company
Inadequate communication by tour company regarding meeting time and location of the end point of the tour resulting in inconvenience and additional cost. The boat ride through the delta was very interesting as well as relaxing. The other activities in this tour represented the area. Our tour guide was pleasant and helpful. However, I would not necessarily recommend this tour company. We were told to report at 9:15 AM and our tour guide was told to report at 9:45 AM at the meeting point. This was very inconvenient as we got up early to taxi to the meeting point from our hotel and we were left without guidance for over 30 minutes. At the end of the tour, we were left over 12 miles from the designated end point. Rather than ending the tour at the designated point, within walking distance from our hotel, we were forced to take a taxi at our own expense for a 14.6 mile trip across Buenos Aires. Our tour guide kindly assisted in securing a taxi for a fair rate, but it was an expense we had not anticipated. The change in the end point resulted from construction work and inability of the train to access this specific area. However, the tour company should have been aware of the issue since it was an ongoing project over a considerable time frame. The tour company should have notified us of the change in final destination, the additional distance that had to be traveled at our own expense — or provided alternative transport to the designated ending point.

        Do NOT use Tangol operator
The tour guide- Tangol- does not deliver your tickets via email like other operators thus we were not admitted to the tour and they would not provide us with a refund Do NOT use this operator

Overpriced ticket for a 1 hour tour. Book direct!
Partially my error but the original tour times were changed by Expedia. I put the original time in my agenda. The changed time was one hour earlier than the original tour. I arrived one hour late. I paid circa 50 dollars for a 1 hour tour that would have been half the price had I booked it directly! Indeed for a tour I couldn't do anyway! Recommendation. Expedia should send a Google or calendar invite for every booking. Any future changes that they make will then automatically updated in the clients calendar.

        Bad Experience never ever
Well I have to say I had a very bad experience with TripAdvisor by getting the ticket from it for Teatro Colon. I failed to get a ticket voucher via email, even getting a couple email notification, reminding me to find a one. Before 2 hours ago from getting the theater there, I double checked my email again but still didn't get the ticket. Once standing in front of the entry, I was advised that the email confirmation without ticket cannot let me in. Therefore, I took several international calls to TripAdvisor trying to get a ticket via email. Meanwhile, they told me to download Viator or whatsapp which I could not download successfully due to mobile provider. Finally it took me 30 mins to miss the main part of trip. Therefore, I highly advised the potential visitor to get the ticket from the official office ticket online rather than Trip Advisor.

        Great
Excellent show and good. Note to management - don’t allow staff to pester customers for tips whilst the show is on, it was distracting and annoying as they went from table to table speaking over the music and thrusting a plate in front of customers informing them this was putting tips on. Also the noise from the kitchen, plates being washed and stacked was noisy and distracting during the show. Simple things to make it a very enjoyable experience.

        Extraordinary evening
Very nice dinner followed by excellent Tango show. This was our one night out while in Buenos Aires and we were not disappointed. We arrived just before 8:00 PM for the dinner, service was excellent, steak grilled to perfection accompanied by a full bottle of wine. We then walked across the street to the little theatre where individual tables were set up. We were concerned about the pole sort of blocking our view but all was good. There were some patrons who insisted on standing to take pictures blocking our view but were asked to sit very quickly. The service at the theatre was very efficient as well. All in all a great evening and well worth the cost. Note that tipping is not included.

        Must-do experience in Buenos Aires!
I had the loveliest time here with my two travel buddies. The service was incredible, the food was delicious and abundant, and the dancing was spectacular. Pro tip: Spring for the pre-show wine tasting. Our sommelier, Franklin, gave us a night we'll never forget.

        A tourist trap
It’s said is the “best steakhouse in the 🗺️ “ 🤔🤔 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️so ! I had to try it ! Even with its Michelin ⭐️ , complimentary “bubbles”upon arrival , a tour of wine cellar the exorbitant prices make it just a perfect “tourist trap” . As a native Argentinian I can guarantee you!! You’ll find the same or even better quality meat at a waaaayyyy much cheaper price somewhere else! Yes ! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had (Besides Japan, Kobe beef, oops 🤭, not even at such expensive price). But definitely not “the best steak in the world “ the most expensive stews in the world, absolutely yes! But not “the best “! Although has an impeccable service is way overrated, overpriced!

        WONDERFUL SOUTH AMERICA WITH TANGOL
Me, my wife, son, daughter-in-law and young grandson had a wonderful vacation organized by TANGOL to Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru for a period of 25 days in Dec/Jan 24/25..Their Executive Mr Leonardo Liebolt is an excellent person. He guided us through customization of the itinerary and tours , giving us various options to suit our budget. I admire his patience in answering a ton of emails back and forth!!Ours was a private tour and all vehicles and hotels were nice and comfortable. The guides were all English speaking and good and helpful. They have good operations staff in all the places and were in constant touch with me through WhatsApp messages for the day’s plan. Their emergency 24/7 response was very comforting and handled a couple of small glitches and changes very well. You are in good hands with TANGOL. Thank you Leonardo for a dream come true vacation.”

        Loved it
The guide walked with us through the penguin colony, was informative. During the walk a sea lion was on the beach an we sat down to watch him. A great experience. They also offer an amazing lunch in the restaurant.

        Not worth it
Not very impressed at all. If you want to see tango dancing then don’t bother, it had too much singing , live music and not enough tango dancing I think there was a story to it but couldn’t understand Venue was ok

        Amazing
Awesome view to the actual bombonera, history about all their championships and great players history. If you are a Boca Juniors fan, this is the place to go

Ushuaia: End of the World Train & Tierra del Fuego Park - Got confirmation and they didn’t show up
DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked the Ushuaia train and national park tour with them and got a confirmation email and paid! Then I got up early the next day and waited for 30 minutes for them to show up. When they didn’t I tried 3 different what’s App numbers of which just one responded promptly that my reservation was NOT confirmed but that he couldn’t help me and I had to try a different number which did not respond. Get your guide also tried to call them all the time. As they couldn’t reach them after multiple attempts Get Your Guide refunded my the money, but my only day in Ushuaia was lost. I never got a proper explanation except something like I booked after 6pm the previous day (snick I did - 6:30pm), but first of all I got a proper confirmation and no where was written that you needed to book at a certain time - when I selected the date it was selectable and a booking agency closing at 6 is the most ridiculous thing I have heard - everywhere else in Latin America they were open until at least 22:00h. In fact. Spontaneous bookings are very common and must be catered for! Never again
