This was a lot of fun! If you're considering doing it, you should! We had very little previous experience riding horses and less experience with the rules of polo. We quickly were taught how to ride and the rules of polo. While we were beginners, our tour did have a more experienced player. We all had a great time!

My family had the most fun & memorable experience learning polo with Fernando! An absolute must for your trip to Argentina! Impeccable friendly service from pickup to drop off. Fernando was incredibly responsive and helpful in coordinating this experience for me and my family (ages 23-69). Fernando’s horses are so well trained we, 4 complete beginners, felt like experienced riders and were playing polo within 30min of instruction! We were sore from laughter and from playing hard for days after this! This experience was by far the highlight of our entire trip! We all walked away with a new found love and deeper appreciation for the sport - and a desire to play again. Thank you so much, Fernando!!

This was an amazing experience. I have ridden horses all my life but my husband never had any Fernando was an amazing teacher. Victor was up and riding in no time and Fernando taught us both how to ride and hit we has an amazing time playing polo and being around the horses. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to have a fantastic Argentinian experience!

Fantastic experience. Our Polo instructor Fernando was professional, friendly and patient. The horses were as well! Any level rider would enjoy this. I learned something and had fun all while on a horse. What could be better?!? Only tip is bring your own water and snacks as this is on a beautiful ranch but not near any shops. If you bring carrots both the horses and the chickens will love you.

Fernando is just the best! As a professor with no horse experience, I was amazed at how his straight forward training approach led to immediate improvement. He told me the right way to perform and then showed me how that differed from what I was doing. Great to have a first session going over the basics and then a mini game in the second session after a short break (for us and his horses). Fell in love with polo and his horse Tango! Fernando is my new hermano! You’ll love the experience from beginning to end!

Fernando was awesome! His horses were so great! He welcomed my friend and I to his farm and his lovely polo ponies! I am experienced and my friend was not and Fernando made it so fun for both of us! He also had us driven there where we were able to stop by a roadside grill for lunch before continuing on, which was really cool too. I would definitely recommend Fernando’s company if you want to ride some great horses and be around a real expert!

Fernando was an amazing guide! He picks up in a central location then drives you to the Polo match. He plays the game himself so is super knowledgeable about the sport and goes out of his way to show you around the field, stables, and allows you to pet and take photos with some of the horses.

We had an amazing experience playing polo with Fernando. As promised, we went from zero to hitting the ball and even playing a bit of a game by the end of the morning. We also learned lots about the sport, tournaments and how it is played on the drives in and out of the city. Very accessible and super fun half-day - we’d highly recommend!

My sister and I had a great experience learning all there is to know about polo. The horses were in excellent condition and a pleasure to ride. Fernando was a patient instructor and made the whole experience enjoyable.

Had a really amazing time out on the ranch learning to play polo with Fernando. It really was one of the best days in Argentina. We were very novice, only ridden a few times but Fernando was very patient and gave excellence guidance to get us up and riding in no time. By the end of the day we were playing a game, and racing back and forth on the field. Would really love to do it again!!

Fernando was a terrific teacher. My son, cousin and I did not have much experience riding horses but that did not stop us from learning how to ride and control the horses and actually play a little polo match. It was such a great adventure! The horses are incredibly well trained and very patient with us. Fernando is a great teacher. This experience was one of the highlights of our trip and is something we will never forget. I highly recommend this experience.

Everything about our polo experience with Fernando was seamless. We were picked up for a central location in the afternoon, and we got a good three hours out in the countryside. The horses are lovely; we have both riden all our lives but were surprised how difficult it was! That was down to us though not the horses, who were receptive and very good with beginners. Fernando is very patient (!) and gives you lots of time with the basics. You never feel rushed and he’s a great teacher.
