Our small group tour (4 riders plus the guide) had a glorious summer day's ride on the South Side. Its one of the best ways to see BA (or any city) up close. Our guide (apologies for not recalling her name) was really personable and knowledgeable so it was a fine learning experience as well. The bikes were in good condition and the riding fairly easy, mostly flat and only a limited amount in traffic (BA has lots of bike lanes). We are in our 60's, not athletic, and it was fun and easy.

Great afternoon trip. La Boca district was my favourite part, so colourful and lively. Streets filled with artists, dancers, food and music. Cycling was easy and safe. Very efficient way to see a lot of areas quickly. Our tour guide, Nestor was friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Worth doing!!

So I will start with the positive: we had a friendly informative guide and were able to cover a lot of ground in a short time. I feel like I got a general appreciation for BA. The drawback is that you are weaving in and out of traffic, which was downright scary.

Had a great guide and really enjoyed my bike tour! Its quite flat, we saw a lot of the city, and I enjoyed learning about lots of history.

We booked this trip only one day in advance... no one showed up! the travel agency was closed with a note on the door to wait which we did. No one answered our calls. No way to complain except give a bad review! Totally ripped off.

Dear Carol,
We are really sorry about what happened. That Saturday was the only Saturday our office closed over the year and the guide who was meant to pick you up in the front door arrived late and could not find you to start the bike tour with the rest. We normally manage hundreds of bookings per month and as you can see in our Trip Advisor page we have very good reviews. Of course we will refund your service and invite you to email us so we can give you for free another activity in Argentina as a way to compensate our mistake.
Again we are sorry for the inconvenience.
