About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- gwilkins20220 contributionsCape of Good Hope and PenguinsA wonderful and scenic trip. Informative and engaging father/daughter duo as our driver and guide. While not a reflection on tour or guides, unfortunately, the funicular to the top was not functioning, nor were the credit card machines in the gift shop; so that meant no viewing and no shopping!Written October 19, 2024
- Hieronymous510 contributionsAmazing peninsula tour with the wonderful ElieElie guided us on a fantastic day long tour of the stunning Cape peninsula. Elie is very knowledgeable and informative on a whole range of topics, a very engaging, thoughtful and delightful human being. We had a brilliant day with him.Written October 3, 2024
- Marty B0 contributionsSuper day touring important sites around Cape TownOur guide Armando picked us up at our hotel. Super great guy. We started with a tour of BoKaap; the old slave neighbourhood with the beautifully colored homes which used to designate the trade of those inhabitants back in the slave days in S. Africa. Then on to a coffee spot for the best coffee in town. “Truth” coffee. Then we headed to Muizenberg area. Too cold to surf but a really cute beachfront community. After that we headed to the Southwestern tip of Africa: The Cape of Good Hope. It was very cold and windy but we saw Zebra, ostrich and eland on our way. Very beautiful spot! Then on to Cape Point for a while. We climbed up to the lighthouse and took a lunch break. Then after that Armando took us to the highlight of the day: Boulders Beach and to visit with the African Penguins. So many of them and they are so adorable. We spent a while there. Then we drove along the mountains past Nordhoek, Chapman’s trail and others. A little stop in Camps Bay, a south beach little community by the sea under Table Mountain. Then it was time to bid adieu to Armando and our fellow guests. It was a long and wonderful day. One I certainly won’t forget! Armando is the best guide. - JeG00010 contributionsExcellent way to see Cape Peninsula.Excellent tour with great guide Jeff. Only concern was that Table Mountain cable car stop was not listed in the Trip Advisor itinerary. We had actually gone up the cable car the previous afternoon. However, we decided to go on the cable car again as the weather was fairly clear and the view from the top is amazing.Written May 4, 2024
- Parryphoenix0 contributionsUnbelievable and amazing experienceI cannot recommend this trip enough. It was absolutely amazing. Armani our driver and guide was just the best. - gabriellag7110 contributionsFull day fun drive around!Take this full day drive to Cape Point and the Penguins!! It was a great overview of these world known attractions. The stops at the seal island transport and the Chapman Drive overlook were well planned as was the coffee stop. Then onwards to Cape Point get ready for an upward hike! Finally head on to Boulder Beach, lunch and then penguins! Our guide was Marshall who had a great and friendly demeanor and made our drive fun with many stories about the Cape. Bring some cash for the Boulder Beach sanctuary tickets. Marshall got them for us while we had lunch so we were able to skip the long line and access the viewing platforms directly. (All other extras you can pay with your credit card, no worries). 40 minutes at the penguin’s passed by so fast! Enjoy them!Written March 10, 2024

- Hannah O0 contributionsA great trip and lovely guide. We had a brilliant day on the trip with our guide Tinashe who was friendly, knowledgable and good company all day. He collected us from our guesthouse in the morning about 08.30am and we stopped off at various places along the way, as per the itinerary. We hadn’t realised that it was a private tour when we booked and not sure whether this was because the weather forecast was poor so other people rescheduled or whether it was always a private tour. It was great though because we never felt rushed and got to spend as long as we liked in each place. Would thoroughly recommend.Written September 11, 2023

- W8827SYsoniah0 contributionsA great day with great companyHad a wonderful day! Talent our guide was very knowledgeable (with all the history and info) friendly and patient never rushing anyone but always kept us to time so we could see everything. The trip was excellent from beginning to end with scenic coast drives, an exciting boat trip to see the seals, of course the penguins and having the 'photo' down at Cape of Good hope! Lunch at seaforth was very tasty! Don't hesitate go on this trip!!Written July 29, 2023

This was probably the most beautiful trip of my life. Who would have thought there were penguins in South Africa? Prosper is the best tour guide around and you will see that from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable about the area and has some really amazing stories to tell. Even if the cape and penguins weren’t exciting enough, prosper, the tour guide will have you laughing and smiling the whole time. I highly, highly recommend this trip.

We had a fantastic time on this tour!
We went to South Africa for a study tour with 10 people from Japan.
Coming from Japan, I was a little nervous about the language and lifestyle differences, but with Prosper as our guide, I didn't need to worry about it at all.
He is very knowledgeable, and he taught us a lot about the history and culture of the area. We also had a lot of conversations during the car ride and had a very good time.
Also, the tour schedule was just right, and we had plenty of time to explore at our leisure and take lots of photos to keep our memories alive.
I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

We had an amazing and very enjoyable day with Marshall who was able to share with us his extensive tour knowledge with humour and kindness. The coffee stop changed our lives!! The tour itself was superb with the highlights being Hout Bay sail to Seal Island, Chapman's Peak drive,Cape Point /Cape of Good Hope and a beautiful lunch stop at Boulders Bay before seeing the penguins.
Our thanks to Marshall ...and not forgetting Winnie too.
