          Absolutely worth it!
Hoira and Wendy did a great job and accompanied a day full of great views, wildlife and lovely hikes. Thank you! The front row on the upper deck (that did the hike, even if we didn’t raise our hands… 😉)

          Cheating Aquila
I was so disappointed, 4 elephants, 4 lions, and the elephants were too far from us. No Leopards. How can you call yourself Big 5 but no Leopards. It's a cheating business. I will never recommend anyone to go there.

          Really not worth the trouble
We were excited to add to our marvellous Kruger experience. The residential area at Aquila looked amazing. Getting into an observation cruiser was way more complicated than it need be BUT our guide ‘Teager’ was excellent and tried hard to make our experience memorable. The number & diversity of the animals made his job harder. only 3 giraffe in the park, three dozey lions asleep at the gate didnt help. A clutch of rhino’s and a dozen or so zebra, up close just about did our 2 hours to get there, 2 hour safari and two hours to return. Lunch, whilst quality & plentiful was hardly African.

Inaccurate facts wrt location and D6 removal of residence.
Overall the bus ride and destinations were great. However, the tour guide Louis, confused his facts somehow, he mentioned Platteklip gorge on Table Mountain is in Kirstenbosch. When narrating about the removal of the people of D6, try to give all facts or don't leave out important facts. Also, don't use colours like yellow, red & orange when speaking about race, be real. I don't think his sense of humour was appropriate for an extremely diverse group of people.

          Fantastic day
Our trip to the Stellenbosch & Franschhoek vineyard tour was an absolute delight from start to finish. The stunning vineyards, paired with the exceptional wines and food, made for a truly fantastic experience. The tour guide's knowledge and passion for the region's winemaking history added an extra layer of enjoyment to the day. What stood out the most was the guide's willingness to accommodate our additional requests, ensuring that we had a personalised and unforgettable outing. I can't recommend this tour highly enough - a must-do for any wine connoisseur or simply anyone looking for a luxurious and educational wine tasting experience in South Africa's beautiful wine country.

A Great Tour of the Cape Peninsula.
A wonderful tour of the Cape peninsula with our excellent and very knowledgeable tour guide Brahms whose grasp of the English language was masterful as was his his sense of humour and wit. The scenery was well worth seeing although it’s a shame that recent fires had taken our large parts of the area just before Cape Point. We even managed to see the big 5 in our journey - Cape Antelope, Baboon, Ostrich, seals and Penguins! Well done Brahams you made the day very enjoyable.

          Scenic ride to Cape Point.
Full bus load but a nice ride despite the mroning traffic jam, The guide was knowledgeable of the history of Cape Town gave a very informative running commentary. He made an effort to engage with the passengers, young and old. Also took the initiative to book the restaurant at Table Mountain Park for everyone on the bus.

Great tour, get close to history on Kartoa ferry.
Chilling. Inspiring. The tour is operated professionally, we get there by the boatload, but then small bus sized groups. The initial bus tour has a guide, who is informative and tries to lighten the mood. It is understandable that you can only see the graveyard, lime Quarry, etc from inside the bus. At the Max prison, a political prisoner is the guide, bringing everything to life instantaneously. His stories were horrific, it is heartbreaking what man is capable of when it comes to brutality. But ultimately, his message was for us, in our won ways, in our situations to stand for fairness and equality. Amen! (A little bonus, watch out for the birds and the occasional penguin and turtles on the island, and seals on the way back.)

          disappointed
I have just returned from a two day stay at Inverdoon Game Reserve 2 and half hours from Cape Town. Inverdoon is advertised as a Big Five Game Reserve. Inverdoon is NOT a game reserve. It is more like a game park with a few animals which are supplementary fed to survive in that arid environment. In my opinion Inverdoon is falsly and inaccurately advertised. Overseas visitors that we met whilst being at the reserve were hugely disappointed as they all felt they were going on Safari to this big five game reserve. It gives overseas visitors a false idea of South African Game Reserves and cannot be good for our tourism. The accommodation is acceptable as is their food. but the idea that this a game reserve is a misrepresentation.
