We spent 4 hours on the highlights of Cape Town tour and it was excellent. Sebastian is very easy going and nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable and it was fascinating hearing the history and especially the impact of apartheid given that is recent history in our lifetime. I would thoroughly recommend Sebastian.

All great...good on food and history. Put in some extra time with us which was appreciated and great perspectives. Would take his tour again.

We did the 10 tastings food tour on our first full day in Cape Town. This was certainly more than just a food tour. Gilbert was a wonderful guide that included the history of the city as well. We were able to experience where the locals eat and learn about the culture and history of the foods we were trying. We learned SO much and appreciated the extra time Gilbert gave us as we made our way to the waterfront. I would 100% recommend Gilbert has a tour guide and this tour!!

My husband and I had a great experience walking for 4 hours through Capetown with Sebastian. Not only does he have a very eleborate knowledge of the history of South-Africa, Capetown and its people, he also has a great sense of humour. He is very kind and makes you feel safe at any moment. We (a group of 4 adults) have chosen the Withlocals company and their guide Sebastian to show us Cape Town based on feedback from other customers. During the 4 hours walking tour through the center of Cape Town we have learned a lot about different aspects of the city and about the history of South Africa. If you come to Cape Town for the first time, we can warmly recommend to engage the Withlocals company and Sebastian as a guide at the begining of your stay to give you an excellent introduction to this amazing city.

This tour is what we want. A day spent around historical and sightseeing in the heart of Cape Town with delicious food. The weather was nice during our walk. We are glad booked this tour because without the guide, we don't think we can go through some streets and areas, because it not that safe.

Our family of four, with two teen agers, discovered Cape Town guided by Sebastian. We truly enjoy all, from begining to end. I had so much fun walking around Cape Town with Gilbert! Not only was there so much great food but I learned so much about the city and its history!

We had a wonderful time with Gilbert! He introduced us to local food spots that truly only someone born here would know. We felt like we were in the cool kids club being shown the city by someone who knew everyone we passed. We also really enjoyed learning about the recent history of South Africa from a personal perspective. Plus the food was all great. Thank you Gilbert!!

Gilbert was amazing and so very personable! He took us to some wonderful places that we would have never found on our own. He shared special things about Cape Town that we had no idea happened or exsisted. And, he had so many personal, family stories to share that made the experience special. Oh - and there was sooo much yummy food! We are hoping to go on another tour with Gilbert!

Spending the day with Daryl was a delight. He is so knowledgeable about Cape Town and shared so many unique experiences with us (including the bathroom with a view - IYKYK). He was very focused on our interests and wishes and focused on delivering a memorable experience. We had a great time.

A great introduction to Cape Town. And the four-hour walking tour was perfect following a long stretch of flying the day before. Sebastian was an excellent guide. He obviously enjoyed what he did, and knew more history than we could absorb in an our short time together. He was also happy to talk about current events. He will also quickly set you straight -- with a smile -- on the difference between what South African's call a braai and a barbecue.
