Complete scam and not as described. Things like the giraffe walk were not even allowed at Aquila so I'm not sure why this was included in the description by the company. We also did not visit the lion reservation project. Wine tasting was also not part of this tour despite it being included in the description - the driver was very confused when we brought this up and showed him the link to the description of what we had booked. After he spoke to his manager for ages (whilst we waited around in the Aquila seating area doing nothing) he took us to a vineyard for wine tasting on the way back to Cape Town which we all had to pay extra for. We finally returned to Cape town (3 hours later than expected, despite only doing half of the activities listed). We complained to the company who refused to give us our money back and claimed that they had paid for wine tasting and the additional activities which was not true. Please do not book with this company as they are scammers. Very disappointing experience overall.
