After a thrilling scenic flight around the Cape Peninsula you touch down at the Groot Constantia winery.
Soak up the rural vineyard-covered valley that surrounds this gorgeous Cape Winelands estate. You'll be escorted to the tasting room for a wine-tasting session to sample a variety of the winery's signature wines in a relaxed, elegant setting (own expense).
Follow your wine tastings with a 3-course meal at Simon's, the restaurant at Groot Constantia. Chat with your fellow travelers as you savor a wonderful spread of varied gourmet dishes, such as carpaccio, slow-roasted lamb, grilled fish, wild mushroom gnocchi and frozen lemon meringue (see below for a full sample menu). Dinner is served with wine, and dessert is served with coffee.
