Timbers made this experience one for the books for sure, the scenic view, the dinner, the whales, the penguins and the laughs he made this experience perfect from beginning to end! We are excited to do it again in the future for sure!

Tingo guided us on an awesome whale watching trip at Hermanus. It was a memorable experience thanks to the crew's expertise and enthusiasm. The whales were really close to us. The curious penguins at Betty Bay never fail to amaze me with their movements. It enriched the whole trip with Tingo's commentary. Anybody looking for a whale watching adventure should take this tour!

We had a fantastic day with Tingo, visiting Hermanus, seeing whales and dolphins, and visiting Betty’s bay to see penguins and finishing off with the beautiful scenery at the coast. What an amazing day, from the minute Tingo picked us up to the minute we arrived home. We were so fortunate to see a humpback, southern right whales with calves and countless dolphins. Tingo shared a beautiful coastal walk with us and took us to a lovely restaurant. From there we had a wonderful time seeing the penguins at Betty's Bay and all the time we felt we were in the company of a friend. Thank you Tingo.

Tingo was a phenomenal tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and went beyond what was asked of him to make sure we had an enjoyable tour. Our tour was a full day 9 hours and the kids were never bored. He speaks great English and wqs very thoughful as he tailored the tour to our interests. Highly, highly recommend Tingo!!! We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Tingo turned a rainy day into an exceptional time for our group of 6. The wineries selected were perfectly suited, boutique wineries that provided a unique tasting experience. The chocolate pairing was a hit with our teenagers! Along the drive, Tingo provided the history of the area, which made for an enjoyable and informative ride. We were not rushed, and had time to explore the grounds, cellars and tasting rooms. This was a highlight of our Cape Town visit.

Tingo is a knowledgeable and amicable guide. The tour was a highlight on our trip, with many shorts stops at key locations as we made our way down to the Cape of good hope. With a diverse group of ages (15 to 81) and ability, he accommodated all of us. We never felt rushed, with time at each stop to explore as we wanted. He was on time, personable, and we felt completely safe. He shared photos and videos he took at the end of the day which was an added bonus. If you are going with a tour, go with Tingo.

Tinga did a fantastic job showing our group District Six, Slave Lodge Museum, Langa walking tour with the local tour guide involved, Gugulethu and Bo-Kaap museum. Due to the rains the night before we couldn’t travel to Robben Island. His tour was enlightening and educational.

An absolutely perfect experience with Santa Cruise tours. Tingo is beyond gracious, kind and very knowledgeable about every point on our trip. He shared the history of the region in real time, using examples along the way to help us understand the peoples, cultures, animals, nature and significance of the area. One of my favorite experiences is that Tingo anticipated good photos for us and advised us to “get our cameras” ready before we got to a spot to ensure a perfect picture. He even took some spectacular photos for us and shared them. via airdrop before we got out of the van! After our super neat up-close experience with the penguins at Boulders park, we stopped for lunch at a seaside restaurant where I had the best dish and veggies just steps from the pier. By the time we got to Cape Point, and Cape Hope, we were already blown away by our experience, and standing atop the lighthouse, at the edge of Africa where two oceans meet was the culmination…so I thought. on our way home, Tingo timed it just right so that we could see and ethereal sunset that will stay with me for the rest of my life. there is no other personal affordable and friendly company to take. For sure, we will only travel with Santa Cruise tours when we return!

Wine Tasting with Tingo was and exquisite experience. The drive through the wine lands was breathtaking. Tingo is so knowledgeable and shared interesting facts and fun anecdotes which elevated the travel experience. Once there we were introduced to the estate, the beautiful grounds, art and the somalia. The actual wine tasting was a luxurious and informative experience. JP was both professional and down to earth. He proactively shared so much as well as answered all of our questions. The WINE is amazing and I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed each tasting. In fact my favorite was a Chardonnay, and I’ve never enjoyed Chardonnay in the past. The ride back to Cape Town was just as wonderful. After a long day, Tingo still had energy and passion to share more sightseeing and insights with us. At the end of the tour, not only did Tingo share a great restaurant recommendation, but wonderful pictures he captured of us through the day. This was a top tier with wonderful memories.

I was traveling solo and wanted to try something different, to the usual tour. Tingo showed me some of the beaches and local areas along the west coast and even joined me on the quad tour to assist with photos. I had a blast! My day was too short to travel to the national park but l thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the local beaches and the Eden Centre. Tingo's easy going manner and good nature made a fun day with endless information and lots of laughs. I felt like l was spending the day with a good friend. I highly recommend doing this tour, you won't be disappointed!
