We had a enjoyable and educational tour with KG. She was knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions we had throughout. Having spent some time in Cape Town it was interesting to hear historical comparisons from the Johannesburg point of view. Highly recommended tour and guide.

The tour covered many of the city’s highlights in about 5 hours. Pastor was a fantastic guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. The experience was highly worthwhile.

My arrival to Johannesburg was early so I knew I couldn’t get into my hotel so I booked this tour to keep my occupied and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to combine my airport pick, tour and hotel drop off all into this tour. Pastor was a great guide. He explained the day to me and we headed out. His knowledge of the South Africa was top notch. He brought me by a shanty town and had a member of it tour me around. I had guides at Mendela house and the Constitutional hill&constitutional court. One suggestion to have smaller notes to give tips to the extra guides. Tips aren’t required but it really helps them out.

The half day tour of Soweto was definitely worth it... Our driver/tour guide William (Ngema Kortjas) was very prompt, professional and courteous. He talked about the history of the Johanesburg/Soweto area at length and was extremely knowledgeable. From the history of Dutch Mining Companies to the government system of South Africa to the days of Apartheid and Mandela... We left with a great understanding of the area and the history. Highly recommend this tour.

William was amazing. We went to the capital saw statue and gardens rode around town and very different parts of the city. He was very knowledgeable and provided history and cultural insight. Loved it all great experience.

We stayed at the Radisson in Sandton in Johannesburg, which was well protected and supplied a safe shuttle service (9am to 10.30pm) to the Mall by Mandela Square, which had great shopping and lots of Restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel did not have Baileys at the bar. Our pick up driver from the airport was excellent guide, who advised on the do's and don'ts of daily living in Joburg. We also took a private tour of Soweto which was an eye opener to say the least but we learned so much and felt very safe. Overall we learnt that it is not safe to walk around the city after dark unless with locals or guides.

Pastor was amazing guide, very friendly, warming, knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely look to go on their tours in the future again, very good experience.

Me and my fiance enjoyed our time having a great tour with our guide Pastor. Lots of knowledge about South African history passed throughout the day and lots of interesting places seen with always a great mood! Definitely recommend!
