The guide took us around to the main sites in Pretoria, but he gave us very poor quality and sometimes blatantly incorrect information. For example, he stated that Paul Kruger was born in Switzerland, and he also stated that the Voortrekker monument was built in 1853. He had an irritating way of calling us "Good Folks" and confronting us with contensiously-phrased questions about e.g. what did we think were the actual crime rates and their causes in South African cities, after which he gave us his misinformed opinions as though they were facts.

Fantastic experience all around. The driver from Johannesburg was friendly, energetic, helpful and knowledgeable. The guide in the park made the experience what it was! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic is the only word.

We enjoyed learning about the history and current range of living conditions in Soweto, but it was sad to see how touristy and over-commercialized the area around Mendela and Tutu's houses was.

This was a great half day trip, if we ha time we would have loved to have seen more. Mark was our guide, he was punctual and his private cehicle was comfortable and clean. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing with us the city's highlights. We felt completely safe and looked after by Mark. He was more than happy to answer our off piste questions and has a great sense of pride of the true Johannesberg. The constitution Hill tour was very interesting & engaging, but I would recommend you request a 2 hour visit there.

This was perfect! Our driver has to do a last moment day switch for me based on my mistake and they came through. The driver and guide went above and beyond for my crew!

The tour was very informative, with the tour guides Gasa and Lerato answering many questions along the way. Going to the informal settlement was an eye opening experience, one that would be difficult to do without a tour. Highly recommend.

A very informative tour with an excellent couple of guides (local guide in Soweto Township). Turned up too late to go into the Mandela Museum. It should have been included earlier instead of spending more time than necessary at other locations.

Cannot fault MoAfrika Tours. Lavender was incredibly helpful in supporting me with planning our first ever safari and even personalised stuff as it was a surprise for my husband. And then patiently responded to my many questions. I have travelled a lot but safari planning can be hard trying to balance so many factors including price and luxury. I'd absolutely use MoAfrika again.

We booked this tour online weeks ahead of our arrival in Johannesburg. This tour company sent me a message the day before our safari to confirm pick-up time. Our driver/guide, Sunny, picked us up on time. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable about the National Park and the wildlife. He answered all our questions. The restaurant that he took us for lunch was very good - excellent food and service. We did one safari drive in the morning and one after lunch. Sunny was very good at spotting animals in the bush. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A great experience. Highly recommend this company.
