Even though my flight was delayed , the driver was waiting for me right outside of customs. Was able to communicate with the tour operator through email letting them know the delays. Driver was very pleasant and the conversation was great.

Unfortunately I have to rate the overall service as poor based only on their admin side - the actual transfer from OR Tambo to my hotel was perfect , on time , great pickup , safe drive , great contact messagers etc, friendly service. However when I tried to get an invoice a few days later the wheels came off badly. I booked them via booking.com - who don't provide invoices - so I contacted City Shuttles who then told me they could not provide me an invoice despite doing the transfer and accepting payment?? Despite numerous emails I hit a unhelpful brick wall and so cannot claim this trip as I have no invoice... A really bizarre and sad ending to what was a good physical trip

I'm sorry to hear you are unsatisfied. As explained by our reservations & accounts teams, you did not book or pay us directly, you did so via a 3rd party agent. Therefore, only the agent you actually paid can raise you an invoice.
