NP Journey Tour Phuket is a highly disappointing tour package company. The staff, especially the tour guides, are uncooperative and show little concern for the tourists’ experience. Their primary focus seems to be on making money rather than providing quality service. Tourists are often left feeling neglected and unsupported during the trip. This company clearly lacks professionalism and customer care.

Fantastic!! Brilliant and educational and informative way to spend a couple of hours. The guide was wonderful, they are associated with the endangered species group and release cheetahs back into the wild.

We spent most of the opening hours at the theme park. There was a good selection of rides for kids and more adventurous rides for those over 1.3m, as well as historical displays and tours. It is worth arriving early, as the ride queues were much shorter in the morning.

I have been sending emails to ask for my refund and I am not happy how they do things these days at gold reef city cause at first such things were not happening at all 🚮🚮🚮🚮

A wonderful days trip with the kids enjoyed the rides and the scenery in general. Next time definitely coming with a partner to enjoy more adults rides but the was an overall amazing experience

They can work on their staffs attitudes...they are so unfriendly and it's like asking for them to perform miracles for directions from the start. Also signage is a bit confusing. The pools flooring is done very poorly....going in without shoes is very painful.

A fantastic experience. Guide communicated with me prior to the trip to ensure pickup time and location was known. Underground mine tour is a must for anyone with any interest in this subject area.

Noel picked us up at our hotel in a comfortable & spacious van and took us on a very nice 1/2 day tour of Pretoria (Union Building, Mandella Statue, Voortrekker Monument, Paul Kruger house, etc). Afterwards, he got us to an important luncheon on time, and stayed with us afterwards as we toured the Wild Earth studios in Johannesburg. He then returned us safely to our hotel in Pretoria, properly judging the intercity traffic to avoid that mess. He was an excellent guide and congenial companion, especially considering that we had some special requirements for Johannesburg portion. We'd certainly use NP Tours again and highly recommend them for anything one might need in the Pretoria/Jo'burg area, and beyond.

We needed to change our tour date within 48 hours and were delighted it was possible. Our guide Martin was excellent. What we saw we enjoyed very much but we made only three stops - Vooretrekker Monument, Church Square and the Union Building. More was advertised so we were a bit disappointed.

Paul was flexible and accommodating. We went to Cullinan Diamond Mine underground and were able to add Pretotia the day before. He dove safely. He had water for us and lots of great information about the sites and living in South Africa. On our way back to the hotel. He was able to adjust and drop us off at a difference place. I recommend NP tours to everyone no matter the venue you are visiting.

Outstanding park for all ages to interact with lion cubs and have the opportunity to watch closeup adult lions roaming the land and eating! This is a park that the family will never forget. On the outskirts of Johannesburg, South Africa

We did a tour of Soweto, cooking class, Nelson Mandela’s house and apartheid museum. Noel was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and flexible! He went above and beyond for us!

I’m from the U.S and booked this tour only a couple days in advance. I got a text when I arrived in Johannesburg with information about where to meet my guide (at the hotel as hotel pick-up/drop-offs are included) and at what time. Noel was my tour guide and he was absolutely great! He arrived early, helped me understand the culture and history of the city and the country, and he was a great person to have a conversation with in general. He was also very knowledgeable about the Lion and Safari Park and helped me get through tours early to beat the crowd. Included in this tour: - Hotel pick up/drop off. - Lion cub petting. - A drive on the property to see lions, hyenas, giraffes, and wildebeests. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Johannesburg. The tour was only a few hours (~3.5 hours) and started early at 8:00 so there was plenty of time after the tour to see more attractions around the city.

You will see lions, cheetahs, hyenas, wild dogs, ostriches, and more. The park is relatively small so it's very simple to navigate. Take the self driving tour. there is absolutely no reason to leave The comfort of your air conditioned car.

The day was well spent enjoying the animals and getting a chance to see big game. The cats were mostly sleeping but was a sight to take in. Unfortunately we were not able to feed the giraffes because the changed that schedule but we did get to pet the cubs. Overall great experience!!
