- Sunjaya250 contributionsMarine Walk a Must-do in PEI am so glad we found this tour with Dieter. It was an extraordinary experience that I will never forget. We walked accross the ever changing high dunes to a whale skeleton and swam in a tidal pool. We stayed and watched the amazing sunset. Dieter explained all the animals and plants in this habitat and how it is changing over the years. Thank you so much Dieter for this wonderful day.Written February 17, 2020

Enjoyed a beautiful scenic walk along the top path of the ridge overlooking the rocks & beach. Dieter was very helpful and informative, his knowledge of the coastal area is vast and he is passionate about Marine Life as well as Sardinia Bay Nature Reserve

Thank you Mark, Magda and family
It was a pleasure to host and guide you and your family.
It was quite a long walk and tour in the midday sun, but everybody as well as your kids coped well and the views were beautiful from the top cliffs. I’m so glad that you all enjoyed it before you left back to Johannesburg and thank you for sharing your photos with others to see.

Highly recommended especially for overseas visitors , beautiful beach area and protected marine life, take sandals along as most of the walking is on the beach , no sneakers needed. Dieter know the area very well and shared some very informative information about the marine life , the beaches and the dunes. Put on lots of suntan cream as most of the time you are in the sun. Walk is not too difficult except maybe for when you retunr and need to climb the sand dunes.

Thanks so much Steven.
It was such a pleasure to meet you, your wife & kids when people show a genuine interest in Marine Conservation of Sardinia Bay & this area. We were lucky to get spring low tide to see all those Mussels & other marine life exposed on the rocks. As well as the sea temperature being so warm for a swim & snorkel with your kids. Appreciate your feedback. I hope that you will tell others & use us again sometime, or I can bespoke another kind of walk for you.
Best wishes to you & your family.
Dieter & Father

Please confirm availability and times available, for both tomorrow, November 24th and Monday November 25th (1 adult). Please also confirm that the tour is 3 hours and the cost (I'm seeing both 2 and 3 hours listed here). I assume that I need to get my own transportation to the meeting point. I am staying in summerstrand and would appreciate advice for transportation (should I take an Uber to the park?)
Thank you!

Sorry Roving
I did not know that you had asked a question, TripAdvisor did not notify me & if i'm very busy, i'm not able to check it every day. I'm still new to TripAdvisor & how it works. I would of thought that, if there were any questions or requests, TripAdvisor would notify me & bring it to my attention?
So sorry Roving, it would have been nice to meet you. I hope that you can make it at another time. Just let me know, i will try keep an eye on the questions, or you can contact me directly on my Mobile Phone: 0847 765 322.
