This was so much fun!! We saw manta rays, eagle rays, sharks, sting rays. Marama was a great guide! I highly recommend this excursion.

We made the first tender off the ship so were early for our pickup. Moana was there early too. We rode the boat to their facility and got organized for our outing. Unfortunately, we were 2 couples traveling together but we didn’t mention that earlier so they had us in separate groups. They did get us together for the jet skis but there must be some rule about each 4 needs a guide and they assigned a second guide. All around the island on that beautiful water! Then off to lunch at Lucky House restaurant as Bloody Mary’s has closed. Great food and plenty of it! The afternoon was the rays and sharks but unfortunately there were 3 cruise ships in that day so the area was crowded. That means stirred up sand and less visibility. Also no rays this time, they said because they are no longer allowed to feed them. Glad we saw them in2020! By now the rain was coming but we had a lot to look at at the coral garden near the reef. Bigger waves with the storm and the ride back was stinging drops of rain, but warm at least! Moana took great care of us again and we had a fun day!

Mana and Joseph were kind and generous with their time! People would travel on a vacation to see one of the six things we saw during the excursion. Starting with the pod of 50 dolphins that we saw, and then the 15 foot manta rays we were able to swim with for a while, then the eagle Ray pod of 40 eagle rays that were swimming in the depths, Then the prescribed snorkeling with rays and sharks, to the coral reefs that were the most magnificent I’ve ever seen, including at least 40 species of different fish in one space. Riding back to the resort, we were able to see the military leftovers on the island of the cannons and some of the military installations. The water break at the at holes was another feature that was so amazing because 15 foot waves were crashing over the adult and it made you realize how snuggled and protected the island was by using the lava ring around it. I cannot recommend this tour enough! You must do this.

This was an excursion that was well worth it. To be that close to the marine life was amazing. Just like it says... Sharks and rays... And lots of other fish. The guides were great... Moana Adventure Tours did a great job with this adventure.

We were with them for 2 tours booked through our cruise ship. 1) Glass bottom boat over reef and to view stingrays & sharks (1.5 hours) 2) snorkel with rays/sharks and beach tour (3 hours) Both tours had good guides. The beach portion was on a portion of an island, with snacks and demonstrations. Both were good, but would suggest you might see more sea life in the morning.

A once in a lifetime experience! We booked the Honeymoon package on a private boat. Taai was an amazing captain and made the adventure even more wonderful. We snorkeled with the rays and sharks, swam over the Manta Ray, explored a beautiful coral bed and had the most romantic lunch on a private island with Taai grilling our meal…highly recommend this tour!!!!

This was an amazing experience, first was the 4x4 around the island our tour guide was knowledgeable and drove us to the highlights of the island. And then we got dropped off at the Lucky house for an amazing lunch. After lunch our Jet ski tour guide Matt picked us up and we had an exciting jet ski tour around the island. Absolutely the best tour to do.

We booked 2 private tours with Moana Adventures: 1) the private guided jet ski tour and 2) the private boat rental. Our guides on both excursions were fantastic. Booking was simple, seamless and thorough. Before booking, I sent an email to ask a question and received a response very quickly. Pickup at our resort was perfectly on time. The guides on both of our excursions were fantastic - they were professional, kind and patient. Our boat rental captain went out of his way to help us view wildlife for snorkeling. An excellent process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We booked a 2.5 hour snorkel tour, and we got lucky because a group of 10 cancelled at the last minute, so we got a private tour with just the 2 of us on a small boat. Our guide, Jean, was incredible. We were able to swim with the sharks and sting rays in shallow water, which was great but I think pretty standard. Then Jean took us out to deep water, and after circling around for a while told us to jump in quickly, and just below us were about 50 eagle rays swimming in formation, one of the most beautiful encounters with nature I've experienced. He then took us to another location where he had us drop in right as a 15 foot manta ray was coming right toward us. We finished by snorkeling in a beautiful coral garden. Jean was an exceptional guide who also told us about his experiences growing up on the islands. Highly recommend this tour

Our 7-day cruise through French Polynesia was filled with unforgettable moments, but this private boat tour was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip! We had an absolutely amazing time! Nicholson was fantastic. We swam with sharks and stingrays, snorkeled through a beautiful reef teeming with fish, and even got to swim alongside eagle rays. Overall, it was an unforgettable day!

We had a great time! Everything was planned well and Captain T was a ton of food. The sharks and stingrays were amazing to see up close. Felt very safe!

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning with captain T! He picked us up at our hotel Pier right on time. We loved Snorkeling with sharks and sting rays, they come super close but also felt very safe. We got to see a school of eagle rays and amazing coral garden as well. Totally stunning!! Definitely recommended.
