Maybe we just picked the right time of the year to go but this trip was truely exceptional. Everything from the pickup at the hotel, the trip to Ha Long, the cruise ship, the activities, the food, the tour team - we couldn't have asked for better. If you want to experience Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, go with these guys for a great day out. The crew are super helpful and a mine of information about the area, it's history and natural environment. Also get your camera ready for 5.15pm for magical sunset shots over these islands on the way back. You won't be disappointed.

Our travel organiser was Gam Nguyen (Ms.) who was very responsive and helpful provided a good itinerary to suit our needs. I had to postpone our trip due to an injury and Gam was very obliging and helpful to reschedule. We did Ninh Binh - Mai Chau - Pu Luong 3 Days tour with Incredible Asia Journeys. Our driver was Mr Bow and guide was Huyen. Both were great. Huyen is a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guide. 100% recommended both of them. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get out of the city and have a taste of village life. Not crowded compared to Sapa and great sights and food.

Gam Nguyen picked us up from the Airport on her day off and even got the kids presents, she was extremely helpful in organizing our entire itinerary and checked-in on us daily to ensure we were being taken care of and made us feel very welcomed. Our Vietnam holiday was an unforgettable journey that exceeded all our expectations. From the enchanting landscapes to the vibrant culture, Vietnam had it all. Ho Chi Minh City, was a bustling metropolis with a thriving energy and great shopping at the Ben Thanh Markets Hanoi, with its chaotic yet charming streets, gave us a taste of authentic Vietnamese life. We strolled through the Old Quarter, savoring street food delicacies and engaging with friendly locals. The bustling markets were a sensory delight. Halong Bay was a true masterpiece of nature. The tranquil boat ride among the limestone islets left us speechless. We kayaked into hidden lagoons, explored mystical caves, and marveled at the sunset over the bay – a memory we'll cherish forever. Hoi An provided a window into Vietnam's imperial history and architecture. The ancient old town and the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An were like stepping back in time. Throughout our journey, the Vietnamese hospitality was exceptional. The people we met were warm, welcoming, and eager to share their culture. Extremely thankful to Gam Nguyen for our incredibly memorable Vietnam adventure. She was professional, courteous and made us feel very well taken of. Pre-COVID we booked this 16 day tour, but had had to wait 3 years before we could embark on it. Throughout that time, Ms Gam, from Incredible Asia Tours, remained in touch and refined details as the situation evolved. I wholeheartedly recommend the integrity and flexibility of this company. There were 7 women in our group, and our various needs and requirements were met at every stage. We trekked, cycled, and went sightseeing from Hanoi to the Sapa Hills, then to Mai Hich, Puluong, and back to Hanoi. The Hotels & Homestays were excellent. Food was superb throughout. Visiting some of Vietnam's most remarkable sites was an easy and fun experience facilitated by Incredible Asia Journeys. We made the 3 days/2 nights trip to Lan Ha Bay, and Ms Gam Nguyen was our agent, and from start to finish she communicated with us promptly and friendly, also being resourceful to organise a last minute private trip to Ninh Binh. Their team of guides was fantastic and elevated our experience with the richness of knowledge their shared, but most of all I was very happy in how they made the journeys more personal sharing their perspectives about place, culture and history. Our journey to Ha Long and Lan Ha bay were on board of the V'Spirit Cruise, and again I was blown away by the quality of their services and facilities, and how friendly all the crew and staff were to us. I can't put into words what is the beauty of the landscapes and cultural heritage of these sites, nothing would level up to it, so I just highlight recommend you to visits them and bring to these places all respect and care they deserve. It was our first visit to Vietnam, only enough to made us so fascinated by its culture and people that we can't wait to come back!

A friend and I traveled to Hanoi and booked this trip to enjoy Halong Bay. The team was very fast to answer and to book the trip for us, the guides were very attentive and kind, and the trip itself was the perfect experience to see everything you would want to see from Halong Bay in such a short amount. I throughly recommend this package!!

Group of 4 adults who were extremely happy what was packed into our far too short of stay in Vietnam. Our accommodation at Shining Central Hotel in Ha Noi and overnight stay on the boat in Ha Long to the Mua caves and Lying Dragon mountain was excellent.

First rate tour company. They quickly responded to my questions and were very helpful and knowledgeable in booking our cruise to halong bay. their driver was right on time to pick us up for the cruise and the cruise on Athena was fabulous. i will use them again. Great service.

We ,did a two night cruise with another company five years ago but did not have much time this time so opted for the one day. I compared many companies but glad I went with this one. They had the most time on the water of all the others. Pickup in a luxury van in Hanoi at 730AM and we were sailing at 10:30AM. Floor to ceiling windows in the dining room, two out door decks. Lunch buffet was amazing and catered to my vegetarian needs with lots of my own dishes. We did a lot of cruising, a row boat tour and swimming and kayaking. On the sunset cruise back they had a hands on spring roll demo and then fed us again before docking. They had a happy hour, two for one, but prices were inflated but whatever. Staff was amazing. This was just a good as a two night cruise in my opinion . Highly recommend it
