Excellent Atv writing excursion. It was fun for all. I have 2 teenagers that drove the Atv which they enjoyed. Got to go into the rainforest and see a water falls. Guides were fun and knowledgeable. It had rained and it was muddy but the gear protected our clothes

Replies to messages before booking, takes your money then completely ignores you and doesn’t deliver on promises made!

We booked a 5hr custom Whale watching and wildlife tour. My wife's a little nervous about the sailing aspect but once we got down to the trimarans she was settled very quickly as Dominic made the Safety and Instructions very easy to follow. After about twenty minutes of us sailing around under Dominic's supervision he let us loose so to speak. Absolutely breathtaking experience and the views were just amazing. Then out of nowhere Dominic had us rushing towards this point of a small island where we managed to get within 30 feet of three Humpback Whales feeding. We then sailed back and jumped onto his van for the land tour where we got to see three bears and a mother and cub. It seemed that everywhere we looked eagles were soaring around us. If you get a chance to do this tour ask Dominic to take you to the small beach where he gets starfish and we saw more whales breaching. This was by far the best tour we had in Alaska and we saw more wildlife in Ketchikan than we did in the rest of Alaska. Thank you Dominic and Bruno (The Dog) for an amazing time with my family. My wife and I enjoy stillwater kayaking. We booked this trip while staying a few days in Ketchikan. There was another delightful couple from New Zealand who also went. We all had a wonderful time. The guides were professional and very knowledgeable. One of our guides was also a bartender at a local establishment and invited us to visit her there. Surprise to us, the owner of the Kayak company was there and we all had a most pleasant evening over a couple of beers, conversation and good company. Can't wait to go back.

At the last minute, my friend and I changed our excursion from bear watching to kayaking. Neither one of us had ever done it so thought it would be a fun first-time adventure. It was!! We really enjoyed it and enjoyed the young man from Texas (lived with his uncle Pete!) that was our guide. He gave a lot of great history and was just a great guide. Would definitely do this again!

Very knowledgeable and informative. Took care of our group of twelve very efficiently. The only downside was it was hard to hear his commentary in the back of the van. A speaker system would have been nice.

We had a great trip with Dominic! He notified us a couple of days before that there was no wind and what would we like to do. We chose to kayak for 3 hours then did a tour of Ketchikan to learn its history. Dominic was great! He even took my hubby to some fishing spots so he could fly fish for the day while we did our excursion. You can't get that kind of service everyday. Aug 7th Sunny skies for our entire cruise :) We hope to come back very soon!!!

Trip cancelled one day prior! We booked the private van for 14 passengers weeks in advance. I then communicated with them via text message to confirm. All was set. One day prior to arrival we received an email from Viator that the tour operator cancelled. I texted them directly to see what happened and to see if there was anything that we could do to make something work since this was our entire groups plan for the half day we had available in Ketchikan. No reply. Thank you for absolutely nothing! Avoid this "Tour Operator" at ALL COST.

Our kayak trip was cancelled without our knowledge. We WERE sent an email two days prior to cancellation. The problem is, however, is that when you are on a cruise, there is not always access to internet (and we did not have internet access). And they knew we were on a cruise. We never received a phone call or even a voicemail. When we got off the boat, we waited and waited for our excursion. I even called Dominic two hours before our excursion was supposed to start, to just get a meeting place lined out, and no one answered. I did leave a voicemail, but never got a return call. At the time of the excursion, when they were nowhere around, I called again two different times. These phone calls were now sent straight to voicemail. A phone call back would have been nice. A text message the day of the cancellation would have been nice. Anything besides an email, when someone may not have internet access, would have been nice. We were greatly disappointed.
