Starting with the city, which includes: a view of Creek street (ketchikan's historical red light district) and the salmon ladder. Then take a 10 mile scenic seaside drive to explore an area rich in Alaskan Native culture. Here you will see 2 totem parks (Potlatch Park and Totem Bight State Park) that combined have 2 clan houses, 5 tribal houses, and 2 carving centers. Along with antique cars, rare firearms, a historical museum, and a beach walk to view the tidepools (also  a good chance to see eagles and sometimes whales as they migrate through the Tongass Narrows).

Lots of fun with Mike, showing and explaining the salmon history of the town and the collection of treasures at Totem Bight/Potlach Totem Park (entrance fees included in tour). Great stories from Mike, with a small group tour experience and easy pick-up in port. We stopped beside but did not tour Creek Street, but this area is a close walk to the port whereas Totem Bight is far out of town and well worth the time. Would highly recommend.

I'm sure all of us can remember a time when we were engrossed by characters that could tell a good story. Or recite a little poetry. Who entertained. People that you just enjoyed listening to. Our trip around and about Ketchikan was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Mike was considerate with the needs of some of the party whilst ensuring that the rest had an opportunity to see and explore the places that he wanted to use as his backdrop for his tales. We learnt a great deal..... Mike came across as someone who genuinely wanted to share the stories/history's/and nature of his hometown. Our tour took a little longer than planned but that was fine. Mike wasn't clock watching and everyone appreciated that extra space. Hope you make it to Scotland Mike someday and enjoy your trip to Brazil.

This tour was an amazing surprise and gone far beyond our expectations!
Mike is simply a peculiar soul full of knowledge and devoted from the heart to share it with us.
From the first moment we meet him he didn't stop to give information and to share wonderful stories and curious facts about everything we visited.
He is a Googleman, he knows everything !
It was great to visit many interesting points that gave us a global view from life, habits , stories of Ketchikan.
He is one of a kind person!
We visited many places and got of the little bus and walked around to listen his stories and also some poetry !
It looks a magical tour full of amazing information and made our bet on his tour totally worthed.
Get Mike and I promise, u will feel taken into ancient days or maybe in the river like a salmon!
Thank you from Portugal, Mike and we hope you have many years to share your way with many people and your lovely soul with your new/found brother!

Enjoyed this tour while in Ketchikan. I was looking for an easy short tour that avoided the tours provided through our cruise ship. This tour was easy to get to and super interesting. I particularly liked the stories told by our tour guide, Mike.

We loved the 4 in 1 tour of Ketchikan. Ava, our tour guide, is a Ketchikan local with a wonderfully engaging personality. She generously shared her personal history and perspective about growing up and making a home in Ketchikan. She has a huge fund of knowledge about all things Alaskan. Our tour was the highlight of our weeklong excursion through SE Alaska.

My tour guide Mike was great. He has a great amount of knowledge of Ketchikan and the surrounding area. I learned a lot, and that’s what I wanted. There’s a lot to see in these short time, but the history and culture of the the native land is everywhere.

A fun tour with a dynamic guide. We received a fairly good overview of the area's history and culture, but would have liked more focus on the town of Ketchikan itself.

Spent a lot of time in the park, but had hoped for more time seeing wildlife, tide pools, etc. Tour guide was knowledgeable and fun.

Our tour guide Mike did a great job on our tour. He gave 100 percent and was very knowledgeable of the area. Not a good tour for people with mobility issues but otherwise it is perfect! Can't say enough good things about the tour!

Were picked up right at the ship and off on a fast city tour on the way to the totem poles. Got to see lots of eagles also. The guide was very knowledgeable. Delivered right back to the ship.
