The best excursion of the whole trip. My entire family loved it and they said how great it was! the captain and naturalist were so friendly and knowledgeable. we had two little kids and they made sure we were all taken care of. 5star service. Worth every penny. would definitely do again.

Thank you to the whole Alaskan Luxury team. Our cruise "sold out" of the whale watching tours and I reached out directly to Alaskan Luxury. They found a time slot for a private tour for my family. First class treatment from booking to the tour. The boat was great, private stateroom for my daughter's cat nap and a bathroom which is always appreciated. The crew was just as excited as we were to spot the whales. Great charcuterie board and drinks were waiting for us when we boarded. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks all!

We loved having our own private, luxury van in Juneau! We were able to visit all the places that meant so much to my parents. Tori, our driver, was amazing and accommodating and kind. We had 4 hours to visit some popular and not so popular tourist spots and some personal stops along the way too. We knew what we wanted to do in Juneau, and Tori made that happen for us! Being picked up and dropped off at the ship was great as we had elderly folks who can't walk long distances and she accommodated them so well. Thanks again!

Had a fantastic walk with our guide Aleesha, she was so thoughtful and asked which trail we would like to go on. She impressed us with her knowledge and was very informative. The walk had stunning views and quite invigorating. We were provided with water and snacks. Thanks to Aleesha for a great time. Your English guests were impressed.

Easy efficient booking with a call to Brent. Good communication about the expected experience and fee structure. Our group of 8 was expertly toured by Gene. His level of knowledge was impressive. We toured the Shrine of St Therese, Mendenhall Glacier/Nugget Falls and a local brewery. Our trip was a custom negotiation of some things we wanted to accomplish. Saw some wildlife, bear, eagles, marmot and lots of birds! He then dropped us at a local eatery where we had a delicious lunch and we walked back to our cruise ship. There was a minor issue over fees for additional time, which was quickly resolved with a call to the office. The vehicle was well maintained and clean. No water/ beverages provided and I’m not sure what the policy is regarding bringing your own. Highly recommend Alaska Luxury Tours for a personal & comfortable excursion.

I have been on other whale-watching tours, but none as great as this one. I actually saw whales and did not have to spend the entire trip on my knees hugging the porcelain god. Every other whale-watching trip had me hugging the toilet, causing the most expensive vomiting I ever had. This crew was attentive to everything, including if the boat was rocking and would immediately correct it to make the day more pleasurable to me. I would highly recommend this company for a wonderful, top not experience whether motion sickness is a problem for you or not.

We did the private 5 Star by Land & Sea tour that included a private whale watch on a luxury yacht. Savannah and Jen were both amazing and got us great views of the whales and we had a beautiful drive on the water just marveling at the scenery. Gene was our driver and land guide and did an incredible job. He was extremely knowledgeable and took us to Nugget Falls for an amazing time. High recommend this tour and will do again next time we are in Alaska!

Wonderful staff from drivers that picked us up to the boat captains! They took the time to teach the kids, even the young ones, about the whales and wild life we were seeing, and were so patient with them. It couldn't have been a better experience from start to finish, and we cannot say enough great things about them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for the best whale watching experience in Juneau.

I say once in a lifetime BUT we are hopefully to sail with them again. We did a custom land and whale tour with Andy, Julia, and Ann Marie and it was perfect. The right balance of education and fun while being totally pampered. We say a lot of whales and had an amazing day. I think I said, "WOW" at least a 1000 times. From the initial inquiry to day of sailing it was seamless. If you have an opportunity to do this, DO NOT MISS it!

Bald eagles, seals, whales, dolphins... The boat is beautiful, luxurious, comfortable. Our naturalist and captain were both super friendly and accommodating. I think they allow 8-10 on this boat, but my family of six were very happy with the decision to take this company's outing. Great charcuterie, snacks and drinks. We just finished three weeks of vacation (Hawaii and Alaska). Of all the excursions we did, this was at the top of the list. While it may seem a little expensive, the experience was worth every penny. Up close with the incredible wildlife is a once in a lifetime experience. We would recommend this to anyone.

Our trip with Alaska Luxury Tours was nothing short of spectacular. Our pick up from the port was on time and our driver was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. When we arrived at the dock we were greeted by naturalist Shannon and taken to the beautiful boat where we met Captain Sarah. The boat was stocked with tasty snacks and beverages. On our way out we saw two bald eagles snacking on fish. During our excursion we had multiple whale sightings, including a mom and baby whale!! Everyone we came in contact with from booking to day of was proficient, professional and knowledgeable. Our family thanks you for a day we will not soon forget!!

What an incredible experience. Anne Marie picked us up from the cruise port. The van was clean and spacious. She was very knowledgeable and great with our kids (ages 4, 6, 9). We first went on our whale watching tour with Shannon and Jen. I cannot say enough about this part of the trip. Obviously, the whale watching was a highlight, but Shannon and Jen made the entire trip one we will never forget. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable (she recognized the name of the whale we saw within a few seconds of seeing the fins) and was incredible with our kids (including having activity books and kid-friendly snacks/drinks - as well as adult-friendly snacks/drinks). Jen was the boat captain and whale spotter, but she still made time to let my 4 year old daughter sit by her and talk with her for a good chunk of time. After whale watching, Anne Marie picked us back up and took us to the Mendenhall Glacier and then to a salmon hatchery. All in all, this tour was worth it and would 100% recommend to others.

Everything about our experience with Alaska Luxury Tours was first-class. Andy and Megan were waiting for the seven of us as we disembarked from the cruise ship. They were friendly and professional, providing interesting information about Juneau as we rode in their spacious and comfortable van. They took us to the luxurious yacht for our whale watching excursion. Our captain Jen and out naturalist Savannah were enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. We saw many whales and Savannah was able to identify them by name, giving us some history about the whale and its personality. Breathtaking and fascinating, it was a morning that we will never forget! Savannah and Jen were also gracious hosts, supplying a delicious breakfast board of pastries and fruit and offering a variety of beverages. Then Andy and Megan picked us up and guided us to Mendenhall Glacier, instructing us about the glacier and the surrounding forest as we hiked. I would highly recommend this company for a seamless 5-hour tour of Juneau’s highlights.

Our family had an awesome time on the tour. Our guides and captain were fantastic and made sure we saw all the great sights and enjoyed our time hiking to the Mendenhall Glacier and cruising the water searching for wildlife. Saw lots of whales, seals, and bald eagles! The snacks and drinks were great as well!!

On June 2nd 7 of us took a Land Yacht tour of Juneau. We set this up for our arrival since for 5 of the group hadn't previously visited Juneau. Our driver was Ann Marie who did an outstanding job. She was flexible and knowledgeable about the city and types of sights we wanted to visit. We highly recommend Alaska Luxury Tours to those who want to see and get to know Juneau.
