The most amazing experience and a great activity to do with our teenage sons! Charlotte and her team are a professional operation and having our photographs taken underwater with the turtles was a excellent option. In addition to the turtles we saw eagle rays and lots of reef fish. The carparking facility is a great option compared to the other operators and the whole experience was hassle free. If it was just the two of us we would totally be booking a private tour with Charlotte for a next level experience. We also visited Charlotte's gallery in Muri and purchased a few momentoes to bring home. This activity is well worth the money spent and a must do if you're visiting Rarotonga.

It is truly a fantastic 'experience'.
My wife and I were celebrating my 50th birthday and we booked the Turtle Snorkel tour with Charlotte's father on 11th March - we are so glad we did.
It was definitely the highlight of our holiday!
The relaxed and personable approach from Charlotte and the team made this a memorable couple of hours...not to mention seeing the turtles swimming serenely - you definitely felt that you were privileged to be swimming amongst them in their world. The photo's Charlotte took just added an extra layer of perfection to the day, providing some truly memorable photos on the beach an in the water. A superb record of a wonderful day! We will be back to repeat. Next time with the rays (who were busy on the day we visited...!!) Or perhaps some of the other options Charlotte has on offer.... Thanks to everyone on the team!

World class adventure tourism in Rarotonga. Well-administered and delivered, safe and supportive marine activity for tourists with a wide range of swimming abilities. Snorkeling equipment, clear instructions, and in-water supervision provided. Multiple providers and their customers are in the water at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of turtles and rays visible and approachable. Underwater photographers were very helpful in positioning swimmers with turtles to help ensure some amazing images could be captured.
Care will need to be taken to ensure neither the coral or turtles are harmed through increasing numbers of tourists participating in this absolutely amazing underwater activity. Some type of formal or self regulation may be required to ensure this continues to be sustainable.

The Turtles were amazing however the service was disgusting extremely disorganised, Snorkels with mold in them was just the beginning. We got to listen to the the staff complain about there employer and her father along with them not being paid. Then to add insult to injury we are now 6 months down the track from our tour still no photos you know the world class photos you pay for and are suppose to receive in 6 weeks! The world class photographer was according to her staff away in Australia with her boyfriend again so our photographer was a teenager doing his best ( well we think so as we still haven't seen a single photo from our party of 13). Would not recommend this dive tour the people next door seemed to be a lot more professional and organised we are very dissapointed

Seeing the turtles was amazing but next time I would go with a different provider. We found the tour guides inattentive and too much focus was on getting the photos which ironically over two months later we've never received. It's not worth paying extra for this experience given they never actually send you the photos you've paid for! We've contact them multiple times about our photos and get little to no response. I would definitely not recommend this tour and not do it again. Seeing the turtles in Raro is epic but go for a better, more genuine company.

Beware of this operator. Still waiting for photos we paid for 3 months later. They don't respond to emails and have phoned and they have said photos are on their wY, which obviously they aren't. Phoned again today a d number is now disconnected. Feel ripped off and gutters. Buyer beware.

12 weeks later still no photos or response to email communication.
Did not feel like a turtle “experience” & the group we went with was very large. Did not see Rays even though paid for a different tour.
Would recommend if you reeeaaalllyyy wanted to see turtles but the overall experience to get out in the water was incredibly unorganised.

Kia Orana Tahlia, we loved having you both and can see you have now downloaded the photos so happy they did finally reach you. Loved the photos too. We do our very best to see rays but unfortunately can’t always guarantee this as safety is always most important and seeing the rays does require us going out closer towards the reef. Thank you for your feedback we take everything very seriously and will ensure this doesn’t happen again. Big love from the team

We took this tour in September of 2022 and as of yet have not received our photos.
This is very disappointing as have been told again and again they would be coming.
The tour itself had friendly staff and we saw lots of turtles but now have no record of this and this is why we picked this tour. When we email for an update our emails just get returned as undelivered. I would not recommend the tour as they make promises they don't deliver.

This felt like it was more about the money than caring about your customers.
We were pushed through like cattle, as soon as one group finished the next was into it.
The site is amazing, would highly recommend for the snorkeling but if your after world class photos expect an out of this world wait and cattle class customer service.

Would not recommend. Very disappointed as I booked my tour in September 2022 and am still awaiting my photos. I booked this tour so that I would have the photo component. I would be happy to wait of there was clearer communication but the correspondence has been terrible as I have emailed several times, messaged etc with little to no answer. Also on the day it felt very disorganized and rushed. It was not the experience it seemed to be made out to be.

HI, the date I selected was shown on the calendar as $117 per adult but when I went to book, it came up as $360 - so $180 each. The reason for this was not explained. Can you clarify what the extra charge is please?

It will probably depend on the time you’re visiting, we were originally going at 10am but had significant downpour earlier in the morning so we went at 11am instead - best to follow the advice of the expert team!
