Steven led us on a guided tour on the hanging bridges over the cloud forest. incredible views and incredible variety of flora. Steven was great and very patient with our group as we had many stops and many questions which he responded to.

It was a beautiful location with lots of activities and a variety of pools with different temperatures. The waterslides were great for our teenagers, & my husband and I loved the hot pools.

Byron, Tico Paradise Costa Rica, provided a smooth ride from Arenal to Papagayo, almost a 3 hour drive across Costa Rica. The van was new, very clean and comfortable. Byron kept up a pleasant conversation and was very informative of the sights and the history of Costa Rica. Great conversation and smooth ride.

This was a last minute thing, since another tour was cancelled last minute. My travel agent was able to get me in same day, which I didn't expect. I did the day pass with lunch. The restaurant is lovely, good views of the springs and wildlife. The waiter was attentive and friendly and pointed out various birds and an iguana so I could get pictures. The food was delicious - the portions were huge! After lunch I did the springs. I don't like lots of people around ma but it wasn't crowded at all and I felt like I had my own space. I just wandered around, sat in this spring or that, until I found one that I just sat in for a bit. I didn't feel rushed, like I was intruding on anyone or that I was intruded upon. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. A great way to spend an afternoon-I would definitely go back!

We enjoyed every bit of it. Bryon picked us up on time and took us on a little tour before taking us to the hot springs. We spent the entire day there, pool hopping and pina colada drinking, even though it rained. The ambience, especially at the natural spa was beautiful. We also had an exhilarating experience at the water slides. Great service. We highly recommend

We had a wonderful time horseback riding at Pacos Stables at Mistico Park! It was arranged by Tico Paradise, which offers multiple riding options and includes the transportation to/from. The horses were well taken care of and the ride was beautiful. We rode through pastures and on gravel road, going up and down the mountain. The views at the top were breathtaking of the Arenal volcano and lake!! Byron, our driver with Tico was extremely knowledgeable and offered all kinds of advice for the area. It was a great tour as a whole.

Was amazing experience, every moment. The guide and the transfer service was really helfulp and patient! I really recommend make this trip with fríends or alone.

This is a great place for a solo hike. Paths are clearly marked. Beautiful views. I decided to pick the longest trail option and it did not disappoint. Would def do again.

It is a nice 3 hour hike through lava fields and along a lake with a beautiful view on the volcano (if the sky is clear which was the case, but does not happen very often).

Great location, easy to find on the road. The place is well kept, very clean and the staff is excellent. Love the different spa, we took many pictures, very enjoyable. Drinks are good. We didn't sit down and eat, but we would have liked it.

We had so many photos and got to feed so many different animals. What an experience!! We just did the basic tour but it was still awesome

My hubby and I came here late on a Thursday night to sooth our sore muscles. The property is very nice, clean, and easy to navigate. It wasn’t too crowded either, which was really nice.

The hot springs were worth every dollar. they were in a natural setting and had pools of every temperature and two waterfalls. There was also a pool to cool down. We had a wonderful lunch there next to the pool that was not too expensive. I would definitely recommend Ecothermales for value for money

Baldi Hot springs is well worth a drive from San Jose for day trip. My family thoroughly enjoyed the hot and cold pools, water slides and Pina Coladas while soaking in the hot springs water❤️❤️❤️
