I want to congratulate our guide Hayro who is a very attentive and professional person with a lot of patience, other tourists traveling on the same tour started to offend him very ugly, despite that he was calm and very professionally answered and continued with the tour, even managed to discover all the animals in the forest, The hot springs were wonderful, the food was good but the detail that I liked the most about the company is that they required us to visit the Fortune Waterfall although this tour did not include it, these details are the ones that are worth for a traveler.

A while ago I came to Costa Rica and decided to come back with Hayro who recommended this package. It really is very cheap and you get to know the country much better. The hotel was great, the magical places with animals, lots of delicious food and an excellent treatment. I can only tell you that you have to come by yourself and ask Hayro as a guide, he makes the difference.

Whenever I come to Costa Rica on business I always take the opportunity to go on a tour to some new place, this time I chose this option which is very full of historical information, we visited the ruins of a church that they tried to build for many years and the earthquakes knocked it down. The church of the angels which is very famous for its virgin, a beautiful viewpoint where you can see a river, another church from the middle of the old years, and finally an excellent trip to the crater of a volcano, full of vegetation and a delicious typical lunch. All these things are accompanied by an excellent guide with perfect English.

Well, it certainly was an amazing view, but the rest of the evening was disappointing. Please note: if you choose ANY tour in or around San Jose, expect to spend a LOT of time in the tour van. The traffic is awful, all the time. It took us two hours to go from a hotel in San Jose to this restaurant just at the edge of the city. The tour was scheduled to start at 6:00 pm, but because of traffic, we didn't get there until 7:30. That gave us just enough time to go through the buffet before the show (traditional music and dancing) began at 8:00. It was all over by 8:30. And yes, the view was amazing, but we really didn't have much time to enjoy it. The food was only so-so, although the staff and servers were great. Our guide/driver did the best he could, looking for alternate routes, but the traffic was at a standstill at times. I can't really recommend this tour, because for the cost, it wasn't worth it.

Punctual, very clean car, the driver helps you with everything you need and the pick up instructions are very clear and precise in addition to the good customer service.

Ultimately it got me to the location but there wasn’t anybody there with a sign with my name on it when I arrived and I had to wait about a half hour until someone showed up. I had to have a local person call them to figure out where to meet me. There are probably better ways to get where you need to go

Beautiful day at the Irazu volcano, it is impressive to see the crater. I was surprised by the food and the details that the guide gives you. I hope to continue traveling with you.

We had a fantastic and action-packed vacation. We were so glad we did this tour, as we could not have done it all on our own. Hayro, our guide, was simply amazing. He kept our group entertained and informed, and made sure we all had a fun and safe time. The meals were delicious, lots of variety of animals and Hayro seems to know where to find them. There is travel time to get to the many activities, so it's a good idea to have e-books or podcasts loaded on your device for those drives.

They were late picking us up from the airport. We waited at the designated spot for over 15 minutes before they found us, after an email to the operator. Next, it wasn't this shuttle pictured. It was someone's personal SUV. Third, the driver didn't speak English even though we requested it. Fourth, no wifi as promised. It was an overpriced Uber. Don't waste your money.

The highlight was the crater of the Poas Volcano, which appeared when the clouds opened up for a few seconds at a time. The many educational nature experiences at La Paz Waterfall Gardens were the best combination I know of in one place, with the stairs along the unique waterfalls in the country.
