They are very punctual and on the couple of occasions I have used them, they have been very friendly. Aspects to improve? I took a private shuttle down to Pavones with Tomas and he was an excellent guide with a wealth of Costa Rican knowledge and a pleasure to talk to. On the way back to Santa Teresa Victor was my driver and he also went out of his way to ensure I got to my location on time while enjoying the many sites of Costa Rica. If you plan on exploring Costa Rica and wish to have a comfortable and unforgettable experience, you have to use Tico Shuttle. Truly a professional business that goes the extra mile.
