Great time spent rafting and learning abut the ecosystem around the river. Went with a friend and the three of us had a wonderful time, finished off by an excellent lunch.

Highly recommended! The 11am group tour was informative and highly entertaining. Probably the most entertaining tour I’ve ever had! We also did a private tour at 8:30am just with Luis, which I highly recommend. We visited a plantation and he walked us through all the interesting details of how coffee is farmed and the history of it. Luis was amazing and you should definitely do this tour!

What an amazing time! I was a little nervous because I had never been water rafting before, but the guides made the whole process smooth and made me feel super comfortable. The views are amazing! I would definitely do this trip again! They do take professional pictures of you and the boat you’re on which is also pretty cool.

Fantastic day! Our guide Adrial and driver David, were fun and friendly, professional, accommodating. We learned and saw so much. The beach is breathtaking, and the walk through the park was a once in a lifetime opportunity to walk through the rainforest. Our stops for breakfast and lunch were excellent and perfectly timed. We saw a sloth, macaw, deer, crocodile, iguanas, crabs, and both Howler and Capucin monkeys. The monkeys tried to steal my hubbies underwear right out of his bag that was less than three inches from him! It was hysterical. Take this tour!!!

It was a wonderful day of adventure! We met so many new friends. From the folks we zip lined with to our tour guides. Every one was fantastic. We started the morning with the tram up to the zip lines. It was beautiful, scary and exciting at the same time. (My first time). We sat and had lunch with incredible views of the volcano and the lake. Then ended the day with a hike across the bridges and through nature. We spotted spiders, snakes, birds, howler, monkeys, and spider monkeys. Our guide had a telescope that we could clip our phones on for some fantastic pictures. Service was top-notch and I feel like my safety was a priority. Would highly recommend!

Horrible they cancelled my booking with no explanation and still waiting on my refund. Not recommended. My vacation was planed a month in advance and now half of it it's ready screw since last minute bookings are hard to find.

We booked our excursions for Costa Rica thru Destination Services since they were the costco partner at our hotel. We paid $1500+ for 4 excursions and received some of the most HORRIFIC customer service. The rep struggled with basic questions and took 2+ hours to book our excursions booked us into the wrong all day excursion which was a disaster of a day, I tried to remedy the situation and they would not assist at all. The guides were completely unprofessional. When I got home after being stuck on the wrong excursion for 12+ hours I asked them to rebook us onto the correct excursion for 2 days later, and I heard NOTHING back from the reps and team. At 3 am while we are on VACATION the rep had the nerve to call and wake us up but again offered no remedy to the solution. I sent another email to the team requesting to be rebooked as it was now our last day. Finally our last day since I still had not heard back I finally was able to get through to a supervisor who LIED to me and told me he had 'talked' to my girlfriends and thats what they had wanted to book. And I can confirm this was not the case nor had he ever spoken to either of my girlfriends WTF. Long story short they did nothing to remedy or refund the situation, really sad to see a company taking advantage and scamming tourists like this. Truly a terrible experience

Absolutely a highlight of our trip and highly recommend Oasis night walk. We were fortunate to have the extremely knowledgeable, friendly and considerate David as our guide. Saw 3 Fur-de-lance and 4 Eye lash Vipers, many Red eyed Tree Fogs ( even saw a pair mating) Yellow tubby frogs, Strawberry Dart frog, Hourglass frogs and many other species of frogs. Orb weavers, huntsman an incredible giant stick insect and the amazing Owl moth amongst other insects and arachnid species. David explained ecology and life cycles and ensured everyone had opportunities to view and take photographs whilst being respectful of the occasional other passing tour group. Thoroughly enjoyed, worth every cent of cost and would highly recommend to be on your bucket list. Thank you David, Oasis and Costa Rica. That's a double thumbs up.

Our tour guide was nice and informative, the view of the volcano were beautiful. Lunch was provided it was tasty- we had to preorder ahead while on bus, when we got there ppl on tour sat family style and our meals were served. ( it would be better if you can just sit anywhere- my of my group was split up because ppl sat where they wanted and not as directed). Baldi hot springs was a beautiful property, the water was a bit warm for my liking but we made the best of it. The buffet dinner was delicious and the drinks at pool bar were tasty.

Great guide but he could do nothing about the over crowding. Yes we saw frogs and the odd snake……amongst the other 100+ tourists with torches. Not peaceful, queuing to get past each other in a confined area. They know how to charge but then over book a small area ruining what could have been good. Again - a lovely knowledgable guide but an expensive sub par experience owing to overcrowding. Shame.

Such a knowledgeable guide! We had a thoroughly guided tour of the rainforest area seeking out frogs, insects and sleeping birds. Every effort was made to ensure that we could see, get photos and understand what we were seeing. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this tour.

Was amazing!! We went super fast and had a great time! I would 100% recommend going on this trip! We met a lot of new people and we all enjoyed each other. We felt super safe the whole time with our amazing guide. People on the trip did fall out of the boat but they were quickly brought back in and laughed about it after. You should definitely do this!

I recently took the Britt Coffee Tour with my wife and two daughters, and despite being caught in the rain, it was a wonderful experience. The tour was informative and engaging, offering insights into the coffee-making process from bean to cup. The lush plantation setting was beautiful, even in the rain, and added a unique charm to the experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the tour enjoyable for both adults and kids. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable adventure.

We had an excellent time. Our day started a little rocky, because the bus left us at the pick-up location, but they were able to give us instructions on where we needed to be. It was a 2.5 hour drive, but we made in it time. The river is excellent for white water rafting, the guides are friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour.

Pickup at hotel on time was in a clean comfortable van. It is a long ride out, but it’s nice to leave the driving to the professionals. We served a simple typical breakfast and fantastic late lunch. Our guide was professional and gave us plenty of instruction. Pack some sunscreen, reuse-able water bottle, towel, change of clothes, and a hat. It’s a hot and humid hike, so come hydrated. I came wearing my bathing suit and an ol throwaway shirt. The park is amazing. Recommend
