    Thank you Harlem!
    Our tour guide, Harlem, was amazing! Very informative, enthusiastic, and organized. Stopped by a coffee farm, waterfalls, zip lining/Arsenal volcano, and hot springs. Hot springs and zip lining were definitely my favorite. I could’ve stayed at either all day if I could. Everything was well planned, and the restaurants Harlem selected were freshly made. Harlem even called in our orders ahead of time for us so that the food was ready when we arrived. Super happy about this trip, and I met a lot of cool people on our tour too. Thanks so much Harlem for this unforgettable experience!

    Harlem is a great guide. He over delivered! Loved the zip lining, hot springs and the scenery. Great day. Highly recommend.

    Tour of Costa Rica
    This was great tour showing us the different areas of Costa Rica. The tour guide (Harlem) spotted different animals and creatures for us. We saw Monkeys, Sloths, and different birds. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a great convenient tour of Costa Rica

    EVERYTHING WAS AMAXING. Our group was from Louisiana, California, and Florida and we left feeling very informative. His attitude was very positive and nice. We appreciated everything he taught us. This is something that we will never forget .

    Fernando was the best tour guide. He’s knowledgeable of the plants, the roads, and the animals. He goes in depth and teaches you all about his home of Costa Rica. If you’re on a girls trip, book with Fernando. He makes you feel safe. He doesn’t leave you and he’s respectful.

    Wonderful experience all around
    We had a fantastic day with a wonderful and thorough guide through Go Tours Costa Rica. He shared lots if insight and history as we traveled to and from our destinations. The waterfall was amazingly beautiful, but prepare for A LOT of stairs! Arenal had cloud cover that day, but we were able to pet some local cows so it was still a win! We loved Paradise Hot Springs so much that we decided to stay here on our trip next year.

    Our driver(Fernando) was one of the kindest and sweetest individuals we have ever met in this country, my mother and I enjoyed our drive with him. He is a very intelligent man with an amazing personality. Our trip was beautiful and worthwhile.

    Really great tour - well worth the money
    Well paced and packed tour with lots of experiences over the time. Our guide was entertaining, informative and a very good driver. The food was good and they did substitute when one of our party didn't like what they had pre-ordered. So nice to go with a smaller group. We really enjoyed the hot springs.

Packed day with the best tour guide in Costa Rica!
Couldn't ask for more for my last day in Costa Rica! We did so much and just the ride was enjoyable, everything is so lush and green. Alex was by far the best tour guide I've ever had on any trips anywhere in the world. He was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable about Costa Rica. He went out of his way to tell us about his beautiful country and make sure everyone had an amazing time. I would recommend this tour if you are short on time and need to pack as much as you can in one day. Thanks again Alex for this great experience and looking forward to seeing you again soon!

The landscape on the entire drive was beautiful, especially the waterfall and volcano. Zip lining was by far the best zip lining experience that I have had, and the hot springs were very relaxing after the zip line adventure. Tour guide, Juan, was very knowledgeable and thorough, while also keeping the tour moving so we could experience every aspect of the itinerary to the fullest. Great day overall!

**Only suggestion would be to provide bottled water or make it clear that no drinks are provided between stops.

A great day with Alex

I went on this tour yesterday, and i’ve been on several tours in many countries and Alex is by far the most personable guide i’ve ever had. He is there to make your experience great. Alex is very knowledgeable about Costa Rica and can answer any question you have, which pairs well with his outstanding energy and charisma the entirety of the long day on the Arenal tour. On top of everything he has outstanding photography skills a huge plus for any social media user! My day was amazing filled with adventure and laughs thanks to Alex! Not mention how great the food was, I had the vegetarian option for both lunch and dinner, phenomenal.

Lovely country side view adventure tour to Arenal
This tour was amazing and very well thought out. We took a scenic route to Arenal as opposed to the highway and the tour guide would describe farms : plantations : crops and animals as we spotted them. We stopped at a wonderful coffee shop, gift shop and bomb
Spot for lunch all before zip line adventure.

The zip line crew was fun and high energy and the safety measures for both COVID and the zip line adventure were fantastic and we had nothing to worry about at any time.

Juan was a wonderful tour guide! He was always on time, gave clear instructions, had a very good plan for all the stops and overall was very accommodating.

Would highly recommend to anyone. 10/10.

Fantastic day with Kenneth

Fabulous day with so many things to see and do! We started at the coffee plantation where you can order coffee and some great homemade coffee cake before setting out. We then stopped several other places with snacks at each. My favorite of the trip was the "hummingbird" stop - you have to visit to grasp how unique it was. Ziplining with Juan was amazing - I was worried and he double strapped me up to ease my concern. I ended up loving every minute! Buy the photo/video deal so you have some memories to share - it was emailed by the time I was back from the tour. Lunch was delicious and the stop to soak in mineral spas was the perfect ending to a long but adventurous days. This will NOT disappoint!

Incredible day trip!!
I had one day in La Fortuna, so I wanted to pick the most productive day tour. What an amazing time!! Zip lining, rappelling, and the hot springs were all wonderful, as well as the cafe we stopped by to see many birds and a beautiful waterfall. Communication from Go Tours was also great and very prompt for booking and pick up.

Costa Rican Adventure!!

This was the first time my dad and I had done one of these bus tours/day trips, and it was also our first time in Costa Rica. Kenneth was on time to pick us up at our hotel, and we only had one other couple with us. It was such a personalized experience. I am vegan and have had trouble deciphering foods while on my trip. Kenneth would call ahead or speak to the café/restaurants we would stop at to ensure I was included. He had lots of funny stories and spoke English very well. He kept us on track with our itinerary, but we never felt rushed. The ziplining was my favorite part, but I love how we took little breaks and got to visit so many small businesses. It is a long day, but we had the best time ever. I do think the time spent at the hot springs could be reduced so you do not get back so late. We were satisfied with the hot springs after about a hour, but we were there for two. Regardless, it is such a good deal and I would totally recommend this trip.

Honestly, I can’t thank enough Keneth for the amazing tour. We booked the tour last minute and were so pleasantly surprised. My mother and I were the only two people in the tour, so we accidently had a “private tour”. The bus arrived right on time at our hotel in San Jose and it was equipped with wifi and iphone charging cords. We first stopped at a beautiful coffee plantation and then Keneth took us to a bonus stop: a local fruit stand. We got to try amazing rare fruits and the best strawberries I’ve had in my life. Then, we stopped at the La Paz waterfall and Keneth took us behind the waterfall for an amazing view. We also stopped at a local restaurant to admire the view of another waterfall and ate veeery good empanadas. We drove by the Arenal volcano and got a clear view of it. Lunch was provided in a local restaurant and the food was amazing (we got traditional Costa rica fish, rice and beans, and platones but more American options are available as well). The zipline adventure was very safe and fun, highly reccomend it because the views are incredible. Then, we went to the hot springs which are relaxing and situated in a very organized/pretty hotel.

For a 14 hour tour, it was not tiring at all and super comfortable. Keneth was VERY knowledgeable about everything Costa Rica related and overall very sweet and funny. His immense hospitality made the experience even better. He offered many snacks during
the trip! After seeing how much I enjoyed a cookie, he even went out and bought more for me to take home. He was very attentive to detail, adjusted the plans to our needs, and also gave us our own private time (was not pushy or too talkative). His tour and commentary were just perfect! If you want a full tour of the Arenal with great food, safety, and adventure for sure book this one!!!

Kenneth was AWESOME! He is very patient and informative he makes you feel like family as he shares all about this beautiful country and he is very supportive which became beyond important when meeting
Antonio at the zip line who was aggressive he showed little to no patience when explaining the rules he drew on fear to explain the safety rules throwing a person of the group into a complete panic attack. He then body shamed another person in the group as he explained that she was too large in the stomach and aggressively took off her gear . Antonio also offers misinformation he will do anything to get you on even promising that you only have to do the first part but in reality there is no way to come off and you have to do the entire course which is not the case all . Thank God for the kindness of Kenneth !! He immediately stepped in and consoled the two girls and brought them on a scenic tour

Some plus and some very irritating points
I booked that excursion for my birthday date and I received the pickup time almost in the same time that I booked the excursion. We were about 20 people in the bus, our guide was Francesco. We saw beautiful landscapes inthat excursion including a coffee plantation, the montains, many volcanoes, La Paz Waterfalls and stoped at a picturesque little restaurant with an amazing view of the waterfalls and had there an appetizer and an homemade fruit juice.

But the thing is our guide suggested way to many stops at a point that it was completely ridiculous! We stopped at many stores, grocery stores, souvenirs shops, the bank!

The lunch was really average.

We had a lot of fun at the zipline and the
views were impressive! When I asked the
guide how long we will be at the hot springs,
he said 1,5 hours, I asked him if we could
stay longer and he said that we got a 3 hours
drive to go back to our hotel so we couldn't.
The hot springs were awesome, definitely 1,5
hours is not enough at all!

When we left the hot springs, the guide
offered to go to the souvenirs shop for great
deals (yeah right)! That stop was for 25 min and we went for what I call a ?!!$&! waste of time! I was feeling so upset, that 25 minutes we could have had it at the hot springs instead!

The dinner was horrible, it was looking like a
truck stop, with neons light, dirty tables and
the food was completely disgusting | was so
sad to have my birthday dinner there!
