Great tour. Our guides were great Manuel and I believe Felix or Felipe. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

On the date of the tour we waited 1 hour at the meeting point they told us, but nobody was showing up. Many persons at the Marina provided us help and tried to call someone at TM Tours, but nobody of TM Tours was answering the phone or Whats App messages. After calling the phone number (mentioned in the reminder/confirmation e-mail) again and again, a very kind woman at the reception of the meeting point hotel told us that someone will be there in 2 minutes. After waiting for 15 min more, the wife of the owner showed up and took us to another Marina, where we started our tour (12 people + 2 crew members) with 1 hour (!) delay. They told us the tour time will not be extended, our tour lasts 6 hours instead of 7 hours. 12 guests aren‘t a small group actually, but all guests were nice. We assume that they forget our tour or they only had the 2 of us as guests. Our boat/tour was operated by Osiris instead of TM. Spider monkeys on an island on the way to Tortuga Island were fed by the guide so that they come close to the boat. Furthermore, fishes were fed so that hundreds of fishes were around us. We would never support such tours if we would knew that in advance (we would like to see nature pure). As we paid almost double price compared to the other tour guests, it was too expensive anyway. We would never recommend to do a tour with TM Tours! Although the guide of the Osiris tour tried his very best to make the experience good. But next time we would choose another tour company, TM never again.

The views were amazing. We loved Emanuel’s service and kindness. We appreciated the thoughtfulness, the marine biology lessons, and all his wonderful help. Thank you for making this such a beautiful experience for us.

The trip is not from Jaco. You have to pay 15 additional dollars each to get to Jaco. The lunch was very skimpy and the boat ride was much longer than they told her as it would be.

This tour was our best day in Costa Rica, our kids love the day with veronica and capt. marco. Snorkeling tour and monkey tour was our top favorite. Big and clean boat with amazing amenities as changing room, bathroom also they have a shower onboard. belive me, after an amazing day on paradise with salty water, we definitely enjoyed showering on board. We highly recomend this tour for those who are looking for an intimate day on paradise and not just a comercial tour.

Jesus and the Boys really know how to host. The boat is easy to board, comfortable ride, great quick tour as you have a great beach day. Coco locos and karaoke a blast. Snorkeling is for the beginner but still enjoyable…lots of tropical fish. Osiris does a great job giving guests hands on with urchins and star fish.

We had booked the tour a week back. Unfortunately one of our family members fell sick on the previous evening. I called the office and requested a cancellation even though the 24 hour deadline had passed. Isabella was very prompt in responding and went out of her way to ensure that we got refunded. Awesome customer service. Thank you.

Great hosts, great experience, great service. Would recommend 👍. Some notes: The boat is packed full with people and is not a "lounge" boat, as in there is no bathroom, only sitting room, and strictly for transportation. Keep in mind, this is standard transportation for these tours; so we felt the listing was accurate.

No body turned up with no notice only knew when wanting that trip advisor sent and e mail to say a refund was on way back realky disappointed

A wonderful whole day experience. We were two families with kids 8-16. Veronica was a wonderful and thoughtful hostess for the day. The beach was beautiful. It was ”secluded” in a way, but with quite a lot of other tours arriving during the day. The snorkeling was great. Is was like an aquarium with many kinds of fish easily visible. Emanuel was the guide for this event and he provided both safety and guidance on how to experience the swim. On the downside, there were again many other groups in the water which became a bit chaotic but manageable. Don’t miss the incredible tropical drinks from the leftmost bar at the beach. Cocoloco from a coconut and a dazzling piña colada from a pineapple.

This trip was amazing! The crew took very good care of everyone! Emanuel was part of the family for Christmas 🤟. We saw more animals that we plan, the nature was fascinating. Thanks a lot

The boat ride was so much fun! Our tour guide gave us a little history of Costa Rica and helped me get over my fear of snorkeling in the middle of the ocean! They also were able to pick us up from 1.5 hrs away! Amazing excursion!

We have spend our best day in Costa Rica with this family company. Veronica our guide and capt. Marco were awesome. My family of 8 with 4yrs and 10 yrs old kids were very impressed with this tour. First the pickup service was directly on our hotel. On the tour we saw crocodiles, dolphins, whales, spider monkeys. snorkeling was super cool veronica take care of our kids very well. Tortuga island definetly was the most beautifull island, excellent food. We spend around 4 hours on the island. I highly recomend this tour if you are looking to meet the island avoiding the crowds.
