Five out of five the Sevice was exceptional I would 100% recommend this company. It was a good experience overall, if I come back to coast rica I will book again with them.

The pick up process was very easy. They had a really nice guy with a sign with our name on it. Our driver was extremely helpful and friendly. Alvaro was helpful with making sure everything went smoothly.

I took my children on the monkey grove tour in Costa Rica and it was INCREDIBLE. We got to encounter white face monkeys up close. Our guide was knowledgeable on the history & animals of Costa Rica. The boat captain navigated the river effortlessly and help spot snakes in the trees, sloths (2 & 3 toe), Jesus Christ lizards, plus plenty of other critters & plant life. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica. This was a priceless experience.

Albert was a phenomenal, and very *patient* guide. We had some people in our group that lagged behind, kept getting lost and almost lost their bag. Through it all, Albert maintained a smile and friendly disposition. Not everyone is capable of that! Enjoyed my experience, weather was great, food was great, glad I went!

Excellent Tour! Definitely recommend!!! It was awesome & highlight was feeding the monkeys. We saw bats & a sloth as well!

Our transportation from Jaco back to San Jose with Odyssey was so easy and nice! The van was nice and new and our driver was super friendly. We stopped at a national park on our way back and they were super accommodating the whole time. If you are coming in or out of San Jose and need a shuttle this is the way to go!

Really enjoyed this adventure. Your guide was so entertaining and knowledgeable. It was so fun feeding the monkeys. Recommend this out for any age .

This tour was not as expected. We did get to see some monkeys and after a lot of effort from our guide, the monkeys came to the boat and we were able to get cute pictures with them and feed them some bananas. It was a great experience, especially for my 12 year old son. The negative points: we were sitting on the very last bench on the boat next to the outboard which made it verry difficult to hear anything the guide was saying. I would suggest a microphone/speaker system. Also, this is not what I would call a boat tour. You basically ride out in a very shallow and narrow river for 5 minutes then stop for the monkeys. If you just want to see the monkeys then great, if not this "tour" is not for you.

Such an amazing tour! Tons of monkeys! Our tour guide, Michael, was very knowledgeable and had a real love for the monkeys and mangroves. Highlight of our trip!

Whrn i booked the tour, it asked me where my location was for pickup. I gave my cirrect information. This was on a Monday and the tour was scheduled fir Thursday. My tour was scheduled for 9:30am. About 18 hours before the tour, the tour operator emailed me and said the starting time was changed to 7:30am. No offer to reschedule, no offer of refund. Just an announcement. Then, about 8 hours before the tour, I got an email that they were unable to pick us up as it was too far. First of all, they had over THREE days to ley us know they works not be able to pick us up. If they had, we could have either arranged fir transport or canceled. When this was brought up, the operator sent me a nasty message saying, "im sorry you cant read." Secondly, the fact that the operator changed the time last minute with no offer of any other accommodation is unprofessional. DON'T USE THIS TOUR COMPANY.

We had a brand new minivan expertly driven by Alan who gave us lots of interesting information about the sites we passed on the way to the mangrove. He stopped briefly at a palm plantation and showed us how the fruit is harvested for oil, which was great. The Monkey Mangrove tour was nice, but our guide "mad Alex" was more interested in showing off his animal calls than actually explaining much about the wildlife. And he totally ignored the sign asking people not to feed the animals. He repeatedly lured monkeys into the boat with bananas for photo ops and, presumably, tips. More like a show than a nature experience.

We learned many interesting facts regarding the white face monkeys and how they perform as a family/group. Recommend everyone that visits Costa Rica consider this tour.

Excellent tour. We saw several groups of monekys up close along with iguanas and birds. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth your time and money to go on this tour. I would go on this tour again.

This is a must do if you’re in the area of Quepos. Diego, a monkey expert, guided our group through the mangroves and educated us in the flora and fauna. He pointed out numerous animals and plants and then called the monkeys. Within a short time they came over to Diego and he started respectfully interacting with them. He has been doing this for 23 years and knows most of the monkeys by name. Beautiful setting, comfortable boat, knowledgeable guide. Fun for everyone!

Awesome tour! Learned so much about the area including the Palm Trees, Mangrove, Monkeys and other animals. Tour guide was great!
