GTC Costa Rica provided our family of 20 a day of travel to muti stops during our visit to attend a wedding. Daniel our driver arrived promptly at resort in a very comfortable vehicle and ensured us his goal was to provide safe service. He was patient and courteous as he interacted with individuals ages 7 to 80 in our group. As the family planner I appreciated your feedback on the itinerary before the trip. You represented the warmth of the Costa Rican people and the professional service at reasonable price will always be remembered by all. Thank you November 2023

We hired GTC to take us from San Jose to LaFortuna. We had a driver that spoke very little English, which made communication very hard because we didn't speak Spanish. Also, the ad from GTC says you'll ride in a luxury minibus as well as be able to watch movies. They had a dvd player with no dvds, so bring your own. And as I found out, the word luxury means different things in other countries. We had an older van with a/c issues. I will say that GTC communicated very well with us when I let them know about some of the issues, but because of the holiday when we visited, the a/c could not be fixed. We had to keep the same van for the 3 hour ride back to San Jose. Fortunately, it wasn't as hot for our return trip. My advice is to manage your expectations because what they advertise may not be what you get and as in our case, you'll be stuck with it. Or try another company.

Booking the ride was super easy and we maintained contact thru WhatsApp on the day we arrived via plane into San Jose. Ricardo picked our party of 7 up in a big spacious Toyota van. He introduced himself, explained the length of the drive and the stops. Ride went smoothly and we booked the ride back from La Fortuna thru this vendor!

Has this company gone out of business? We tried to book two trips (one each way) between Jaco and SJO. The first time, they answered immediately and then went silent for two days with no confirmation. The second time, they just never responded at all. We booked with another company.

This is a super great company that we have been really impressed with here in Costa Rica. We used them for private transfers from Liberia to Monteverde, Arenal to Tamrindo and then another one back to the airport. Drivers are professional and the cars have been nice and very clean. Prices are reasonable compared to others for private transfers and they communicate quickly through email or whats app. Would use them again. Our favorite driver is Javid!!

I booked with GTC via viatour. The driver picked me up bang on time and the car was probably the most well kept and luxuriously comfortable car I had been in ever! Declining seats blankets and plenty of space. Much appreciated for a long car ride at 4.50am! Our driver was really lovely too! The hike was super wet and rainy and Rio was unfortunately super brown HOWEVER, it was still a pleasure to walk and learn about the wildlife etc. We had a delicious hot breakfast en route and a delicious hot lunch (much much needed when cold wet and muddy) Very impressed by the services of GTC as they always got back to me quickly with my queries too before I went. They are quite expensive - but justified as they were fantastic. And Costa Rica is an expensive (but well worth it) country.

Excellent logistic, kind services and new and comfortable buses ! Everything on time , all details are carefully taking in account .. highly recommended !!
