- Alecabrera1150 contributionsSCAM- Do not bookThis page is a scam- DO NOT BOOK! I booked the night tour through Viator. I got a text 2 days before the tour through Viator to confirm. It looked like an automated message from Aaron. The message said to call him the day before to coordinate. I called him and left messages; the hotel also called. I hunted down his Whatsapp number on Facebook and sent him messages. I could see he was reading them and not responding. I finally asked the guides at the park and they told me to not even bother. Aaron had moved out of Tortuguero and was now leaving his pages up to scam tourists. Fortunately Viator was able to give me a full refund, but it was a very frustrating experience. DO NOT BOOK. You will not get your tour.Written July 6, 2021

Die Tour selbst war sehr schön. Viele Tiere gesehen und viele Informationen erhalten.
Leider fehlte die Bestätigung auf meine Tour und weder ich noch der Tourguide wusste von der Tour. Es ist dann jemand anders eingesprungen, weil ich per Zufall den Bruder der eigentlichen Tourguides gefunden habe.
Für die nächsten Touren solltet ihr das besser organisieren, da es so kein guter Service war.
