We will pick you up at the airport, hotel, private home or identifiable landmark to start this great expedition. • Hotel drop off at Monteverde/Santa Elena only. We will drop you off at the hotel, private home or identifiable landmark. • Pickup time depends on the pickup location. Please provide the pickup location so we can give you an approximate pickup time. • The pickup time may vary without notice depending on road traffic and other pick-ups. • Please be ready 15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. • Sometimes a particular hotel is located outside the area’s main hotel zone, and the shuttle will not provide door-to-door service. In these cases, a taxi can take you and your group to the shuttle pickup location or your final hotel stop. • The driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the pickup location for a passenger traveling on shared shuttles. - For airport pick-ups our representative will meet you at Malinche Restaurant (located outside the airport terminal) carrying a sign with your name on. Do not listen to other vendors trying to sell you services, charge you more, grab your bags or tell you that we are not coming for you. If for some reason you cannot find our representative contact us by WhatsApp chat, phone call or email.
- Morning shared shuttles are operated with a minimum of 2 passengers. If you are only 1 passenger, you can still check for availability since it is possible that we have more passengers on that same date/time and thus accommodate your reservation at the closest time/date available.
- Afternoon shared shuttles are operated with a minimum of 4 passengers. If you have fewer passengers, you can still check for availability since it is possible that we have more passengers on that same date/time and thus accommodate your reservation at the closest time/date available.
- Please provide us with the departure time, and exact name of the pick-up and drop-off locations (airport, hotel, private home, or identifiable landmark in Costa Rica). Otherwise, we can't completely confirm the booking until we have all this info.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

This company helped me and my other volunteer friends so much especially because as students we made last minute plans, we’re on a tight budget and often changed our plans. However Andres (from the company) was very accommodating and gave us great prices and helped organise our last minute plans. In that aspect Andres was very helpful, as he not only provided the transport but also organized our tours. Himself and the taxi driver were always very kind and helpful to us. The process of being able to text or call whenever is amazing. This company made my trip more enjoyable. They were also very helpful giving us information about the area and helping us arrange tours.
