The service was booked directly through Marriott, where I submitted my arrival date and times, as well as my return travel information. No one showed up at the airport to pick us up and when I called, the person was rude and would not honor our prepaid transit; nor did they confirm our return travel. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with poor customer service and look for another provider or rideshare, the latter was way more reliable and economical.

The shuttle service was waiting outside the airport with our name card right where they said they would be. The shuttle took about one Hour to get tho the hotel. The driver did a great job navigating the bumping roads and the van was nice and cool in the Costa Rican heat! Very clean too. The return trip was just as good. On time and very reliable. Great contact before our trip. Definitely would use them again.

DO NOT BOOK-CLIENTS STRANDED AT HOTEL! I am a travel agent who had a family at Dream Mareas. This company left them stranded on their departure day. My client called the day before departure concerned that they had not heard about their pick up time for the next day. I got in contact with the company who confirmed a 9 AM pick up. My client called in a panic around 9:30 stating that the driver was not there and not answering calls. I also tried to reach the company. I could see my messages were being read on WhatsApp-in real time! They just never replied back. Dreams is 90 minutes from the airport. Taxis are. not readily available. They were lucky enough to find another company who happened to have a van available. They had to pay twice the cost just to get to the airport. They were late to the airport and would have missed their flight had there not been a delay. My client was in tears with four children in tow. Never use this company if you want a reliable service. They still have not responded to my urgent messages sent on that day.

We paid for a round trip to and from the hotel and airport for a party of 6. Our voucher confirmed this. They confirmed the night before they would be at our hotel the following day at 0900 to take us to the airport. They never showed up! Our hotel, Viator/Trip Advisor and travel agent repeatedly tried to get an hold of the company with no success. Our hotel was an hour and a half away from the airport. We were scrambling to find transportation back. Luckily Amstar helped us out tremendously. Would not recommend using them.

Our round trip transfer is the best value hotel transfer from Liberia to Dreams. Our driver, Rafa, was on time and courteous. He was willing to make stops for us to take pictures if we wanted. I recommend using them as a hotel transfer!

If you need a ride you need to book with Keilor- from the moment we landed he made us feel comfortable. He was nice, professional and went above and beyond! When we return to Costa Rica we will be booking with him without a doubt!!!!!

Keilor is extremely nice and very professional. When we arrived at the airport in Liberia, he was waiting for us right outside the doors. Took our bags, offered control of the air conditioner and radio. He provided great commentary on the country during our nearly two hour drive to the hotel. He pointed out a number monuments and local details, stopping to take great pictures whenever we requested. We couldn’t ask for a better driver. When it came time to head back to the airport, he was easy to reach on WhatsApp and we confirmed our meeting time with no problems. He also operates a boat for fishing and sunset trips and we plan on using those services on our next trip to Costa Rica! We had zero issues with our booking. Highly recommend!!

If you & your family are looking for the best vacation ever yet, then it is the all inclusive Hotel Riu Guanacaste in Costa Rica. This blessed resort is along the Pacific Coast. The property is huge with a lot of sitting areas. It has a pool, water slides (my favorite), and of course there is the beach. The management and the staff are exemplary. They go out of their way to ensure that your needs are fully met. For example, Phillipe (the assistant manager) went above and beyond to alternatively fulfill my birthday wishes. Thank you with all of my heart Phillipe. It does not matter where you sit, the serving staff comes around to serve you with drinks. The resort is spotless. There are daily activities and nightly entertainment. The nightly entertainment are different themes and are exceptional. There is nightly entertainment for the children and believe you-me, it was a beauty to watch how each child was engaged. Our favorite was Bryan. Bryan is very good with the children and engage each one of them with utmost care and love. My family and I are frequent travelers and I must say that the food at this resort was above and beyond expectations. There are five restaurants and our favorite was the buffet Liberia restaurant. Each night for dinner, there were so many choices that we did not know what to eat. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were remarkable. They included all kinds of drinks, deserts, fruits, soups, pasta, sushi section, meats, fish, vegetables, ice cream, and I could go on and on. The resort is about 45 minutes from Liberia International Airport. There is daily housekeeping and if you do not require it, just post the 'do not disturb' sign and request is fully honored. I could go on and on but this resort must be experienced. I will definitely visit it again. I miss it. I miss it because it is a very lively resort full of life. We were there for 10 days and never turned the TV on because there was so much to do. All transactions are done in USD. Phillipe, that was the best pool party that I attended thus far. Clean vehicle, courteous driver. On-time pickup and delivery to airport! Excellent communication prior to the trip. No complaints!

Service was not provided. When we arrived at the airport no one was waiting for us. There was no way to contact the local tour operator. We had to reach out to tripadvisor via whatsapp. Tripadvisor rep was able to provide local operator telephone number but they did not answer the telephone. We waited almost 2 hours to get transportation. I will say tripadvsior as a company tried to be accommodating but they also had issues contacting the local tour operator. Do not book this transportation service. We had family members coming after us and they cancelled their service with this company. I always book private transportation on vacation and this was the first time things did not go as planned.

Thank you Mr. Keilor, Me and my wife, we had a wonderful experience with the private full service, from Liberia Airport to our Riu Guanacaste Hotel. He provided us comfortable vehicle. He also gave us gifts to take home and to remember the experience in Costa Rica. I have to recommend him for the tour at Bella Vista that includes Zip-line Adventure, Horse Riding, and shower at the spring hot water from the Volcanos. We will never forget these experiences. He is the best in Costa Rica for your transportation and guide tourism. He has good communication with his client.
