Keillor was great! Pick up was right on time and easy and the drive was comfortable. He also showed us some interesting sights along the way. He speaks excellent English and was patient when we tried to practice our español!

We had the best lunch and experience on the beautiful beach of Samara! Our server, Marleen, was gracious and attentive. We recommend both the Tuna and Caesar Salad - absolutely delicious and fresh! The management saved beach chairs for us while we dined, and we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the Gusto Beach Club!

The service was booked directly through Marriott, where I submitted my arrival date and times, as well as my return travel information. No one showed up at the airport to pick us up and when I called, the person was rude and would not honor our prepaid transit; nor did they confirm our return travel. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with poor customer service and look for another provider or rideshare, the latter was way more reliable and economical.

The shuttle service was waiting outside the airport with our name card right where they said they would be. The shuttle took about one Hour to get tho the hotel. The driver did a great job navigating the bumping roads and the van was nice and cool in the Costa Rican heat! Very clean too. The return trip was just as good. On time and very reliable. Great contact before our trip. Definitely would use them again.

DO NOT BOOK-CLIENTS STRANDED AT HOTEL! I am a travel agent who had a family at Dream Mareas. This company left them stranded on their departure day. My client called the day before departure concerned that they had not heard about their pick up time for the next day. I got in contact with the company who confirmed a 9 AM pick up. My client called in a panic around 9:30 stating that the driver was not there and not answering calls. I also tried to reach the company. I could see my messages were being read on WhatsApp-in real time! They just never replied back. Dreams is 90 minutes from the airport. Taxis are. not readily available. They were lucky enough to find another company who happened to have a van available. They had to pay twice the cost just to get to the airport. They were late to the airport and would have missed their flight had there not been a delay. My client was in tears with four children in tow. Never use this company if you want a reliable service. They still have not responded to my urgent messages sent on that day.

We paid for a round trip to and from the hotel and airport for a party of 6. Our voucher confirmed this. They confirmed the night before they would be at our hotel the following day at 0900 to take us to the airport. They never showed up! Our hotel, Viator/Trip Advisor and travel agent repeatedly tried to get an hold of the company with no success. Our hotel was an hour and a half away from the airport. We were scrambling to find transportation back. Luckily Amstar helped us out tremendously. Would not recommend using them.

Our round trip transfer is the best value hotel transfer from Liberia to Dreams. Our driver, Rafa, was on time and courteous. He was willing to make stops for us to take pictures if we wanted. I recommend using them as a hotel transfer!

Keilor is extremely nice and very professional. When we arrived at the airport in Liberia, he was waiting for us right outside the doors. Took our bags, offered control of the air conditioner and radio. He provided great commentary on the country during our nearly two hour drive to the hotel. He pointed out a number monuments and local details, stopping to take great pictures whenever we requested. We couldn’t ask for a better driver. When it came time to head back to the airport, he was easy to reach on WhatsApp and we confirmed our meeting time with no problems. He also operates a boat for fishing and sunset trips and we plan on using those services on our next trip to Costa Rica! We had zero issues with our booking. Highly recommend!!
