The views were amazing and the people were so friendly and accommodating. The weather was very hot but not humid and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

This is for the airport shuttle. They did a good job and had people with signs with our name on it ready once we cleared customs. Made it easy for you. I was really glad that I booked it this way.

Javier was our driver to the Flamingo Beach and the Tamarindo Beach. He was top notch. He went above and beyond what was promised in the description. He even somehow came up with a birthday cake for my wife on her actual b-day. Which is something the hotel didn't manage to do.

LOVED how efficient and clean this airport is. Everything was quick and easy from getting dropped to the gate was maybe 15 minutes. With international travel suggested 3 hr early arrival this place was decked out with plenty of seating and almost all of it has power stations to make sure you still have a power supply for the flight.

We recently took a girls trip to Guanacaste and Tony was our driver/tour guide for the day. We were impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge his friendliness and over all great attitude. He was attentive at every single one of our needs and requests. Our trip started by going to a beautiful rain forest where we met Fatima the tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and such a sweetheart. She took the time showing us the sloths (which was the reason we were there) we saw monkeys, frogs and all kids of beautiful vegetation. This place is lucky to have her. We also visited the waterfalls in Rio Celest and then we went to take a little swim at the river. Not only the AMAZING places he took us to but the quality of service made our visit a dream come true. We can't wait to go back!! We will for sure request Tony as our driver. Pura Vida!

The airport experience was easy and accessible. Customs was easy to navigate. Assistance was easily obtained.

The driver was at the airport holding a sign with my name on it when I arrived. He got me to the hotel in 40 mins. He was nice and gave me a bottled water.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Took a private shuttle. Advertised as a car having a/c. It was 93 degrees out and it was sweltering inside the car. I emailed to tell them and ask for a partial refund. They were UNBELIEVEABLY RUDE TO ME AND BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR. I have no doubt they will respond to my comment and make some excuse because that is what they did with me back and forth over email. They took no responsibility and were so ugly. There are plenty of other service other than this one. Don't get in a miserable hot car!

This company was fantastic! They were incredibly prompt, responsive, and easy to work with. Even though my flight was delayed, they assured me they would track my arrival time and be waiting for me whenever I arrived--and they were! I will definitely book with them the next time I'm in Costa Rica!

Great experience! I did the online form to set up my transportation. It was very easy. We traveled with surfboards and that was also taken care of and very easy. I would highly recommend ad definitely be using Tuscan transfers in the future. The drivers were very nice and on time! Thank You!

Great round trip private transfer to Andaz Papagayo for way less than half of what hotel wanted to charge. Van was clean. Drive spoke English, which was very helpful. All proper COVID protocols were observed without issue.

On-time, driver was waiting outside the arrivals area. Air-conditioned comfortable van, took about 75 minutes to get to the resort. Once you leave the main road to go to the resort, the road is not the best. Tucan graciously agreed to delay the pick-up time for my ride back to the airport when I realized we would get to the airport much earlier than required. Significantly cheaper than the company that is based at the resort.

We are very happy we ended up finding a shuttle for an affordable price compared to all the others offered. After reading other reviews, we decided to book and did not regret it. Very professional driver, gave us a lot of fun facts about Costa Rica and even stopped to allow us to take a picture of a breathtaking view. Nothing negative to say. Highly recommend!
