    Great Tour!
A wonderful tour, even if we got rained out toward the end. We enjoyed it so much, we booked the Coffee, Chocolate, and Sugar Cane experience with them as well. Our guide for both was Mar and she was funny, insightful, and had a ton of information. Would highly recommend!

    Good tour to see
I was very impressed about this tour.. the guild was very knowledgeable and spoke up & we understood clearly. Knowledge is powerful with a tour because it keeps you very interested. We saw 5/6 sloth, 2 owls frogs insects and knowledge about tree. So sorry me totally forget the short gentleman name 😞 but we truly enjoyed the tour

    Amazing guide Sergio!
We didn't have much time in La Fortuna, yet with this tour which included: the La Fortuna Waterfall, the Arenal Volcano hike and Hot Springs, we really feel like the most was being made out of the brief time we had there. The guide Sergio is SO considerate of all people in the group, this included elderly people, Spanish and English speakers and those with interests in different types of animals. We managed to see toucans and monkeys on the hike which was not difficult at all, and Sergio made sure to go at a pace good for everyone in the group. He even gave us lychees at the base of the volcano which was a surreal experience with the gorgeous view. This was a great value for money! Thanks Sergio!

    Must Do!
Our guide Harold was excellent! He helped us see sloths, poison frogs, tucans, owls and lizards!! He helped us take pictures through his spotting scope. He pointed out different kinds of plants and told us about them too!! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!

    Excellent All Around
My wife and I are big Sloth fan's (who isn't) and this tour did not let us down. You might see 2 sloths in Manuel Antonio but we saw 6 or 7 including a 1 year old. Plus lots of Toucans, Motmot's and owls. Our guide was very knowledgeable and his English was great. Only downside was a fellow tourist who thought she should call her son and live video every time we saw something interesting. Very loud and annoying.

    Slothy great time!
We saw so many sloths! We even got to see a sloth poop which only happens once a week. The tour guide was absolutely amazing and so very knowledgeable. Worth every penny.

    Absolutely amazing tour and guide
I totally recommend going on a guide walk with a guide. They will find you sloths that we normal people are not able to see. I was lucky to be alone in my group. The guided walks leave every hour. I had Harol as my guide and he was very knowledgeable and found 4 different sloths high up in the trees. I got nice photos and also could watch them in the scope that he brought. I was happy just like that. Seeing a sloth moving a little and itching its back. Towards the end of the trip Harol spotting a female sloth kind of close to us. She’s moving more than normal in the day. It turns out she’s coming down to poop. They only do that once a week and it’s not common to see it. We watched her for half an hour as she was climbing down all the way to the ground. She took the poop just half a meter in front of us just next to the trail. Business done she went back up in the tree tops to hide from predators. Absolutely amazing! Harol also found a couple of frogs and lots of birds. Totally get a guide!!!

Amazing guide on the sloth tour
Had a great time with my guide Milton today. He was really knowledgable about the sloths, but also about all the other animals we could see. Owl, birds, lizards, ants, frogs, turtle etc. Highly highly recommend booking the alternative with guide. The sloths are very difficult to see, but the guides are truly professionals.

    Great Tour for seeing Sloths
Initially we had low expectations as the reception was small and seemed very busy, however, David was a great guide - Really knowledgeable and we saw a lot of sloths - one of which was moving so was great to watch- plus lots of other great animals such as poisonous dart frogs and a toucan.

Great Sloth tour with so much to see
We did this as our first tour in Costa Rica, and it was so worth it seeing all the Sloths because there were some people we met in the coming weeks who hadn't seen a single Sloth yet (they hadn't done this tour, that's why!) we saw three-toed and two-toed sloths, many were mother and baby together. The guide David was really good at spotting all the Sloths, some were hard to spot and he had a really sharp eye. He also spotted some lizards and frogs and talked about some of the trees around. It was so good seeing so many sloths and we got some videos on our phones of them as they were very active when we went! Also glad we got the guided tour as the self-guided people were walking around aimlessly not seeing things.

    Excellent sloth tour
Excellent experience. Our tour was a small group of 9 people, iur tour guise was extremely helpful and patient, so at each sighting, everyone had a chance to see the sloths and get a photo through the scope. She was very knowledgeable and helpful

    Better than expected
I never had the opportunity of observing a sloth before so I said why not? To my surprise, it wasn't only sloths that we saw, there were colorful frogs, fishes, turtles, lizards, many birds, and even an iguana. I was happy that we could support the workers and guides from this place with our visit. They seem to have the knowledge and while I felt that they could use a bit more training, they do their the best they can to make this a good experience. We learned a lot about sloths and saw them in their natural habitat so the tour was worth it.

    Better than you would guess
We went to the Sloth Watching Trail because a friend told us it was good for bird watching. It seemed expensive for birding, but the sloth watching was incredible! We saw both 3-toed and 2-toed sloths, and one of the three-toed sloths was actually two - a mother and baby. They were so adorable! The guide was excellent, and we managed to see birds and poison-dart frogs along the way. Yes - it’s worth the money! We went with low expectations, and were very pleasantly surprised. Recommended!

Very informative, saw a handful of sloths and learned about the whole area! Wouldn’t have seen half the sloths without our amazing tour guide.

    Interesting tour
If you are lucky not raining, as we experience, you may see more animals. Our guide was super. He pointed out sloth, birds, insects and "little dinosaurs" impossible to be noticed. Also, he helps us to filmed thru his telescope a mama sloth eating lunch. He was passionate and you can see he likes his job. Hi Eric! The location for cafe and coco plantation needs a little more attention...

Super friendly guide. There were only 3 of us on the tour which contributed to a great experience. He helped us spot a good number of animals (mostly frogs) and helped us take photos through his binoculars. It lasted slightly over 2 hours. Frankly it could’ve been 20 minutes shorter but I appreciated him trying to get us the most out of it.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and mostly saw frogs and toads but it could have been due to the heavy rain. Still got some amazing pictures and a fantastic experience.
