Our teacher or No No, as he asked us to call him, was amazing. Very personaliable, funny, and knowledgeable. I must admit the drive to the class was a nightmare, but we were coming from Tamarindo, so as we learned, it was expected, but if you are in Nosara, please go to his class. Go during the off-season for a more immersive experience.

My wife and I took this class and had a wonderful time. The instructor Manuel (Nono) was so much fun to work with and had a great sense of humor. We began right off by chopping, slicing, and kneading in preparing the palm ceviche and chicken empanadas. Nono allowed us to be very hands on and involved in the whole process. The outdoor kitchen so very authentic and the farm setting is very relaxing and welcoming. The wood fired stove was great in adding the true authentic Costa Rican experience. We were joined on the farm by chickens, pigs, and goats as well as being able to visit the garden. After cooking, we enjoyed a delicious feast along with fresh pineapple and banana juice to drink. You will leave very full and relaxed after spending the morning with Nono. We learned a lot and will be applying what we learned as we cook at home. This class is highly recommended for all ages as everyone can participate and have a great Costa Rican experience! Pura Vida!!

We made empanadas and ceviche fresh from ingredients on the farm, and it was all delicious. Definitely something we're going to take home and make again with all the little tricks we learned!

Beginning to end was a super fun experience. Our guide Alejandro along with the others were all very cool and gave us an awesome time. The food and coffee they provided after was also amazing.

Incredible day out. Orlando was an amazing guide, kept us all safe but made sure no one stayed dry along the way 😉 the lunch and the mini farm visit at the end were also really good. Class III and IV seemed to be manageable for most people with average fitness and the ability to swim so don’t worry if it’s your first time rafting.

We did the tour with Warner, Alejandro and Pablo. They were very nice and we felt safe the whole time. Definetly an activity we would recommend. It was so much fun!!!

I had such a great time and Elvis our captain was funny as heck but definitely knew what he was doing. I would highly suggest doing the tour. We will visit again😁

This tour was amazing. The area was beautiful and the adventure was perfect. Our guides- Pablo, Orlando, and Jorge- were the best!

Such a fun time. The rappelling was thrilling and I felt safe. The organic farm was so cool and we enjoyed organic bananas. The rafting was awesome and the guides were a ton of fun. The homemade meal after was the cherry on top- it was hardy and delicious.

White water rafting with Orlando (Chi Chi) was amazing! He was a fabulous instructor - funny, skilled, knowledgeable and very professional. We felt safe with him and he made the experience so much fun. We all agreed that it was the best day of our holiday and I wish we could do it all over again! We were picked up at our hotel and stopped at a little shop on the way to use the facilities (fresh coconut for $1 was delicious). The journey was in an air conditioned minivan. After the experience we returned and had a lovely lunch. Although they were a little pricey, we bought the photos as they are a terrific memory of our day - there was no pressure at all to buy them. In fact, all the staff were brilliant- the entire day was relaxed and chilled and ended with a little tour around the farm. Don’t hesitate to book - you’ll have the best day ever - thank you Orlando and the rest of the team for making our day so memorable!

Orlando was our guide on the river and he was fantastic. This was my first time white water rafting and he made it such a fun experience. Along the way he stopped to show us different wildlife, foliage and was very knowledgeable. Halfway down the river we stopped for fresh fruit and after they served us a delicious lunch! This is definitely worth the stop and the time.

We had such an incredible time. Costa Rican descents really have these activities down, and they’re so friendly & Knowledgable. Orlando & Juan took us canyoning and take awesome care of us. Eric took us white water rafting and showed the farm. He’s super nice and extremely accommodating. Cant recommend these guys enough!

Orlando and Jeff were absolutely amazing! Wonderful experience! Felt safe and taken care of the whole time. Many snacks provided and lunch was great! Very friendly!
