Everything was great from the beginning!! They are located in a building next to a souvenir shop across from Montaña De Fuego resort. Staff was very welcoming and friendly as soon as we pulled up. They ask you to sanitize when you arrive, and then sign in at the desk. Everyone is wearing masks. You board a bus for a short ride to the zipline area. 10 ziplines total and the option to rappel down a cliff at the end. There is a photographer, Jason, who takes photos for you from beginning to end with the option to purchases digital copies afterwards for $10 per person! Afterward rappelling, they take you to a small structure for a very short but cool presentation about a local tribal culture. They ask you to arrive 15 min early and overall it took about 2 hours!! 10/10 recommend!! Lots of fun and an amazing staff.

We loved this tour as it gave us several different things all in one tour. We did about 7 or 8 zip lines....not the longest, but plenty long enough for us. We did our very first rappel of about 50 meters or so, which was a great intro for us. Plus, we even got admission to the Montana del Fuego hot springs, right across the street. All of these activities on their own would have been worth it, but to have them together was a delighter. We saw several longer tours that were more expensive, but this was perfect for us. The guides were very focused on safety but also ensuring we had a great time. We were concerned that we were going to have to use the hand break, but we never had to use it once. They even had a photographer geting great pics and sold them for a reasonable price. Just an amazing couple hours of action packed fun. Highly recommend booking with this outfit !!

This was so much fun! I’m scared of heights but the safety instructions, lots of guides across all the platforms, and size of our group (12 or so) made me feel super comfortable. The guides are hilarious, really nice, and make it such a fun experience for everyone. We didn’t do the hot springs (not sure if there just wasn’t enough time but it wasn’t brought up as an option) and the Maleku experience felt a bit like a tourist trap/ I wish it was optional but otherwise have no complaints and would def do this again! Getting instructions and going down the 10 zip lines took about an hour, then the rappel/Maleku experience took about another hour.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this company at least not for the zip lining/rappelling tour.
The zip lining felt incredibly rushed - we dubbed it a zipping factory. The guides sent another person while someone was still on the zipline. We had to quickly unhook ourselves for fear of the next person crashing into us - I never experienced this in the states or Thailand. We also had to break ourselves manually, which I've never done before.
Also, during the optional rappel activity, almost everyone hurt themselves as the guide basically dropped everyone a couple of times during the experience (to hasten the tour) I still have scabs on my fingers a couple days later.
Finally, the pictures that we paid $10 a person for - we only got 10 in total, almost all of which was for the same one person in the same spot. I think that this too fits in with the company's quick doing, as they didn't take the time to take and upload the good pictures.
Finally, this was not covid safe. All 6 of us travelers, and 3 guides, were on the same platforms many a time during the course of this tour. It was outside, so wasn't too bad, but they could have done something to split up the group.

We did the zip lines and it was so much fun! Never felt unsafe but was such an adrenaline rush. The tour guides were amazing and got great photos and videos of us. We did 8 amazing zip lines with great views and so much fun, there was also the decent which was great fun a little scarier but I would recommend doing all of it. If you have a go pro take it you will not regret it!
The Lee is also the mud baths and the hot springs which are a nice way to relax and finish off the tour!

The guys working here were awesome!! I do not recall their names because there were so many however I believe Antonio was the main guide that gave us all the details regarding safety. Everyone working there made us feel comfortable and made the canopy tour an amazing experience! They truly know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend doing this tour with Go.Adventure!

Great price for a terrific experience! The views were breathtaking and they were super clear about safety. They made it their priority…as well as having a blast! Juan Carlos, Marlon, Sebastian, and Gustavo were our guides. They were super attentive and made sure we were smiling the whole time! I totally recommend doing a tour through Go adventure, super easy, super fun and super safe. Thank you for a adventurous day!!

This was booked through a tour consolidator but these tour providers are among the best I’ve experienced. They added an indigenous cultural experience at the end.
My wife was terrified during the zip line tour and they were all calm, supportive, and accommodating.
This rates as a very high recommendation.

I was so scared. Zip lining was a bucket list activity and what better place to do it than the canopy in Costa Rica? So I went for it. I liked the price and the reviews. I was anxious. I was picked up promptly by a very friendly staff, (Miguel, I think). He was awesome and put me at ease. Very polite. I got to the site and met the other zip liners. We were given our equipment and staff took their time explaining how everything worked. I was put at ease with how peaceful and patient the staff were, which put me at ease. I could tell we were all nervous, there were 4 of us total.
The staff was excellent! We each had our own things that made us anxious, one girl was afraid of heights, I was having a hard time having short legs, jumping onto the zip line. The other person was scared of the speed. The staff worked with all of our fears. We had a blast! By the 4th zip line we were laughing and enjoying ourselves, and had it down!
At the end we drank Chicha with Costa Rican Maleku tribe members. That was a treat! We saw their art. I found a great art piece for my hub that was hand painted. He loved it.
My favorite part other than the ziplining was getting to use the Hot Springs at the resort across the street. It was a beautiful resort, with mud baths and several hot springs, beautifully landscaped! ICING on the cake. I was pretty sore from over exerting, (my own fault for not working out). The hot springs felt amazing.
A woman covered me in mud, I love Ticos! She took my picture, we laughed. I made friends. What a lovely lovely adventure this was.
I did not do the Rappel, I was scared, but also exhausted from doing 9 zip lines. But I kicked ass, and I was so proud of myself!
GREAT PRICE and value: 9 zip lines, Rappelling and hot springs! Do it.

The hot spring wasn't included in our package and we added that separately from the outfitter we used. There are a few places you can book that experience but there are also areas you can gain access for free.
A bit of research will get you what might be best for you.
