Awesome experience. Very friendly group of guides. Wonderful views of Arenal volcano and waterfall. Saw toucans and enjoyed the traditional village on way back to base.

        So much fun
Alexander the Great was amazing as our tour guide. Book this tour now if you are considering. I felt like the king of the world on the zipline. Recommendation- bring sandals with backing to wear when doing the waterfall. The waterfall repelling was very high so think twice before booking.

        Excellent customer service
This was one of my favorite excursions in Costa Rica. The staff made it incredibly fun and ensured we felt safe and secure throughout the experience. We tried rappelling, zip-lining, and horseback riding. Sebastian and Alex were our guides, and they did a phenomenal job with everything. Rappelling down the side of the waterfall was an unforgettable experience, and they explained each step thoroughly, making it easy to follow along.

        Lovely scenery and professional guides
This was a great tour with professional guides. My family (husband, 15 yo daughter and 12 yo son) have ziplined a number of times. The hike from where the truck drops you off to where you start the tour was intense! But that was the only real walking required. There were about 20 in our group but we didn't spend much time waiting between, in fact, we were often walking quickly to the next line and going immediately when we got there. I did feel at times that the guides were ready to be done, but not really that we were being rushed. The views were lovely. My son, daughter, and I were not always heavy enough to make it to the end on our own, so at times we had to go with a guide (at one point my son and I both went with one guide), but that actually turned out to be awesome because when we went over the waterfall the guide was able to turn us around so we could get a great view. I remember an older review that I read mentioned that they were upset that the guides separated their kids from the parents when the kids had to ride with a guide. The guides on our trip were careful not to do this and requested that my husband or I went first so that one of us would be there at the end when the kids arrived. The harnesses did fit me strangely (and everyone in the family actually) so we all ended up with thigh bruises, which has never happened to us ziplining before. At the end of the tour we went through a mock village of the Maleku people who had artwork and crafts to sell. It was an enjoyable tour.

Only bad experience we had in Costa Rica
This was our only bad experience with tours in Costa Rica. As someone that has zip lines and climbed before I was very excited. The day did not start well from the van pick up. We left our hotel first in time. The second pick up took over 20 mins. The driver left the van and didn't come back to let us know what the delay was. We made 5 stops and had a full van. Then we got to the facility. The person putting on my harness spoke Spanish to me and laughed at me when I didn't know what he was saying. Then at the end of the safety video I ran to grab a quick drink of water because it was hot. I walked by several guides that didn't say anything about me grabbing water. When I came back 2 mins later a guide yelled at me in front of the group very unprofessionally for much longer than needed. I apparently missed instruction which I could have obviously waited to hear if I knew. By this point I felt very uncomfortable. We took a large wagon with about 50 people to the first platform. I was nervous and didn't want to go up. The guide lied to me and told me this was the only steel platform. I went to the top and realized I was the only adult in the group with only the bottom half of the harness. I asked why and they laughed at me and told me it's fine. I decided to walk down because I felt so unsafe. I paid for horseback riding also so thought I could meet back up with the group to join my family after zip lining for that portion but nope. I was never allowed to join back with the group. They lied to my husband and told him they found something else for me to do. I found this company to be rude, unprofessional, and lacking safety.

        Amazing experience
This was an amazing experience! My family of 4 had an amazing time, the guides were friendly and put us (me) at ease. They watched each person and made sure that even the lightest ones in the group would be able to make it across the longest runs. Bucket list experience checked off the list! Thank you!

        Incredible time with our family
Our family of 4 had an amazing time. We did the 12 line course and the guides were very helpful with our kids (10 & 8 yo). The rides were incredible and so were the views. We highly recommend!

        Nice horseback riding
Cell is really good with the horses. We have never ridden horses before but we had a great time. The horses are really tamed. The only thing I wish we had done is to have a picture with the volcano in the background.

It was really fun! I just wished there wasn’t a huge hike in the beginning 😅 I don’t think they warned us either but overall, a cool experience and felt safe with all the instructors on site.

Unique experiencing lining through the could forest
Amazing and unique experience zip lining in, over and through the cloud forest. We really enjoyed this activity and even though it was raining / cloudy in parts of of it it added to the unique experience. It’s amazing to be flying over the forest as well as through some of the trees! The tour ends in an indigenous hut which was full of expensive souvenirs. This segment felt very prescribed and an odd way to end the ziplines

        Best zipline
This place was great! We also did zip lining in Monteverde and thought this AMA zip line was the best in terms of safety and value for money. It didn’t feel rushed and there wasn’t much standing around, the pace was great. It was so cool to go zip lining over the waterfall, the lines were really high up and long. The guides were really fun too and were great with our kids, they absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend combining it with the horse ride at the end, it was a very cheap add on and the kids loved the ride so much. They were great to deal with for the booking as well, we booked very last minute and it was seamless.

Thrilling, fun, and quite a workout - we loved our full day tour! Our guides, Alfonso and Jean Carlos, were hilarious and so sweet. We had a great time getting to explore the area and get to know our guides. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants a bit of adventure and is in decent shape. Also, the receptionist Alejandro is so sweet and helpful.

Also, we spent the rest of our time hanging out in the city of La Fortuna and relaxing, so cramming everything in one day was awesome!

If you are not fit you will not be able to do the full day. The hike to and from the waterfall is basically all stairs in the jungle. Stairmaster on steroids! You go down to the fall and climb back up after about an hour at the Fortuna waterfall which is epic. Bring water shoes. It is a bit slippery. You can change before you zip line. Next we zip lined, repelled down a cliff and climbed a ladder back up to finish zip lines. Then we horseback ride to the entrance and had lunch. No one else picked the all day tour so it was just my husband and I with 2 guides. Both of our guides were very nice, took photos for us. Sore the next day so don’t do another hiking tour if you aren’t used to all the steep hiking and pulling yourself up the ladder.

The adrenaline tour didn't disappoint! It was a highlight of our trip. It was terrifying and amazing!! The first zip is definitely the scariest... oh yea and the rappelling and climbing the ladder but soooo amazing. Our tour operators were fantastic. We felt very safe. My boys were a bit too light for the longest zip so the guide went with both of my boys and filmed it!!!! I highly recommend this if you are looking to push yourself mentally and physically. Pura vida!!!!!!

FYI, the trip advisor description says lunch is included but it is not. I wasn't surprised by this since another traveler commented about it. There is also no refreshing dip in the waterfall (it was raging and way to dangerous).

Best experience ever. Marco and Pablo were amazing guides and took care of us the whole way. Very hospitable. Zip-lining was breathtakingly beautiful and would highly recommend. You get amazing, awe-provoking views. Rappelling was a bit… scary at first but if you’re okay with heights and climbing up a very tall ladder, then it’s for you.

I cannot say enough how awesome this experience was! It was a group of 4 of us and we did the full day package which included the tractor ride, swimming in La Fortuna Waterfall, 12 zip lines, waterfall rappelling, horseback ride and lunch. It took us about 5 hours with all the climbs and everything. We all thought it was 100% worth the price! Our guides were Pablo and Alonso who were both terrific! Had so much fun for the entire time. Highly, highly recommend checking it out. The views were great and both Pablo and Alonso were encouraging and there to help us have the best time.

Overall a great experience and would recommend! Staff was great and our guides Marco and Jeffrey were very experienced. We did the all day adventure which started at 8am and ended around 1230/1. We also got lucky because it was only the two of us in the group.

      1. We started with the hike down to la fortuna falls. I recommend bringing a swim suit. I changed back into dry hiking clothes after
      2. Then 6 or 7 zip lines
      3. Repeled down to the base of a water fall and then climbed a ladder back up. This part was a little sketchy but we were strapped in
      4. Then 6-7 more zip lines
      5. Stopped by this aborigines hut were they had some demonstrations
      6. Horse ride back down to where you start
      7. Lunch

You don't really need to bring water as they have water stations or wallet (you could buy souvenirs from the aborigines hut but pay later at the main reception). Don't really need a backpack either unless you wanted to carry your swimwear and towel).
Overall, my girlfriend and I had a great time and it was worth the cost.

We had a great time on this full day tour! Our guides, Marco and Pablo were very supportive and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and safe - encouraging us to make our own decisions esp. when it came to the rappelling and climbing 60m back up on a steel staircase. It was definitely scary but worth the thrill!

Super fun and friendly guides who had been there for many years. We had one mom who was frightened and they just paired up a guide with her until she felt empowered enough to do one on her own. That was so fabulous!!
Decided to just enjoy the experience and leave the photos/videos to the professional photographer..best decision ever! Opened and downloaded the link when we got home with no issues. If you're up for an adventure, this is your place!!

What a great day of zip lining, waterfall Repelling, and horseback riding! We started by walking down to the la fortuna waterfall. The water was cold, but the view of the waterfall is something I’ll never forget. After that we hiked back up and started zip lining. The views were amazing! Mid way through zip lining we did an 80m waterfall repel. Which was also amazing! After the repel we finished our remaining zip lines. We then walked down to the pick up point where we rode horses back down to the main starting point. We then ate an amazing meal included in the package. The guides were amazing and the photographer did an awesome job of capturing some great pictures! This Particular package is quite strenuous, so if your not in decent shape this may not be one you want to do. I will recommend this company to any of my friends that come to visit in the future!

We did the zip line and rafting combo and highly recommend it. All of the guides are bilingual, nice and humorous. The 7 zip lines are each great in their own way. Some longer, some faster but all really scenic. After the zip lines it’s back to the office where you get a sack of snacks and water. Then on to the rafting which is about a 40 minute drive that goes pretty quick. Our guide was Augusto and he kept us entertained on the way. Once we were in the raft and on the water Augusto had everything under control. The first half of the ride is filled with rapids and adrenaline. The second half is more relaxing and you can take in the sights and sounds. The watermelon and pineapple break about halfway through is a nice touch. Afterwards is putting on dry clothes and a beverage then a 30 minute van ride to eat. The food is ready upon arrival and it is buffet style. After zipping and rafting the meal really hit the spot. Maybe there are a couple surprises I forgot about but you will have to go for yourself to find out!
