We use Erick's shuttle service for a ride to and from Puerto Viejo and we were glad that we did. Great communications, we had to make the change from a shared to private, and no issue, very accommodating. Our driver Gaersrdo was pleasant and informative.

I used their shuttle service to and from Liberia Airport when staying in Tamarindo. From the moment the shuttle was initially booked till reaching our destination the customer service was great. When I booked the shuttle the owner of the company was ready and able to answer any questions I had. The shuttle driver offered to make any stops along the way if we were hungry or saw anything on the way. Very friendly driver and great customer service. Would highly recommend using this company if visiting Costa Rica.

It was a far drive, but the drivers were on time, polite, and knowledgeable about the country. They got us to our destinations as quick as they could while still driving carefully. Would recommend highly,everything ran smoothly and communication during booking was always available.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are beyond accommodating and I am speechless. I had 2 flight delays of which lasted over 48 hours. They didn’t question a thing, altered the pick up date for me, and were at the airport waiting with a smile! But beyond this - I had unfortunately left my wallet in the shuttle. With everything in it, including my cash that I had for my entire trip. Within 24 hours they drove my wallet back to me and quite literally saved my ENTIRE trip! I hired this small firm for two different trips: SJO to Monteverde Cloud Forest, and Monteverde to Nosara. We enjoyed the excellent services of two different drivers - Edgar, and then Erick (who is the manager but spells drivers out sick or on vacation). In both cases the drivers showed up exactly at the time I had specified. Both were extremely adept at dealing with Costa Rican traffic and the large and multiple potholes found on most of Costa Rica's roads. We felt very confident in their abilities. They stayed with the vehicles when we made bathroom or dining stops so we knew our luggage was safe. I had specified using Toyota land cruisers for our two trips The Land Cruisers cost more than the vans but they ride better. I would recommend Costa Rica Trip guide without hesitation and would happily use them again.

A very service minded and extremely trustworthy company, great respect to Eric and the team. Extremely easy and honest communication via WhatsApp. We were an extended family of 12 (5 small children) traveling from San Jose - Arenal - La Fortuna - Nosara - San Jose. We considered renting cars to drive ourselves, but opted for private transfer and boy are we happy we did. Not only did we save money from going with Eric’s solutions, it also saved us a world of stress and trouble on the sometimes rough roads of beautiful Costa Rica. The minibusses very very new, and the drivers extremely competent as well as friendly and flexible. We could stop if we saw animals or when the children felt sick at times. Even when I messed up the dates we were supposed to be picked up, Eric found a quick and good solution to compensate for my chaos. Someone, give this company some sort of prize! Or at least give him your business, so you can relax and enjoy this country. They totally have your bag. This was one of the best choices I made in planning this whole trip. Thank you so much.

We used Erick and his team, for five long trips, after reading reviews on this site, whilst travelling around Costa Rica, in February and March. We found him to be extremely reliable, very informative and well priced. His website is also very intuitive and helped me no end in planning our first holiday to this lovely country. Erick is easy to contact, both via email and WhatsApp and I always found that he replied to my queries very quickly. He recognised my phone number when I called him and became a good and trusted, friend to us, as we travelled around, using his private shuttles. My son's partner needed a lift back from Manual Antonio to San Jose Airport, but he was struggling to get her on to a shared shuttle, so he ended up collecting her in his own car - unbelieveable service. We have no hesitation in recommending Erick's company and if we ever return, we will certainly use him again.

This was our 2nd time in Costa Rica and both times we booked the same tour guide Geovanni Rodriguez Torres, I would highly recommended him. Giovanni is very knowledgeable about the history of Costa Rica if we could give him 10 Stars. We would. The best part of it he stayed the whole week with us. He made everything fun and enjoyable. We booked a shuttle from San Jose to the remote southern town of Pavones (a world-class surfing destination) and we were extremely happy and satisfied with this company's great service. My wife and I are in our 70's and are from New England so we really put ourselves in the company's hands. They were great--we made several changes to our plans and the owner, Erick, made the adjustments immediately without any pushback; we received on-time service; we greatly enjoyed traveling with very friendly and enjoyable driver (Geraldo). I was nervous about my first trip to Costa Rica. You shouldn’t just hop in the first cab or uber like you can in most airports in the US. My family told me about Erick and I’m glad they did. Erick took care of everything. While I was still at the Atlanta airport before the flight to Costa Rica, chatted via text with Erick and he immediately put me at ease. He told me where he would be at the airport, and what to look for. When I exited the baggage claim area, there he was, holding a sign with my name. On the drive, Erick told me about Costa Rica and about the history of my destination in Athenas. After a great visit in Costa Rica, Erick arranged for an early morning pickup to the SJO airport. They made sure I was at the airport in plenty of time. I even had time to relax and enjoy some coffee before my flight. This has been my easiest and most stress-free travel experience anywhere, thanks to my new friend Erick. I will definitely see Erick again on my next visit to Costa Rica.
