Baldi was a great experience. Warm pools, water slides( be careful some toss you pretty good. My husband hurt his neck ) the sauna was super warm. Staff were friendly. Dinner was good

We got the day pass with add on lunch and dinner. The place had many beautiful pools, springs, slides and areas to explore. We had a great day there. The buffet was ok, it was buffet style with many options. We really enjoyed the different temperatures of the springs and tried out each one. We also added a massage which was great! It was a very relaxing day

I recommend trying if you visit La Fortuna, Costa Rica. Purchased day pass without meal. Restaurants near by to eat cheap.

This place was amazing! The whole family wanted to spend more time here. We were able to spend most of the day here and then ate in the big restaurant at the end of the day. There were so many different pools, slides, and play areas to explore. They have hot pools and cold pools. There are some sauna caves heated by the volcano. The food was a buffet style that we enjoyed. If you go and there is a lot of younger adults there too remember to go early to dinner so you can beat the crowd. The place is beautiful, fun and relaxing.

I came here on a travel abroad trip with other students from my college. The hot springs at Baldi was one of my favorite stops we had. The water is heated from the nearby volcano, so it feels like a hot tub. If you get too hot, there are plenty of cold plunge pools around. There are many different hot spring pools to enjoy, and all are beautiful! If you’re feeling adventurous, there are a couple of different water slides you can go down. They are fast but so much fun! Would HIGHLY recommend Baldi Hot Springs to everyone!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! she’s Columbia. We had so much fun there’s so many hot springs that you don’t ever feel like you’re overcrowded! The view of the volcano, beautiful while you dine makes it even better.

It was fun to get my bump into different thermal water ponds at different temperatures! Admission included a lunch buffet. Food was eatable!

Had a lovely time soaking away an afternoon at Baldi. With the amount of people we saw checking in and that were around the change rooms, we thought it would be crowded but were pleasantly surprised. We didn't eat here so we cannot comment on the food. One word of advice is to get your towels when you're done in the pools so don't have to lug them around all day. Also, the showers didn't have warm water or toiletries and there was no place to put your belongings while you were in the shower.

Very nice place. Even though it was full there was no feeling of being crowded. Lunch buffet was very nice.

We bought a day pass. Very affordable. I ignored the reviews that said the waterslides were dangerous. I thought how bad could it be if it is so popular? I was wrong. My husband and son went down once and got so banged up and hurt they wanted to leave. They had to take Tylenol. Even my husband. They were terrified. The grounds and hot springs are gorgeous but if your going for the water slides…I would find somewhere else. These are man made waterslides ( no prefabricated).

It was fun and exhilarating. The staff was courteous and very clear on all explanations. I would definitely do it again!

Was such a good experience we had a great time and would really recommend it to anyone. The people were so friendly and it was very well organised. I’d 100% recommend this for anyone who is visiting Fortuna

Sweeeet tour and trails that Maria provided us with. She was a great guide, very authentic which is always a plus for a good experience. Saw some animals and traveled at our own pace. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

We went to Baldi for a day pass with lunch. The buffet food was typical of a buffet. Nothing over the top but had beautiful views of the volcano from the restaurant. There are several pools to choose from. All different temperatures. Even a natural sauna. We started a tab at the bar and enjoyed drinks throughout the experience. We also Went to ecotermales hot springs and both are high end and enjoyable. We did Baldi in the day and ecotermales at night. If you have kids the Baldi has a nice kid area with water slides. I never felt like it was crowded. Very clean and friendly staff.

Hotel stay and service was good. Pools were great. BUT DO NOT TRY THE SPA. Did a facial for 40 min and they cleaned the face , put on scrub , wiped and left me with a mask. Facial massage was for max four to five minutes and time was spent on the store bought sheet of mask. Total rip off. They even asked if I wanted to pay before facial and that makes me realize previous customers must not have paid after this lousy treatment. Waste of time and money ! Baldi resort needs a better spa management
