Ruby was an excellent guide - she showed us interesting historical and modern parts of Shanghai. Ruby was great company and her English is very good. Our driver was great & car cool and comfortable. This is a great trip to do soon after arriving in Shanghai to understand the city and culture.

About as rude as a tour company can get. Their website said “strollers and wheelchair accessible”. When we reached out to make sure that was the case, they simply told us we need to cancel immediately. They refused to answer any further emails/questions, only restating that we need to cancel. I would avoid these people.

I had a very nice tour to Suzhou with Melinda. We visited many fascinating sights including the Master of Net`s garden, the Silk museum and Tiger Hill. Melinda was very good at providing detailed information including history and context. The tour was very well organized

My daughter and I went on the tour yesterday morning with Shirley and it was fabulous! We were picked up straight from our hotel in a nice car and it took about an hour to get to the town. The town itself was great to see and lots of good places for photos. The boat ride was our favorite part. There were lots of little shops for souvenirs. Shirley was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable about the town and Shanghai. It was fun being with her. Lunch was good as well. We would definitely recommend booking!

We had a nice relaxed time with this tour. Our guide Shirley was patient and knowledgeable about Shanghai. We felt comfortable and safe with her. The tour itinerary was ideal as we saw Shanghai’s famous lighted skyline and experienced iconic flavors all in one evening. Our guide Shirley was terrific and got us on a cruise just before the building lights went on. She explained a little history of the area called The Bund. We worked up an appetite and had delicious tastings of the typical Shanghai cuisine. You can do the tour with food tour then cruise or like we did it, cruise then food. The manager, Sunny, was very organized and set us up for a successful evening. Don’t hesitate to sign up for this tour. Shirley speaks fluent English and and very accommodating. She knows where all the good bathrooms are if you know what I mean.

Annie was our tour guide. She is very nice and professional. Good food and beautiful views. She help us take a lot of beautiful pictures. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the history of the sites and knows many interesting facts. She is also very accommodating of what we wanted to do and tried to fit it into the schedule. She has very good English and Chinese too.

The painting workshop was lovely--Teacher Zhang was very patient with us and is highly skilled at painting. We were able to paint peonies with no prior Chinese painting experience. Sunny was also great as a tour guide, helpful with recommendations, translation and transportation.

We had an excellent bespoke private tour fully adaptable for the day with Annie who was an excellent guide for our family of 5 (3 teens) and she gave lots of information about Shanghai 's history. We visited the Bund, Old Shanghai Town, French Concession and Zhujiajiao Water town. Annie made sure we were most comfortable despite the heat in the summer and we had our son with autism , which allowed us to adapt our itinerary flexibly. Annie's English was excellent and she is also a great photographer. Highly recommended

Great tour, I would say a must when in Shanghai. Our host Sunny and her company was very correct and easy to communicate with. Pick up exactly on time and all trip flowing smooth and without any stress. Sunny herself was a really nice character. Very professional, friendly and full of knowledge. Great attitude and all patience for our strange questions about Shanghai and China. We got so satisfied with her service that we will not hesitate to use her kind service again. Easily recommended!

Annie was amazing and very nice. She allows you customize your experience and where you want to go. She spoke great English and answered all our questions. She guided the tour greatly and everything went smoothly. We saw the bund, Shanghai tower, Jade temple, and the Ancient water city. Her knowledge was tremendous and even knows a lot about other countries as well. She also gave other great recommendations and even dropped us off at another destination instead of back to the hotel. Food was great also. I highly recommended Annie!

Kalvin was an amazing tour guide. Shanghainese born and bred (rare as we were told). He also showed us around Shanghai and gave us additional historical stories, as well as his personal experiences. Highlight of our trip, and very highly recommend!
