I thoroughly enjoyed my half-day private tour, and I was glad that I chose an earlier pick up time of 9:00am from my hotel (the bigger tourist groups and buses arrive a bit later). This is a beautiful time of year to visit this charming town, from land and water. Mary was an excellent guide, including historical and cultural information as well as tips on where to shop for the freshest foodie items I wanted to buy. I would highly recommend this tour!

Xin was a phenomenal and informative guide. We were in a time crunch and had also been to Shanghai five years ago and seen quite a bit already so we presented quite the challenge, but she customized the itinerary on the spot and fit everything that sounded interesting to us into the time we had available. She even found a shop with cooking chopsticks for my brother (which we had been searching for all trip)! It was a whirlwind of a tour but we’ll never forget the time we had!!

It has been a fuss free and relaxing tour with our very efficient and very knowledgeable guide, Kimi. It’s a great tour and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Suzhou. Kimi also has very good time management which is important for us to catch the high speed rail.

Xin was a fantastic and well-learned guide - knew the best shops for memorabilia, took some great photos, and was all around lovely company. Saw far more of Shanghai in one day than I would’ve found by myself over several days, 100% worthwhile if you’re having to cram a lot into a little time, and is much less stressful. Having transport sorted is a great feature, and the car I was in was pretty swish. All-in-all I’d highly recommend.

Excellent… I recently enjoyed a fantastic night tour with our guide May, who was incredibly nice and friendly. The river cruise was absolutely beautiful, offering stunning nighttime views, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai. My wife and I had a fantastic day touring all over Shanghai with Caroline as our guide and Mr. Shen as our driver. Caroline was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating as our guide. They made sure that we were able to do everything that we wanted to do, and as our minds changed they were flexible with us. Having Caroline help us with the language barrier was crucial for us to be able to buy what we wanted and order what we wanted at our local style lunch. We got to try so many signature Shanghainese dishes, and the ancient water town was so beautiful. She was so patient with helping take pictures at every scenic spot. Having Caroline and Mr. Shen made for such a smooth day as they knew exactly where to go and navigate easily. We highly recommend this private tour for anyone wanting to see amazing sites and views in Shanghai. They make it so easy and fun for you. We would definitely book again if we are ever back. We went on the trip with 2 young children, 8 and 5, and the tour was perfect. It was just enough time to explore, the guide was thorough and detailed, and gave us plenty of time to roam around. Food was delicious, the guide was knowledgeable, and we felt very accommodated for. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to explore the city in a leisurely pace - especially those with children. Highly recommend

Amazing experience! Easy and convenient way to see zhujiajiao with the best tour guide! Jenny was super informative and very nice. Walked us around the whole town and gave us plenty of time to enjoy all the food and shops. We were never rushed and the boat ride was peaceful. We went in the morning and it was not crowded. Our tour was incredible. The tour guide, Xin, was incredibly lovely and full of knowledge about everything we asked her. We loved the lights and the walk through Old China Town and the dinner was delicious.

This was a very busy but thoroughly enjoyable tour. Our guide Berlin was extremely efficient and personable, our tour ran like clockwork and we were able to go at our own pace, take more time here and less time there, which suited us perfectly. The ancient sites on this Suzhou tour were absolutely incredible, trying to get our heads around temples and structures that date to 500BC!!! The gardens and village around which the tour is set are so magnificent and really have to be seen to be believed. We really enjoyed the canal tour, so peaceful. The Bullet train to Suzhou was a wonderful experience, infact the whole Chinese rail system is just amazing. It was a big day for us, our final in China in what has been a trip to remember - we can’t thank Berlin enough for her guidance for the day. P.S our lunch was so delicious, we ate the lot!!

A must for Shanghai, this full day private tour is really worth every penny! This was an absolutely spectacular experience. Our guide was local-born Mary and she was so knowledgeable, welcoming and nice, she made sure the entire day was seamless and did everything she could for us to enjoy ourselves. We got a really nice Tesla and our driver was great too, he was efficient and safe in traffic. There are so many highlights on this trips I really don’t even know where to begin - but the water town with all its highlights was definitely on top. Mary took us to an amazing local restaurant there and we had many dishes, it was honestly the best food we ate in our entire China trip. The best part of this trip is how much time it saves. We saw SO much in a day, everything was explained to us by someone who knows a lot. It was so interesting when Mary told us about her family’s history in China and tied it up to things we saw. Also, in such a bustling city like Shanghai were never stressed, just relaxed as we were picked up everywhere and drove around comfortably from place to place. Thanks to Alana for arranging everything for us, she really went out of her way to make the experience a top one.
