About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- David M0 contributionsWonderful guideThis is my second visit to China using China Highlights (they are a brilliant company, cannot praise them enough. Everything runs like clockwork from first contact, through designing the trip, to the experience itself) but this is my first time in the Shanghai region. My guide today was Jessica. From start to finish she was exceptional; nothing was too much trouble. I was taken care of like a King. In addition she is a very intelligent and highly educated young woman who is able to handle complex concepts and discussions in English. Her command of the language is really good, as is her knowledge of the subject. The tour today consisted of visits to two outstanding gardens plus a rickshaw ride and a wonderful lunch in a very nice restaurant. I could not find a fault and have no hesitation is giving both China Highlights and Jessica a 5 star rating. By only difficulty is that I can’t take her with me everywhere I go in China! Thank you China Highlights (for the record, my trip was organised by Fiona who never lost patience with me - I had a serious illness last year and so needed to be more fussy and careful than most) and a huge thank you for Jessica; a star in the making!Written October 26, 2019
- JenniferWongWalter0 contributionsSuper!!!I strongly recommend this type of sightseeing to Shanghai. My guide Brigitte was very well prepared, she showed me all the most important places in the former French Concession. She knew how to get into the most important places in the best way, where the queue is the smallest. I had little time to see the most important things in the city and it was the best I could do to not miss anything.Written July 1, 2019
